Abstract

The problem of unemployment in Indonesia each year has increased. Open unemployment is dominated by youth unemployment. East Java Province with the number of unemployed become the 3rd largest after West Java and Jakarta. Sumenep menjedi one contributor to the number of unemployed in the island of Madura. Based on data obtained As of mid-2014, the unemployment rate is still high in Sumenep. Several companies and government agencies have not been able to adequately absorb labor. Evidently, the number of unemployed up to now reaches 23 618 inhabitants. Data Manpower and Transmigration (Manpower), of 40 762 inhabitants job seekers (pencaker), which absorbed until July 2014 just as much as 17 144 inhabitants. Thus, the remaining 57.94 per cent pencaker are still unemployed. This is contrary to the initial setting SMK prepared to be ready to work according to the department and the competence of existing jobs. Some things yan lead to vocational school graduates do not get jobs, among others, the lack of cooperation in terms of publications between the Vocational High School (SMK) and the company, the lack of synergy between government enterprises, vocational, and Office as well as SMEs craftsmen Sumenep involved in prevention increased the number of unemployed, as well as the incompatibility of competency of vocational graduates with the power needed by the company. Implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) through Synergy Between Vocational High School (SMK) With Custom Kris is expected to be able to reduce the number of unemployed, especially young in vocational schools (SMK)There are five steps in the implementation of the application of this CSR, the steps initiated by the Establishment of the program by the government of Sumenep for vocational students there are two in the form of a business plan competition took groups of SMEs of making Keris In Sumenep regency. Next is the stage of socialization into each vocational program launched on pemerintah.Kabupaten Sumenep in practice later after passing the stage of selection of proposals for SME groups that submitted proposals Keris-making and data collection number of students who will be directed and focused to help groups of SMEs of making Keris in Sumenep. mentoring by a group of SMEs manufacture Keris in Sumenep direct and control of the government done to the smooth running of this program. so that later can produce output in the form of education results of entrepreneurship development program as a form of early or pioneer group of SMEs Making Keris in Sumenep. Keywords: CSR, SMK, synergy, Craftsman Keris in Sumenep

Abstract

This qualitative research method to describe and analyze a policy which aims to empower the people in the salt business Sumenep portrayed through the study of Program Implementation Assistance Fund for Empowerment of People's Salt (PUGAR) with an emphasis on policy implementation model consisting Grindle of contents (contents of policy) and (contexts of policy) policy implementation. Empowerment of People's Salt (PUGAR) sourced from the state budget is a development program that focused on improving the welfare of the farmers of salt, as well as increased production and product quality salt. The research findings indicate that Content Policy (Of Content Policy) covers Salt Empowerment of People (PUGAR) has been established through the minister of marine and fisheries regulation number 41 of 2011 on guidelines for the implementation of the National Program for Community Empowerment and Fisheries. implementation of the policy (the Context of Policy) includes a companion team PUGAR Department of Marine and Fisheries Sumenep identifying the existence and location of the land to the group PUGAR group that has submitted a proposal for assistance and workshops as well as socialization PUGAR annually. The conclusion of the study include the provision of information about program implementation PUGAR up the thawing process is less clear PUGAR assistance received by a group of farmers salt (KUGAR). Salt farmer business groups of people (KUGAR) Recipient PUGAR each year hoping PUGAR funds disbursed prior to the production of salt, this PUGAR funds transferred to a bank account belonging to a business group of salt farmers (KUGAR) and use this PUGAR funds must be adapted to the Joint Venture Plan (RUB ) contained in the Accountability Report (LPJ) proposals submitted for the salt farmers PUGAR each group of people (KUGAR). Abstract

The productive potential of small industries is creative industries, the creative industries that focuses on creativity and inovation . One of SMEs that have a major role in the creative industries and should be developed in order to exports and  global market is SMEs that rely on the expertise (hand made), such as crafts jewelry, wood carvings and including Frames Craft Calligraphy. The purpose of this activity is to (1) stimulate the growth of exports Frames Calligraphy Indonesia through the growth of a competitive market, (2) enhance the development of Custom Frames Calligraphy in seizing the export opportunities by improving the quality of products and marketing Frames Calligraphy. The method used is Bintek (Guidance Technology), assistance and reinforcement in the production process. Through this method the production process will be effective and efficient, so as to produce quality products. Results of activities, namely the increase in the value of assets and income Craftsmen Frames Calligraphy, increasing the quantity and quality of marketed Calligraphy Frames, increase the marketing of products and production processes more effective and efficient. Abstract

The challenges faced by today's young generation a lot in the field of employment, the entrepreneurial education leads to survival and self-reliance should be ditonjolkan.Pendidikan entrepreneurship is the curriculum that is being activated for the students. This study will focus on the concept of entrepreneurial interest in entrepreneurship among students SMK Toba Samosir. The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurial concepts simultaneously and partially on interest in entrepreneurship. Research hypothesis is the concept of entrepreneurship significant effect on students' interest in entrepreneurship SMK-Toba SamosirThis research is descriptive quantitative nature of explanatory research, and the research that is based on partial test results showed that the variables Creativity positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship Student SMK Toba Samosir, based on partial test results indicating that the variable Innovative positive effect and significant impact on student interest in entrepreneurship SMK Toba district Samosir.Hasil simultaneous testing showed that Creativity and Innovative positive and significant effect on the interests of Entrepreneurship. The value of creativity and innovative variables that may explain the interest in entrepreneurship in vocational students Toba Samosir Se of 72.8% while the remaining 27.2% is explained by the independent variables were not examined and Innovative Variable towards interest in entrepreneurship is more dominant than the variable of creativity against the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Indonesian nation face some important and crucial problem about poverty. One of which’s to overcome the amount of unemployment. It’s still relatively high plus the total labor force continues to grow each year. One thing is needed that number of entrepreneurs should be raised. Because of it as one of the indicators of economic progress. A number of obstacles facing, such as: social and economic constraints and market structure have not yet accomodate for conducting this. Abstract

ABSTRACTEfforts to change the face of rural areas into areas of economic development of creative industry by introducing energy-producing biogas as a clean, cheap and sustainable DIY in several villages in the region have shown initial results were quite encouraging. The successful development of domestic supply biogas owner of the house (blue) is an abundance of energy in the form of biogas (methane) and Bio-slurry that can be used to support agriculture in the broad sense. Nevertheless there are still many obstacles faced to optimize resource potential of the rural economy to become a regional economic development of the creative industry, especially with regard to government policies and regulations are likely to turn off social capital that is rooted in the community. To eliminate that in addition to the new approach in the implementation of rural development by the government also considered necessary to foster strong institutions and deeply rooted in the community for such activities umbrella, sharia-based economic organization like BMT may be an option for this purpose. Keywords: Biogas; bio-slurry; social capital and BMT

Abstract

Bakpia business development in Klaten district has not been as fast as bakpia run business entrepreneurs in Yogyakarta. The hindrance is faced by them as follow : 1) The production process is not good, 2) The process of making the dough skin and the contents are less efficient, and 3) management sub-optimal effort. This causes increased effort bakpia no significant effort. Two UKM that become partners in the program of this devotion is Jaka Santosa and UKM Harwati. Based on the problems in t the solution and approach is offered as follows: 1) Introduction of means of production is good and right, 2) introduction of appropriate technology kneading machine bakpia skin and content, and 3) Improved management.The activities carried out in both UKM partners include: 1) Introduction of means of production is good and right, 2) introduction of technology appropriate mixing machine dough skin and the contents bakpia, 3) Improved management, and 4) Facilitation of activities held at least once a month to see the development of the results that have been achieved. Results of this activity is the management of the business in both the UKM partners can increase sales volume by 25 percent. This is accomplished by saving time in the process of kneading, quality improvement and business management are increasingly significant.

Abstract

Micro, IBM's partner program (science and technology to the Community) are SMEs Heroine Boyong I (stick milk) and Heroine Boyong II (milk candy). Both are micro-scale industry based on fresh dairy product businesses.IBM program on SME partners focused on the aspects of production and management. All activities in the production aspect functioned to improve the capacity and quality of production and increase dairy product variants. While aspects of management consists of: marketing, financial administration and human resource capacity building functioned as a partner in running the business well.Outputs from the aspects of production activities are: lay out production in accordance with the concept of lean manufacturing, the addition of production capacity, increased efficiency of production of milk candy, increasing dairy product variants can be produced, the product is equipped with a production label and expiration date. In terms of management: managed to get a halal certificate from MUI, promotion of relevant equipment, attractive product design, wider marketing network, the use of social media for marketing, simple financial statements, bill of sale authorized, improved business mentality, and the ability of Partners in processing of fresh dairy products bertamba increased.    Keywords: SMEs, science and technology transfer, production and management

Abstract

This research uses secondary data as data sources. This research learnsthe effect ofregional gross domestic product, working capital loans, and province minimum wage towards SMEs developments in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province. Models of analysis that used are analysis tools data panel (pooled data) as data processing tool which data panel is a combination  between time series (time-series data) from 2007 – 2011 and cross section (cross-section data) in five regencies in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province. Statisticaltest uses three models those are common effect, fixed effect, random effect. The result of analysis data shows RGDP and working capital loans significantly take positive effect toward SMEs in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta province where RGDP grows higher followed by the econimic development so as SMEs grow higher nor working capital loans which released by commercial bank more bigger so as SMEs grow higher. Contrast with province minimum wage which is makes  significanly negative effect toward SMEs, which is possibility caused by the bigger province minimum wage becomes constraints toward cost ofproduction but conversely the smaller province minimum wage will push the development of SMEs in Yogyakarta. Keywords: SMEs, pooled data, fixed effect
