Abstract

   This study discusses the organizational justice include distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance both directly and indirectly influenced by employees satisfaction. The populations in this study were all non medic employees in RSUD Kraton Kabupaten Pekalongan are not served as a Civil Servant totaling 111 people. Data were collected by survey method is to provide a list of questions or questionnaires directly to the respondent. Data analysis techniques in this study using analysis of SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) program operated through AMOS 21. The results showed that distributive justice compensation significant positive effect on employees satisfaction, procedural justice compensation significant positive effect on employees satisfaction, distributive justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, procedural justice compensation are not significantly to employees performance, employees satisfaction significant positive effect on employees performance. Employees’ satisfactions as a mediating influence of distributive justice compensation and procedural justice compensation to employees performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh iklim organisasi, motivasi dan kedisiplinan yang diperkuat oleh skills terhadap kinerja karyawan LPPKS Indonesia. Data penelitian adalah 40 orang dengan jumlah sampel 36 orang, dan objek penelitian penulis adalah iklim organisasi dan motivasi, kedisiplinan, skills, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penarikan sampel ini adalah simple random sampling (Sugiyono, 2002). Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan bahwa semakin  baik iklim organisasi dan motivasi maka kedisiplinan dan kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi, semakin baik iklim organisasi dan kedisiplinan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi. Berbeda dengan motivasi yang mempunyai pengaruh kecil dalam meningkatkan kinerja,  motivasipun tidak terlalu berpengaruh secara simultan dengan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dimana iklim organisasi, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi juga tidak terlalu berpengaruh secara simultan dengan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adanya variabel skills yang semakin baik maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

The Business of Agroindustry in East Java relies its comparative advantages, which include the low cost of raw material and labor. Meanwhile, its competitive advantages, which determine the competitiveness of the product in a free market. Still need to be developed.  The competitiveness of the agroindustry particulary those run by small and medium businesses are relatively weak since most of agroindustry are facing thr problem of product quality that does not conform the quality standard. This problem arises due to insufficient use of technology, low skill human resource involved in production activity, low funding, low marketing effort, and low institutional support. The development of agrohindustry in East Java must be directed to some basic aspects of agroindustry that include: the development of human resources, the improvement of process technology, the strengthening of marketing network, the improvement of funding and investment structure, and the establishment of appropriate institution.

Abstract

With the good and fair of compensation will spur the spirit and creativity of the work so that it can show the performance, which will ultimately increase good productivity. The compensation granted to employees is very influential on the level of job satisfaction and motivation, as well as the work results.This research is purposed to exam whether compensation fairness effect on employee job satisfaction, and whether there is difference in the perception of compensation fairness and job satisfaction based on the job type. Compensation fairness is using the distributive fairness and procedural fairness constructs (Tjahjono, 2007). This research has been conducted at Nissan Bantul Yogyakarta. A total of 58 employees in marketing and non-marketing division participates provide an answer for this research. To examine the effect of independent sample t-test, the data are analyzed using SPSS.The analysis shows that there is the effect of compensation distributive fairness on job satisfaction, the effect of procedural compensation fairness on job satisfaction, and no difference in perception between marketing and non-marketing employees.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to evaluate student soft skill training program, especially on student satisfaction toward soft skill training execution, student understanding of training material, identification of self efficacy level (before and after training) and the training impact to the student behavior. 31 student from management Department were involved in this research. Mean analisys and paired sample t test were used to analyze data. The results showed that (i) student were satisfied with training execution in all aspecs (ii) student understood with training material (iii) there was a difference level of self efficacy (before and after training) (iv) student behavior changing didn’t need long time.

Abstract

This study proposed to examine and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation on employee performance, with job satisfaction and work discipline as mediating variable.The object of this study is the office of the Statistics of Magelang regency, and the subject of this study are employees (civil servants) at the Office Statistics of Magelang Regency. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sample. All employees civil servants in BPS Magelang regency totaling 41 people are given a questionnaire.Data from the study were tested and analyzed using the Smart-PLS. The first conclusion is intrinsic motivation significantly influence job satisfaction, and a second conclusion is intrinsic motivation significantly influence the work discipline. The third conclusion is the intrinsic motivation significantly influence performance. The fourth conclusion is job satisfaction does not affect the work discipline, and the fifth conclusion is job satisfaction also has no impact on performance. The sixth conclusion is discipline significantly influence on the performance. The study also concluded that the discipline of work are variables that mediate the relationship between intrinsic motivation to the performance on  the Office Statistics of Magelang regency.

Abstract

This thesis aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, organizational culture, and work stress on teacher’s job satisfaction at the high school under the Yayasan Muhammadiyah Purworejo District. The research results showed that there are positive effects of variable work discipline of teacher’s job satisfaction evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.156 with p value = 0.024 <0.05, positive influence motivational variables of teacher’s job satisfaction evidenced by the regression coefficient of 0.218 with p value = 0.018 <0.05, positive influence on organizational culture variables job satisfaction of teachers demonstrated the regression coefficient of 0.472 with p value = 0.000 <0.05, negative effect of work stress variables on teachers job satisfaction evidenced by the regression coefficient of - 0.233 with p value = 0.000 <0.05 and positive influence of work discipline, motivation, and organizational culture stress work simultaneously on teacher’s job satisfaction evidenced by the regression coefficient value of 42.367 with p value = 0.000 <0.05 with an influence of 62.60%.

Abstract

In this thesis, the author examines the variables that can affect the bond ratings issued by rating agency PT. PEFINDO on non-financial companies and non-services that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Variables that are used to influence bond ratings that leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, profitability, productivity ratio, firm size, maturity and independent commissioners.The samples used were 116 with conventional bonds, to publish financial statements, have complete data, have positive earnings and bonds with AAA-BBB ratings during the observation period 2004 to 2013. Testing the hypothesis in this study using logistic regression.The results showed there are several variables that can affect the bond ratings and there are several variables that do not affect the bond ratings. Variables that can affect the bond ratings of variable leverage ratios, profitability ratios, company size, maturity, and independent commissioner. Meanwhile, the variables that do not affect the bond ratings of variable liquidity ratio and the productivity ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much influence of job satisfaction on performance with organizational commitment as intervening study variable on nurses at PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital. This research was conducted at PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital and the respondent in this research is all nurses who work in PKU MuhammadiyahGamping Hospital.            The number of respondents used in this study was 138 nurses. Types of data used are primary data and data collection techniques using survey techniques with questionnaires. Data analysis in this research using SEM (Structure Equation Modeling) which operated with Program AMOS 22.0.            Based on the result of the analysis, the result shows that job satisfaction has significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has significant effect on employee performance through organizational commitment as intervening variable.

Abstract

The study describes the intrapersonal leadership in a variety of organizational metaphors. The purpose of this study provides a conceptual constructs about intrapersonal leadership and the importance of intrapersonal leadership within the organization in a variety of perspectives. There are five metaphors, those are organisms, population ecology, transactional and power, the engine and psychological shackles. Recently studies have highlighted the importance of intrapersonal leadership in integrative view of the above five metaphors. This study provides the conceptual basis intrapersonal leadership and organizational implications of the hypothetical.
