Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged the use of village websites as a means of digital public service. The Krandegan Village Website aims to deliver information and services to the community, but its quality needs to be evaluated in terms of user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of website quality on user satisfaction using the WebQual 4.0 and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) methods. WebQual 4.0 includes the dimensions of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, while EUCS adds the timeliness dimension. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 website users. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that usability (t-statistic = 4.987) and timeliness (t-statistic = 4.103) significantly affect user satisfaction. Meanwhile, information quality (t-statistic = 1.976) and service interaction quality (t-statistic = 2.214) also show positive but less significant effects. These findings highlight the importance of timely information updates and a user-friendly interface. Recommendations are given to improve website navigation, design, and service interaction to support a more responsive and effective digital public service system.

Abstract

Indonesia’s esports sector is growing rapidly, yet information needs for esports professional player scouting remain underserved. This study models the information requirements and interface design of an Indonesian esports archive website through media observation and interviews with team managers and coaches. Core needs include periodic tournament statistics, phase-based performance (early, mid, late), and player playstyle. We followed a user-centered design framework (Five Planes) and evaluated the prototype via scenario-based usability testing (n=5). Users completed tasks under target times and rated navigation and statistical visualizations as informative. Improvements focus on last-update indicators, in-page shortcuts, and user help. The study contributes a content model and prioritization of team/player performance attributes for scouting, along with actionable design patterns for a Indonesia esports archive platform.

Abstract

Personnel management at Universitas Catur Insan Cendekia is still conducted manually, making it prone to errors, data duplication, and limited accessibility. The career development submission process is also not yet computerized, resulting in low administrative efficiency. This study develops a Web-Based Personnel Information System using the Lean Software Development method with Laravel, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. The system stores personnel data and documents, facilitates career development submissions, and provides centralized, accurate, and real-time access. The results are expected to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support integrated monitoring for HR, study programs, faculties, and the rectorate in decision-making and enhancing the professionalism of academic and administrative staff.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate an information systems strategy to optimize an administrative service owned by LPK Techno Flash. The main problems that can be identified include minimal administrative operational efficiency due to unnecessary repetition in processes and data, minimal integration between systems, which results in service delays and decreased user satisfaction. This study utilizes a combined approach between the Ward & Peppard framework for gap analysis and strategy formulation, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine strategy priorities. The Ward & Peppard analysis includes an evaluation of the internal and external environment, analysis of application documentation, and identification of business and information system strategy needs. The results of this study provide structured information system strategic recommendations, including information management strategies, application strategies, and technology strategies. The strategic priorities obtained from AHP will serve as the basis for LPK Techno Flash in planning and implementing integrated information system solutions, increasing effectiveness, and supporting improvements in overall service quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract

Security aspects in the development and deployment of IoT devices are often crucial but overlooked. This is evident from the number of IoT devices that are faced with cyber threats due to suboptimal security systems. The reason for this problem is because during the development stage of IoT devices, some developers do not pay special attention to the implementation of strong security protocols. Based on these problems, this literature review aims to examine the extent to which Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can improve the security of IoT devices, especially in the face of increasingly complex cyber attacks. This literature review uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA framework approach to ensure a systematic and analytical review of related literature. Of the 155 journals traced with a time span of 2010 - 2024, 21 journals were obtained that met the predetermined eligibility criteria. Based on the results of the literature review, the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on Internet of Things (IoT) devices is considered capable of mitigating and handling several security attack threats such as brute force attacks, Man-in-the-Middle (MITM), insider attacks, replay attacks, and other attacks.

Abstract

Traditional markets in Central Lampung Regency play a vital role in supporting the local economy; however, the lack of spatial information and limited data accessibility remain major challenges in their management and utilization. This study aims to design and implement a WebGIS system to map traditional markets interactively, provide detailed market information, and support route navigation. The research employed a software engineering approach using the Waterfall model, which includes requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Data were collected through field surveys using GPS and supported by secondary documentation sources. The results indicate that the WebGIS application successfully displays an interactive market map, presents detailed information such as address, district, description, and photo documentation, and offers route navigation features. Both blackbox and whitebox testing confirmed that the system’s main functions run properly and meet user requirements. Therefore, the developed WebGIS effectively enhances accessibility to traditional market information while supporting local governments in data-driven decision-making.

Abstract

The digital transformation era drives educational institutions to manage information technology (IT) systematically to align with organizational strategy and support academic performance. However, challenges such as strategy–IT misalignment, limited resources, and inconsistent governance practices are still common. This study aims to analyze the implementation of COBIT-based IT governance in the education sector, identify its benefits, challenges, comparative effectiveness with other frameworks, and key success and failure factors. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach was employed by searching articles in Scopus and Google Scholar databases, applying inclusion–exclusion criteria, and performing thematic analysis on 26 selected studies. The findings reveal that COBIT improves strategy–IT alignment, process standardization, decision transparency, and accreditation compliance, while providing an objective mechanism for IT project portfolio prioritization. Key challenges include limited analytical capacity, inconsistent documentation practices, and resource constraints. These results highlight COBIT’s role as a continuous improvement tool and provide practical implications for educational institutions to strengthen human resources, standard operating procedures, and continuous evaluation mechanisms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi pembayaran pajak berbasis mobile di tingkat kecamatan, dengan studi kasus pada Kecamatan Karawang Timur. Keberadaan sistem informasi ini berperan penting dalam pengelolaan transaksi dan pelayanan publik, termasuk dalam administrasi perpajakan. Di era digital ini, pemanfaatan teknologi dipandang sebagai solusi dalam meningkatkan efektivitas perolehan pajak daerah yang selama ini masih terkendala oleh metode konvensional. Pajak sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan negara, memerlukan pengelolaan yang efektif dan akuntabel guna mendukung pembangunan nasional yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian terdahulu telah menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif sistem pembayaran daring terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan pendapatan negara. Dengan perancangan sistem yang komprehensif, penelitian ini tidak hanya menghasilkan model aplikasi mobile yang memudahkan dan mempercepat proses pembayaran pajak bagi masyarakat, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi dalam mengoptimalkan pendapatan pajak daerah.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam birokrasi menuntut setiap instansi pemerintah untuk tidak hanya mengembangkan, tetapi juga mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem informasi yang digunakan. Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) telah mengimplementasikan aplikasi KiPApp sebagai media manajemen kinerja pegawai, tetapi hingga saat ini manfaat nyata dari aplikasi tersebut belum pernah dikaji secara sistematis. Kondisi ini menimbulkan pertanyaan apakah KiPApp benar-benar mampu mendukung peningkatan kualitas kinerja organisasi sekaligus efisiensi sumber daya. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi dengan melakukan analisis manfaat KiPApp menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, kemudian diolah menggunakan Tabel Generik SI/TI untuk mengidentifikasi manfaat, dikodifikasi, serta dianalisis keterkaitan sebab-akibatnya hingga diperoleh evaluasi manfaat akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam manfaat utama implementasi KiPApp, yaitu: meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja (IQU-01), meningkatkan akurasi perencanaan (IAC-04), meningkatkan akurasi keputusan (IAC-05), meningkatkan citra organisasi karena kepatuhan terhadap aturan (IIM-03), mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan (APR-08), dan mengurangi biaya cetak dokumen dan ATK (RCO-10). Secara kuantitatif, KiPApp memberikan potensi penghematan biaya cetak/ATK sebesar ±Rp244 juta per tahun.

Abstract

The KIP Kuliah program is a strategic government initiative aimed at providing equal access to higher education, utilizing a website as its primary service gateway. However, user complaints regarding technical issues and service responsiveness frequently arise during peak registration periods. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the KIP Kuliah website (kip-kuliah.kemdikbud.go.id) using the E-Government Service Quality (E-GovQual) method integrated with Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Data were collected via questionnaires from 60 active student users. IPA results indicate that the attributes of "Personal Data Security" (Trust) and "Help Response Speed" (Citizen Support) fall into Quadrant I (Top Priority), meaning user expectations are high while actual performance remains low. Supporting technical evaluation reinforces these findings with a mobile Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) score of 3.1 seconds, classified as slow. Managerially, this study recommends urgent improvements to the helpdesk features and the transparency of the privacy policy to enhance user trust.
