Abstract

The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation and documentation related to the implementation of village fund policies (DD) in Parbubu II Village, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency. Data based on findings by the author to describe ongoing policy phenomena based on finding data using Marilee S Grindle's theory which states that the task of implementation is to form a link that makes it easier for policy objectives to be realized as a result of a village government activity. In implementing the Village Fund (DD) policy, it must be implemented as a development ball policy. Meanwhile, the implementation of instructions is not only acceptable but must also be clear. Meanwhile, if the indicators used for the positive and negative aspects of the Village Fund (DD) policy are linked to so many policy issues in Parbubu II village as data analyzed by researchers regarding village fund policies (DD) in Parbubu II Village, Tarutung District, North Tapanuli Regency.

Abstract

The Tanjungbalai City National Narcotics Agency is a government agency that has the authority to take action to prevent and eradicate drug trafficking in the Tanjungbalai City area. Through this research it can be seen that the Tanjungbalai BNN with all its resources and efforts has carried out drug prevention by using prevention strategies through programs that are arranged systematically as in the results of the BNN Strategic Plan in which there are concrete activities of the programs to be implemented in an effort to prevention and eradication. A supporting factor in the National Narcotics Agency's strategy in preventing eradication is the support from the government and other government agencies as well as some members of the public who care about this prevention. Then what becomes the inhibiting factor in this prevention is the drug problem which is increasingly complex and requires a large amount of money to prevent it. Besides that, it is necessary to increase the number of juridical and physical personnel because human resources are important actors in a policy. However, the Tanjungbalai City BNN continues to carry out its duties to the maximum extent possible to eradicate the perpetrators of narcotics crimes.

Abstract

Agrotourism is a tourist attraction that is built with a theme or concept by combining agricultural activities and tourism activities. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Paloh Naga Agrotourism Development Policy in Denai Lama Village, Pantai Labu District, Deli Serdang Regency, there are problems such as human resources who do not have professionalism in managing Agrotourism, limited financial resources and the Denai Lama village community has not all had a role and responsibility as a good host for visiting tourists to create a conducive environment and atmosphere

Abstract

Generasi millenial pada era globalisasi ini kurang akan politik dan bahkan tidak ingin berkontribusi dalam hal politik sehingga banyak yang tidak mengetahui peranan partai politik khususnya partai Demokrat dalam mewujudkan pendidikan politik di kalangan millenial. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peranan partai demokrat Kota Banjarmasin dalam mewujudkan pendidikan politik di era millenial. Riset ini memakai pendekatan kualitatif. Informan berjumlah 2 informan yaitu Ketua Harian Partai Demokrat Kalimantan Selatan dan anggota DPR Partai Demokrat Kota Banjarmasin. Data yang dipakai merupakan data primer didapat dari wawancara penulis dengan pihak Partai Demokrat Kota Banjarmasin dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan data sekunder yaitu dengan melakukan observasi dan studi pustaka. Analisa data yang dipakai ialah analisa kualitatif dengan pencabutan kesimpulan dengan cara induktif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa untuk mencapai kesadaran politik di masyarakat khususnya millenial akan tercipta jika adanya pendidikan politik. Bentuk pendidikan politik Demokrat adalah ikut berpartisipasi dalam konferensi pers, kampanye politik ke daerah-daerah, talk show di TV maupun di radio, dan pidato- pidato politik diamati sebagai alat guna kampanye mengenai pendidikan politik terutama untuk masyarakat di Banjarmasin. Demokrat belum dapat melaksanakan pendidikan politik secara maksimal karena masih banyak kendala yang ditemui.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with SPSS version 29.0.0.0 software, namely the analysis using the Simple Linear Regression method which is used to determine the relationship between the regional apparatus organization variable (X) and the employee performance variable (Y). The data collection technique used is the distribution of questionnaires (questionnaire). The data source is primary data, respondents' answers are scored using a Likert scale. The total population of 193 employees and the number of samples in this study were 66 respondents.The results of the study indicate that there is a positive influence between the incorporation of regional apparatus organizations and the performance of employees at the Department of Water Resources, Human Settlements and Spatial Planning of North Sumatra Province. This is evidenced by the results of the variable reliability test, the reliability value is 0.961, so the reliability is good. According to Wiratna Sujerweni (2014), the questionnaire is said to be reliable if the Cronbach alpha value > 0.6 means that the items are very reliable as a data collection tool in this study.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) is the only company that provides services to the public in the provision of services related to the sale of electric power in Indonesia. In the implementation of the smart electricity program (prepaid) there are several weaknesses in terms of the lack of public interest in using smart electricity (prepaid), problems with usage costs and network disruptions for online purchases. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Implementation of Smart Electricity Program (Prepaid) at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Pancur Batu. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed qualitatively by reviewing all the data collected and supported by the results of interviews using the theory proposed by Van Meter and Van Horn related to policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, social and economic conditions, disposition of implementors, and communication between implementing agencies. Based on the results obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, it is known that the Implementation of the Smart Electricity Program (Prepaid) at PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Pancur Batu has not been running well because there are several obstacles such as lack of socialization and promotion resulting in a lack of public interest in using smart electricity (prepaid), lack of communication or coordination with partnerships so that the Smart Electricity Program Implementation process (Prepaid) has not been effective.

Abstract

The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews, observations, documentation and literature studies related to the recording of marriage certificates. The data obtained were then analyzed by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To ensure the validity of the data, data triangulation was carried out. The results of this study can be seen that the implementation of the marriage certificate registration program at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pematangsiantar City can be said to be running quite well. This can be seen from the number of marriage certificate ownership, which is around 56.6% of the total population who are required to have a marriage certificate. It cannot be ascertained the truth of the communication with the urban villages in Pematangsiantar city. Among the people who do not know the importance of recording marriage certificates, there are also people who know the importance of recording marriage certificates

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe how the Karo Regional Disaster Management Agency's Capacity in Handling Siosar Relocation Houses Phase I, with a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that explains the phenomenon in depth through data collection such as interviews, observations, documentation, and literature studies. In this study, we used Horton's theory with indicators of organizational capacity assessment, including human resources, infrastructure, technology and financial resources, strategic leadership, programs and management, network cooperation and relationships with other parties. Through this study, researchers found that the capacity of the Karo Regional Disaster Management Agency in handling Siosar Phase I Relocation Houses was not maximized, judging from the indicators of human resources that were not maximized, where the educational background of employees was not in accordance with position placement, related to infrastructure, technology, and resources. related to the chief executive's strategic leadership not interacting with employees; related to programs and management where lack of knowledge causes errors in writing sub-districts in house certificates in stage I; and related to relationships with other parties that are not good due to a lack of communication and coordination, resulting in a lack of communication.

Abstract

Due to the limited budget due to complex residential problems, the Medan city government took the initiative to collaborate. Problems in slum areas consist of environmental roads, uninhabitable houses (RLTH) for waste management and ROB flooding. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of collaboration between the government and stakeholders in the KOTAKU program. This study uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research was analyzed through the components as factors in the success of collaboration, namely face-to-face dialogue, building trust, the process of achieving commitment, understanding of joint decisions, obtaining interim results. The results showed that the collaboration process in the City without Slums (KOTAKU) program in Belawan Sicanang Village, Medan City had not been realized properly.

Abstract

Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2019 concerning Distribution of Non-Cash Social Assistance developed by the Government to improve the economy of poor families. The election for the implementation of the BPNT program in the Kedondong Raye Village is not necessarily determined by the central government, in this case the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs will go through a predetermined election mechanism. The criteria for selecting the implementation of the BPNT program were: high rates of poverty and malnutrition. Apart from being based on these data criteria, what is no less important is the regional commitment to implement the BPNT program. The formulation of the problem in this study, how is the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) program in improving the economy of poor families in Kedondong Raye Village, Banyuasin III District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is qualitative research using a sociological approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data used is source triangulation, technical triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results show that the Kedondong Raye Kelurahan BPNT program that is implemented can make the community more independent in conducting non-cash transactions at the BPNT e-Warong Program and help the community in an economic sense. Improving the effectiveness of social assistance in a non-cash way in providing food, and encouraging financial inclusion, namely involving the community to become entrepreneurs.
