Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan iklim pembelajaran matematika di SMP Negeri 4 Surakarta yaitu iklim non fisik dan iklim fisik. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan metode alir. Hasil penelitian: Pertama, Iklim non fisik dalam pembelajaran matematika ditinjau dari keadaan psikologis menunjukkan antusiasme dan semangat dalam belajar. Pemberian penghargaan merupakan faktor dalam menumbuhkan semangat, antusiasme, dan kepuasan belajar. Kedua, Iklim non fisik dalam pembelajaran matematika ditinjau dari interaksi sosial, guru memberikan arahan yang jelas, perlakuan adil mendorong siswa nyaman dalam belajar. Ketiga, Iklim non fisik dalam pembelajaran matematika ditinjau dari interaksi sosial antar siswa terjalin dengan baik, kompak, saling mendukung, saling memahami dan tidak individualis. Keempat, Iklim fisik dalam pembelajaran matematika ditinjau dari kelengkapan sumber belajar, para siswa memanfaatkan sumber belajar dari buku perpustakaan maupun membeli secara mandiri. Kelima, Iklim fisik dari kelengkapan alat peraga yang digunakan masih sederhana terbatas pada alat peraga yang dibuat siswa. Keenam, Iklim fisik dari kondisi ruang kelas (keamanan dan kenyamanan), yang disediakan menciptakan iklim pembelajaran yang nyaman dan kondusif

Abstract

Media pembelajaran poster bisa menjadi alternatif media yang menarik dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia. Kajian ini berfokus pada penyusunan media pembelajaran poster oleh mahasiswa semester 5 Proram Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia FKIP UMS. Kriteria utama yang diacu dalam penentuan media poster yang baik mengacu pada kriteria keterbacaan, mudah dilihat, mudah dimengerti, dan memiliki komposisi yang baik. Sementara itu, penerapan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berbasis teks mengarah pada sejauh mana penerapan mahasiswa dalam memanfaatkan teks sebagai dasar utama pembelajaran dengan media poster. Kajian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa baru sebagian kecil poster yang telah memenuhi kriteria poster yang baik. Sementara itu, teks sebagai dasar pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia juga baru ditemukan pada sebagian kecil poster. Hal ini dikarenakan poster mengharuskan tampilan yang menonjolkan poin-poin utama dan bersifat padat sehinga pemanfaatan teks belum optimal.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are encouraging students’ creativity by mystery box games and become more aware of their mathematical thinking. The situational problem as the starting point helps students to relate what they learn to problems in daily life, and construct and interpret geometry that are related to real situations, and this helps to correct their alternative conceptions in geometry courseto encourage students’ creativity in Geometry Course. There are three abilities to encouraging students’creativity, they are synthetic ability, analytic ability, and practical ability. The subjects of this research is the students of the 1st semester of 2014 academic year class A of mathematical education of Muhammadiyah University of Purwokerto, Central Java, Indonesia. The data of this research is through observation sheet, recording videos, portofolios, and questionnaires. Those data was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. This study shows that to encouraging students’ creativity can analyzed by mystery box in Geometry Course.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the language error on the Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test of the Junior High School in 2012/2013 academic year. The research were qualitative descriptive research. The data analyzed the twenty packets of Bahasa Indonesia National Examination instrument test Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013. Twenty packages National Secondary School Examination in 2012/2013 were qualitative data. Data were collected from a package about twenty National Exams then was analyzed by using the language errors. The types of errors found in language packages about twenty Bahasa Indonesia National Examination in 2012/2013 were faults field of phonology, morphology and syntax. The results showed that language errors that occur in twenty packets Discuss Indonesian National Examination in 2013 as many as 58 data. Data analysis results was presented in accordance with the type of language errors that indicate an error in the twenty language packs Indonesian National Examination in 2013, both in the areas of phonology, morphology, and syntax.

Abstract

Education with affection will shape the intrapersonal intelligence of the child the better also. Personality of children in adulthood in general is the formation ofpersonality and education obtained by children through the people around him, especially the family.Activities of storytelling is done before bed can also be said hypnoparenting which is education done at the time of the child before bed. At that time, the child will easily receive an education packed with stories containing advice. Education by way of telling stories to advise on children has been done by parents of ancient times.This study was conducted by giving a questionnaire and conducting simple interviews to randomly selected parents regardless of the background of their lives except the amount of salary they earn each month.This research uses quantitative descriptive method by interviewing selected fifty randomly selected parents. That parents who earn salary at point A or with income Rp 500,000 - Rp 2,000,000 more often accompany child sleep and assume it is important for children with the reason his son still want to be accompanied sleep and feel like accompany the child to sleep because it has been working all day outside.

Abstract

The first year research has aim to: (1) describe the learning assessment process of the speaking theory subject and (2) design the theorethic model of authentic assessment in speaking competence. The method used in the research is Research and Development method, i.e. the research method is used to produce certain product, and to test the effectiveness of the product. The results of the research are: (1) the assessment activity of the students’ speaking competence who takes the speaking theory subject have the characteristics of authentic assessment. It is based on the result of the curriculum review which has impact to the syllabus adjustment in directing to the teachers’ need at school. Therefore, the speaking competence assessment which focuses on the speaking ability, nowadays its academic competence focus is broading. In addition, the audiences’ affective respon is used as the assessment consideration; (2) the theoretic model of speaking competence assessment can be described that the speaking competence assessment is divided as two step categories, they are the process and the result assessment. The portofolio assessment is the most theorithic assessment tecnique which considered as it appropriate to gain the students’ speaking competence development. The result of the assessment is divided into two tests, i.e the middle semester test and the final semester test. The middle semester test is used to know the student’s competence which has closed relation to the speaking theories because the students have to mastery the speaking competence in order to practice the speaking competence, the students’ must also have to teach it. The final semester test is conducted to know the students’ competence in the speaking practice which can be conducted by the three techniques, they are group, peer, and individual technique. The tehcniques can be applied based on the needs and the characteristic of the tested competence.

Abstract

Student learning motivation refers to how students get the urge to learn. Learning motivation can be obtained from three aspects, namely extrinsic, intrinsic, and combination motivation. This study aims to determine the analysis related to how the level of motivation for elementary school student learning is influenced by intrinsic factors, extrinsic factors, as well as a combination of both factors. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, with data collection methods that refer to the Scale of Intrinsic versus Extrinsic Orientation in The Classroom (Susan Harter's Intrinsic Orientation Scale in Classes) owned by Susan Harter in 1981. Based on the analysis using the SPSS program, as many as 50 , 4% (57 students) of 113 elementary school students in Magelang City had a high level of motivation to learn combination. While the remaining 49.6% (35 students) are divided into categories of extrinsic learning motivation categories, namely 31% of 113 students, and 18.6% (21 students) of 113 students have a tendency for intrinsic learning motivation.

Abstract

Generally, this study aimed to describe the curriculum management study program Elementary School Teacher in Higher Education. The specific objective of this study to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum type of qualitative research based approach. The location or background of this research are two colleges in Hyderabad and one college in Surakarta. The data source is a research university leaders, faculty, and students of Elementary School Teacher research site. Data collection techniques, participant observation, in-depth interviews and document study. The results of the research, curriculum management organization of Primary School Teacher Education, related to the planning, implementation, and evaluation. Curriculum planning Elementary School Teacher each college has a trademark in accordance with the vision and mission. Implementation of the curriculum with regard Kridit Semester System load varies at each college. Evaluation of the curriculum is based on the potential and dynamics of each perguruang high.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan : (1) perencanaan pembelajaran tematik, (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik. (3) Evaluasi pembelajaran tematikdi SD Negeri 4 Purwodadi Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Grobogan tahun 2016/2017. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini siswa, guru dan kepala sekolah melalui observasi, wawancara yang mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan resduksi data. Keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian meliputi pengelolaan pembelajaran tematik, pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik,dan evaluasi pembelajaran tematik. Perencanaan yang dibuat guru meliputi : a) kaldik(kalender pendidikan), b) Penyusunan PROTA (Program tahunan), c) Penyusunan Promes (Program Semesrter ), d ) Silabus dan RPP (Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran) meliputi: a) Pendahuluan, b) Kegiatan Inti, dan c) Kegiatan Penutup. Pelaksanaan Evaluasi: a) telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip normative, b) telah memenuhi secara teknis, c) mengacu pada tandar pengelolaan. Penilaian pengetahuan: teknis tes, bentuk tertulis, instrument Uraian. Hasil tes dari 49 siswa yang tuntas IPA 45 siswa 91,84% rata-rata nilai 83,57, Bahasa Indonesiatuntas 43 siswa 87,76 % rata-rata nilai 83,90 dan matematika 42 siswa tuntas 85,71 % ratarata nilai 72,04. Indikator penilaian sikap adalah kerjasama. Rata-rata 3,5 dalam kategori A (sangat baik ). Penilaian keterampilan: Teknik non tes, bentuk unjuk kerja, instrument lembar  observvasi dan rubrik penilaian rata-rata 83,25 kategori B (baik )

Abstract

This study is aimed at describing the working culture of administration, teaching learning activities, and evaluating the teaching learning process of accelerated class of SMP 1 Gunung Jati Cirebon teachers in doing their job. This study applies the qualitative of ethnographic that is to see directly the working culture of the subject of the study such as their behavior, their motivation, their perception and their action related to good teachers working culture. The data are taken from interviews with teachers, documents related of teachers job, and field study. In collecting the data, the researcher carried our interview with teachers, doing some observations, and study the documents related to teachers’ job. The data are analyzed and tested using credibility, dependability, and confirm ability tests.The results of the study are: (1) the teachers working culture in doing their administrative means how a teacher increases work such as developing syllabus, making lesson plan, developing indicators, and developing teachers materials. Teachers’ working culture in developing their administration work are developed in school and region teacher forum; (2) teachers working culture in teaching learning activities means how teacher increases work such as make, introduction activity, core activity, and final activity in the teaching and learning process as indicated by the curriculum. (3) teachers working culture in evaluating the teaching learning process means how teacher increases work such as compilation planning of assessment and execution of assessment. The study suggests: (1) the headmaster should give opportunities for teacher to develop their work so that they can contribute to the administration, classroom teaching learning process, evaluation and analysis; (2) the teachers can improve their work such as the administration, classroom teaching learning process, and evaluation of study with activities or constructions by school, duty education, and related institute; (3) the researcher, moreover, should conduct the study concerning the teacher working culture better.
