Religio : Jurnal Studi Agama-agama
Jurnal yang mengeksplorasi gagasan kreatif dan solutif seputar tema agama dan sosial-budaya. Selain sebagai wahana sosialisasi, jurnal Religio diharapkan bisa menjadi ruang publik (public sphere) bagi masyarakat, khususnya bagi para akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi. Substansi isi tulisan jurnal, lebih menitikberatkan pada agenda pengembangan pola pikir keberagamaan yang moderat, yang berpijak pada nilai-nilai demokrasi, pluralisme, multikulturalisme dan toleransi agama. Jurnal Religio didedikasikan untuk mewujudkan paradigma masyarakat agama yang harmonis, pluralis dan transformatif, baik dalam konteks lokal, nasional maupun internasional. Dengan demikian, kehadiran di tengah-tengah masyarakat, diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi pencapaian cita-cita bersama, yaitu membangun kehidupan beragama yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai persamaan, keadilan dan perdamaian.

The scholars of hadith that every second sacrifice to serve their Sunnah is like the rain that never stopped watering the earth, like trees that never stop giving fruit. Anyone who wants to learn to understand the hadith with a good understanding, it should never leave them. It is ironic if we as students hadith the end is not yet in need of them, does not depend on them but rather learn hadith from thinkers who incidentally never glorify Sunnah especially koran. Among the Sunnah which is quite difficult to understand the Sunnah that among each other mentioned hadith contradict each other or mukhtalif. For the layman who does not have a strong faith would have negative thinking and may throw accusations to the Sunnah of the Prophet Muh}ammad as a speaker. Therefore, the scholars of hadith not remain silent in the face of many traditions who come to our mukhtalif. Post Rasulallah died, Islam continues to evolve from scientific and territorial aspects. Tradition as handed down by his teachings was widespread along with it. However, it should be unfortunate, as a result of many factors, the traditions that developed in the Islamic community also infected by a handful of people. At that time already occurred forgery traditions anchored in the Rasulallah. Therefore, to maintain the authenticity of the hadith of the Prophet, the scholars formulate certain criteria in determining the authenticity of a hadith. al-Jâmiâ al-Saghîr is one of the books of hadith are considered in the study of hadith. This book is one that is referred to in the hadith search (takhrîj hadîth). al-Suyûtî collect a wide range of hadith from various sources in the book, so that it does not only exist but also the hadîth sahîh but also there is the hadîth hasan. That is the reason this article examines hadîth hasan in al-Jâmiâ al-Saghîr. Based on the research of al-Suyûtî in al-Jâmiâ al-Saghîr not provide new criteria in the hadîth hasan, but he became a mediator between scholars have different opinions in determining the status of the hadith.

This paper will examine clarification Muhy al-Dîn al-Darwîsh against charges orientalistabout the authenticity of the Koran. Today, these allegations go back voiced by the Egyptian Coptic priest Zakaria Batrousin his book Tasâulât Hawl al-Qurâân. One of the accused is the assertion that the Koran contains errors and defects in terms of language, as it is considered contrary to the rules nah}w. From here finally Zakaria concludes that the Koran is not the work of God, but a bouquet of Muhammad, because God could do no wrong. What does Zakaria is a fragment of a long journey Orientalist in reviewing the Eastern world, especially the Islamic religion who has written neatly in history. By writing the book Iârâb al-Qurâân al-Karîm wa Bayânuh, al-Darwish wanted to prove that what is alleged Zakaria just nonsense. This book is written with a light and easy to understand language readers, especially for the orientalists who lack the ability to understand the science nahw and Arabic literature

Companions of the prophet Muhammad is believed to be the best there ever was Muslim in an Islamic society. The majority of Muslim believe that all the companions of the Prophet is legally fair. The are other views on justice companions into the following categories. a) there is no difference between the companions of the prophet with other Muslim communities whenever and wherever, b) justice companions of the prophet is only given to those who are close to the prophet, and c) justice friends must be determined engagement their slander. Expert hadith of the Prophet, because to save its authentic hadith that the prophet (to be used as evidence in the practice of religious teaching in everyday life) tend to increase the number of friends by creating high standars no to put people into this prestigious group. People Muâtazilah considered reasonable as the most important tool in interpreting revelation. Therefore, the Muâtazilites regard hadith prophet less important than the sense that it tend to limit the number of friends by creating higher standards.It can reduce the number of hadith prophet drastically and educe their role in upholding dogma than sense

Ibn H{anbal was a great mujaddid Islam with the final work hadith titled al-Musnad. Musnad is a hadith which contains a range of devices beyond the author himself, namely: (1) the teacher as transmitter of the tradition, (2) management through the involvement of his family, and (3) generation of editing afterwards, (4) the reclassification composition for service development literature, and (5) iârâb against him. The latter two devices make the referensif Musnad rises higher. Musnad strategies are (1) the involvement of the gate-keeper as the key to unlocking the information, (2) checking the validity of data through cross-check and overtime, and (3) the transformation of information to open criticism. Musnad role in the science of hadith are (1) collection of hadith which are highest among the narrators, (2) the methodology of the strategies used; and (3) contribution to the tradition of jurisprudence. In that role there contributive involvement in the preparation of Musnad second line in an orderly manner, the addition of hadith from other sources, and updates the edition.

In this paper the author will reveal one of the prominent figures who have long been through the mill of hadith more over the quality of his knowledge in this field does not need to worry about, Abû Dâwud made a large contribution which includes hadith of the prophet in the his book. This study on the book of hadith methodology writing is owned by Abû Dâwud hadith have found some result of hadîth daâîf that contained therein. the indication of hadîth daâîf loading (also mawdûâ according to Ibn al-Jawzî version) in the Sunan Abî Dâwud does not reduce the degree of grandeur this al-Sunan. It can be seen on his prudence take a hadith and judging what source the hadith comes from objectively, the existence of hadîth daâîf in al-Sunan is not based in his negligence and careless, but there is the element of intent. This is because he hold on the rule, it is better to use h}adîth daâîf the one personâs opinion.

A conversation about the sunnah is a long and ongoing discussion to the present. The central issue that continues is about the nature, status, and authority of the sunnah. This issue becomes so important because the position of the Prophet Muhammad as the messenger of Allah, so that his words and actions received by most Muslims as a source of religious authority and the second law after the Koran. Actually, the concept of the sunnah has evolved from time-to time. At the time of the Prophet Muhammad, sunnah is understood in an ideal form of behavior exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad who was always getting guidance from God throughout his life. At the time of the companions, this concept has been sustained and even further developed with the ijtihâd of the Companions, especially al-Khulafââ al-Râshidûn that applied to society at that time. Discussing about sunnah, than, can not avoid discussions about hadith, because hadîthes are vehicles of the sunnah. At glance, the term sunnah and hadîth has same meaning, that is the tradition of the Prophetic tradition. This paper tries to highlight the development of the concept of the sunnah from the Prophet until the era of al-Shâfiâî.

Interpretationâs study constantly faced with the difficulty of how to gain a thorough understanding (holistic) and avoid refractive understanding, the lack of continuity (matching) between the norms of Islam that is very noble to the reality of Muslim who are not âIslamicâ what causes that to happen? Is an understanding of aspects of Islam has ceased and focus on long heritage (turâth) this is no longer considered to be the actual state of time, or because the understanding of Islam was viewed as a textual only, so itâs resulting in an antagonistic attitude of Muslims and puritans! Muh}ammad âAbduh had ground the orientation of the Koran in the line of Muslim life. In other words, interpretations are always aiming to make the Koran as well as applying the guidance in public life as a solution to the problem of street life. Therefore, associated with verses mubham and mutashâbih, âAbduh closer to the bow of the salaf scholars who prefer silence and surrender fully to Godâs intention (tafwîd). However, on several occasions, he sometimes shifts from the bow, for example, when in contact with mutashâbih verses, verses related to the supernatural, and the stories in the Koran as may be necessary to explain in detail. In this position, he sometimes refers to methods tamthîl as tafwîd form or otherwise as a form of taâwîl. The studies of hadith and scientific reseaches in Indonesia found the momentum around the end of the 20th century. One of the figure whose enough concern on this field is Hasbie Ash-Shiddieqy. Some of Hasbieâs thoughts in the hadith field which is become point of view in this article include: First, his view on the substance of the hadith and Sunnah and its periodization. Secondly, the criteria of hadithâs validity. Third, the research and the maintenance of hadîth. Fourth, the methodology of understanding the hadith (sharh al-hadîth). Hasbi thought that the hadith are all events that leaning to the Prophet Muh}ammad, although it happened only once in the lifetime of the Prophet, and although only narrated by a narrator. Then Sunnah is the actions of the Prophet Muh}ammad that mutawâtir. Validity of hadith in Hasbiâs point of view must include of two criteria, that is the validity (sahîh) of sanad and matn of hadith. Hasbi seems to emphasize a study of the hadiths that the quality is not clearly by applying the criteria of validity of the hadith and the theory of nâsikh wa mansûkh
