Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the extent of collaborative learning that occurs at Bina Darma University Palembang. The data used is data from posting in the e-learning forum. The data is then processed using the Community of Inquiry method approach. The results of this study are an analysis of the application of collaborative learning in e-learning forums and suggestions for improving its application. Abstract

Bayesian Network merupakan model yang termasuk dalam klasifikasi bayes, dimana metode ini mengasumsikan bahwa nilai variabel independen memiliki ketergantungan dengan nilai variabel lain. Bayesian Network memiliki keunggulan yaitu dapat memodelkan hubungan antar variabel dengan menggunakan graf atau semacam penggambaran alur hubungan antar variabel. Terdapat beberapa metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan struktur bayesian network. Metode pembentukan struktur jaringan Bayesian network pada penelitian ini adalah metode naïve bayes dan equivalence classes. Kedua metode pembentukan struktur ini diterapkan untuk klasifikasi kelayakan peminjaman dana Usaha Kecil Mikro Menengah (UMKM). Pada struktur metode naïve bayes variabel dependen menjadi pusat dari variabel independen sedangkan pada struktur metode equivalence classes setiap variabel memiliki hubungan antar variabel lain. Hasil pengujian dari metode naïve bayes dan equivalence classes dalam pembentukan struktur Bayesian network secara rata-rata adalah metode equivalence classes 79,53% dan naïve bayes 80,93%.

Abstract

Pada zaman yang serba digital ini, hampir semua orang mempunyai akses internet untuk mememenuhi masing-masing kebutuhannya. Dengan adanya internet segala sesuatu hal informasi dapat diakses dengan mudah dan cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melihat adanya hubungan dari sekolah daring yang memberikan kebebasan dan kemudahan akses internet di rumah dengan meningkatnya pemain game online. Peneltitan dilakukan dengan menyebar kuisioner kepada siswa-siswi SMA di Indonesia, lalu data diolah sedemikian mungkin untuk diidentifikasi perilaku siswa-siswi SMA. Hasilnya didapat terdapat beberapa tanda di mana adanya pengaruh dari sekolah daring dari rumah dengan meningkatnya pemain game online.

Abstract

Smartphones that we have are equipped with various android-based applications that are distributed free of charge but are very useful and can be used optimally if we know how to use them, one such application is the Carrymap Observer. This application allows us to display maps offline on a smart phone but can integrate with GPS and can be manipulated by users directly. We make portable maps according to the theme we want which will be accessed on andoid smart phones that we have using Arc GIS devices so that they can be used anytime, anywhere as needed. Banjarmasin is also called the City of Thousand Rivers, a city that has many rivers, both large and small. Martapura River is one of the largest rivers and divides through the city of Banjarmasin. Banjarmasin City residents utilize the Martapura River as an economic and transportation center. on the banks of the River Martapura lined cages owned by residents. The floating net boxes are in groups. There are dozens, some are only a few. The farmers raise several types of fish. The majority of catfish and pomfret. The existence of these cages needs to be inventoryed to make it easier to monitor so that the good and bad impacts that are directly related to these business activities can be managed and monitored by related parties. From this research, a portable map based on Android smart phone is produced, it is offline and can be operated quickly via a smart phone anytime and anywhere. provide information about ownership, types of fish being cultivated and other information deemed important. Based on researchers' searches on Google Scholar, no similar studies were found, namely the theme of making portable maps of floating fish cages along the Martapura River in Banjarmasin. So this research needs to be done in order to add to the literature and references to support further research, because there are many benefits that we can get from the portable maps produced, the creation of a database of floating aquaculture and the application of science in the field of geospatial.

Abstract

The Center for Research and Community Service (P3M) POLIBAN is a center that has the task and function of facilitating research and community service activities carried out by lecturers at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. Starting in 2018, research data and community service management by developing a research and community service Information System (SIPMA). The data management starts from determining the scheme to be given funding, which includes the scope of the research, the schedule for submitting proposals, reviewing proposals to implementation and reporting. Meanwhile, to see the success rate of SIPMA implementation, P3M Poliban has not yet evaluated the SIPMA implementation. Based on the above problems, P3M Poliban requires a study of SIPMA implementation, so that it can be seen the level of success and satisfaction of SIPMA users. This study distributed a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire to SIPMA users. Where in the analysis process the framework for the application of Partial Least Square (PLS) is used in SEM, which is a statistical model that provides an approximate calculation of the strength of the hypothesized relationship between variables in a theoretical model. The results of the study indicate that the quality of the system has a significant effect on user satisfaction with a T-statistic of 3.107 (> 1.96). Information quality has a significant effect on User Satisfaction with a T-statistic of 2,215 (> 1.96). Service Quality has a significant effect on User Satisfaction with a T-statistic of 2.909 (> 1.96). User Satisfaction has a significant effect on Individual Impact with a T-statistic of 15.652 (> 1.96). Individual Impact has a significant effect on Organizational Impact with a T-statistic of 10,410 (> 1.96).

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kuliah secara daring memerlukan persiapan dan dukungan sumber daya yang memadai antara lain pertama adalah Software atau tools yang digunakan dalam perkuliahan daring, dimana Poliban memiliki elearning yang bisa dimanfaatkan atau bisa menggunakan tools lainnya. Kedua Hardware atau perangkat computer dengan spesifikasi yang diperlukan salah satunya ada kamera yang digunakan untuk video conference, dan yang sangat penting adalah koneksi jaringan internet yang stabil. Oleh karenanya jika minimal tiga hal tersebut dapat terpenuhi, maka perkuliahan secara daring dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Akan tetapi dalam realitanya ada beberapa masalah yang dihadapi baik oleh dosen maupun mahasiswa terutama terkait sinyal jaringan internet yang kurang stabil, sehingga pelaksanaan kuliah daring tidak dapat berjalan maksimal. Untuk mengetahui permasalahan yang dihadapi pengguna dibutuhkan suatu instrument pengukuran implementasi E-learning terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Dalam pembuatan suatu model instrument yang baik diperlukan suatu pengujian untuk memastikan bahwa indicator yang digunakan dalam instrument yang digunakan valid dan dapat dipercaya dan memiliki tingkat reliabilitas yang baik Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah disebutkan di atas maka penelitian kali ini akan melakukan pengujian instrument dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dimana dalam proses analisisnya digunakan kerangka kerja penerapan Partial Least Square (PLS) di dalam SEM yang merupakan sebuah model statistik yang memberikan perkiraan perhitungan dari kekuatan hubungan hipotesis di antara variabel dalam sebuah model teoritis Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji validitas dari instrumen pengukuran implementasi e-learning pada kepuasan pengguna di politeknik negeri Banjarmasin mendapatkan nilai loading factor di atas 0,5 terhadap konstruk yang dituju, hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah valid atau telah memenuhi convergent validity, selanjutnya berdasarkan uji reliabilitas menunjukan bahwa nilai composite reliability untuk semua konstruk adalah di atas 0,7 yang menunjukkan bahwa semua konstruk pada model yang diestimasi memenuhi kriteria discriminant validity. Nilai composite reliability yang terendah adalah sebesar 0,837 pada konstruk Kualitas Sistem, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen uji menunjukkan tingkat reliabilitas yang baik, atau dengan kata lain data hasil angket dapat dipercaya.

Abstract

As an effort to prevent the spread of Coronavirus transmission, education policy adjustments were made at Banjarmasin State Polytechnic. In an effort to support breaking the chain of distribution of Covid 19, Banjarmasin State Polytechnic applies online learning. The research objective is to determine the effect of perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and actual technology use together and partially on student satisfaction in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. This research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. Data was taken at Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The population is the students of Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Department. The unit of analysis is Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration students as many as 171 people. Data collection techniques are done by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that; 1) Perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and actual technology use together positively and significantly influence student satisfaction by 55.7%; 2) Partially perceived enjoyment has a significant effect, perceived ease of use is insignificant, and actual technology use has a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction in online learning during Covid 19 at the Banjarmasin State Polytechnic Business Administration Department.

Abstract

Institut Asia Malang has several systems can support the operation of teaching and learning activities, including the infrastructure system. This system needs developed in addition to being an institutional requirement in organizing and administering infrastructure advice, but also a supporting assessment when BAN (National Accreditation Board) conducts an assessment. This assessment is very influential so it is hoped that with more points, the community's credibility to the Asia Institute of Malang will increase.. The method used to build an information system is the Waterfall method. It has 5 phases: Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. This method is used in building the Information System for Facilities and Infrastructure of Asia Malang (SISAPRA) because it is, sequential in building software. This research also uses 7 stages. The SISAPRA can be accessed via the Web or mobile. The layout are responsive for both types of gadgets often used by userswe wish that this application can assist in managing administration and knowing the status and physical condition.

Abstract

PT. BPR Ploso Saranaartha Jombang has several problems that often arise regarding to the provision of credit to debtors. At present the bank is still giving credit to its customers by selecting debtors, there is no systematic procedure in determining whether a customer is eligible for credit or not. This is what causes a lot of bad credit that can harm the bank. Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (ID3) algorithm can be used to solve this case. In completing it, ID3 will do a data preprocessing process first, which aims to discard data that is not important to get the data that is needed. After that ID3 will form a decision tree based on the rules generated. Each root node in a decision tree is formed based on the rules generated. Each root node in a decision tree is formed based on the largest gain value of each input attribute. In calculating this algorithm, a sufficient dataset is needed to use the training process. The dataset used for this training process is 300 data records consisting of 272 data with good collectability and 28 data with bad collectability. There is also data that will be used for the testing process totaling 20 new customer data records consisting of 8 data with bad collectability and 12 data with good collectability. In the trials that have been carried out on the dataset produced 10 rules. After the data testing, the output with 88, 51% accuracy is produced. This means that from 300 data records that have been trained, they can cover 19 data from 20 testing data records.

Abstract

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered type of coronavirus. Indonesia confirmed the first case of the coronavirus infection that caused Covid-19 in early March 2020. Since then, various countermeasures have been made by the government to reduce the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in various sectors. One of the efforts to tackle Covid-19 transmission is by carrying out community activities. This has an effect on business activities which in turn has an impact on the economy. The economic downturn due to Covid-19 has an impact on increasing the poor population in Indonesia. One of the steps taken by the government in dealing with Covid-19 is by providing social assistance that is prioritized by poor families. The factor that becomes a problem in implementing a program is the right information and the accuracy of the recipient is not right on target. Therefore, the sub-district , as a government agency, processes data on poor families which are classified into three categories, namely near-poor and very poor. In determining these criteria, a decision-making model is known as a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method was chosen because this method determines the weight value for each attribute. The results obtained from the Simple Additive Weighting method ranking were obtained from 9 very poor categories with the highest value, namely 0.91.
