Abstract

The purpose of this research (1) condition of students’ participation in the business center, parental role, self-efficacy, and student entrepreneur willingness, (2) influence of student participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy partially to student entrepreneur willingness, (3) the influence of participation in the business center, parental role, and self-efficacy on student entrepreneurship willingness, and (4) difference entrepreneur willingness for the first year and second-year students. This study is a comparative causal and technique of collecting data using questionnaire. The result of this research (1) students’ participation in Business Center have high categorized and positively and significantly influence to willingness, (2) parental role is a very high categorical student and have the positive and significant influence to student entrepreneurship willingness, (3) self-efficacy of the high categorized student, but not positively and significantly influence to intent entrepreneurship, (4) willingness of entrepreneurship is very high categorize, (5) students’ participation in Business Center and parental role simultaneously has positively and significantly influence on willingness, (6) there is a difference of willingness of student entrepreneur for the first year students with second year students, (7) there is no difference in student participation in Business Center for the first year and second year students, (8) there is a difference of parental role of first year and second year students, and (9) there no difference of self-efficacy for the first year with second year students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) interest, motivation and student learning outcomes, (2) the effect of interest on learning outcomes, (3) the effect of motivation on learning outcomes, and (4) the dominant effect between the variables of interest and motivation variables on learning outcomes. The population in this study is eleventh grade student that consist of 138 students, a sample of 100 students with used proportionate random sampling technique. The method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) the students’ interest can be classified quite good, students’ motivation is good, and most of the students have high learning outcomes; (2) there is a significant positive effect of interest on learning outcomes; (3) there is no significant positive effect of motivation on learning outcomes; and (4) interest is the dominant variable affecting learning outcomes.ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) minat, motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa; (2) pengaruh minat terhadap hasil belajar; (3) pengaruh motivasi terhadap hasil belajar; (4) pengaruh yang dominan antara variabel minat dan variabel motivasi terhadap hasil belajar. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas XI dengan jumlah 138 siswa, sampel sebesar 100 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate random sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsif dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) minat pada siswa dapat diklasifikasikan cukup baik, motivasi pada siswa adalah baik, dan sebagian besar siswa memiliki hasil belajar yang tinggi; (2) ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara minat terhadap hasil belajar; (3) tidak ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi terhadap hasil belajar; (4) minat merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi hasil belajar.

Abstract

This article aims to provide feasible Correspondence module based on Problem Based Learning model to improve problem solving ability and learning outcomes of learners in Vocational High School 1 Malang. The method uses the Dick & Carey development model that has been modified by researchers. Data collection instruments used include structured interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Finding the result of the research, feasibility the subject module Correspondence Problem Based Learning achieved. In addition, there is also a significant difference between the average of control and experimental class problem solving abilities. Significant differences were also found in the mean of posttest learning outcomes between the experimental class and control class. The increase of pretest learning outcomes with control class posttest is significantly different from the average of pretest learning outcomes with experimental class posttest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to develop an authentic performance-based assessment instrument in a proper Archival Management course through expert validation and product trials that have been carried out at State University of Malang and meet the National Standards of Higher Education. The research method used Research and Development which was modified into 7 steps with data analysis techniques using  mean. Products developed include assessment instruments that were  equipped with Student Worksheets, performance observation sheets, and guidelines for scoring criteria. Based on content validation and construct produce works with very decent criteria, the trial  conducted by  lecturers and students stated that the instrument could be used very easily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the cooperative learning model STAD towards activities and learning outcome of Service Excellence. This research is categorized as a classroom action research using qualitative descriptive approach. The study subjects consisted of one class, which is X Marketing class of SMK PGRI 2 Malang. Yet, the research instrument is in a form of post-test. Furthermore, the data analysis for data activity is calculated by dividing the total score of each descriptor with descriptor which then multiplied by 100. Meanwhile, to calculate the average of the learning results, it is done by dividing the total score with the number of complete students.Results of data analysis showed that the implementation of cooperative learning model STAD can enhance learning activities on Service Excellence. In addition, the learning outcome of X grade students of Marketing also increased. Thus, it can be said that the implementation of the cooperative learning model STAD can enhance the activity and learning outcome for the X grade students of Marketing at SMK PGRI 2 Malang on Service Excellence.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif model STAD terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar Pelayanan Prima. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas X Pemasaran SMK PGRI 2 Malang. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes yang terdiri dari post-test. Analisis data untuk aktivitas data dihitung dengan membagi skor tiap deskriptor dengan total deskriptor kemudian di kali 100. Sedangkan untuk menghitung rata-rata dari hasil belajar dengan membagi jumlah nilai keseluruhan dengan jumlah siswa.Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif model STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar Pelayanan Prima. Selain itu hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran juga mengalami peningkatan. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran kooperatif model STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Pelayanan Prima pada kelas X Pemasaran di SMK PGRI 2 Malang.

Abstract

Abstract: Mastery work skills courses (MKB) and teaching practice (KPL) are factors which improve interest in becoming teachers. teaching practice is the course the practice in schools that have cooperated with the campus, where students will be faced directly how to become a professional teacher work of the provisions that have been acquired during the lectures. As for the purpose of the present study is determining: (a) Deskription of mastery work skills courses (MKB) and teaching practice (KPL). (b) Deskription of interest in becoming teachers. (c) The effect of mastery work skills courses (MKB) and teaching practice (KPL) partially to the interest in becoming teachers. (d) The effect of mastery work skills courses (MKB) and teaching practice (KPL) simultanious toward to the interest in becoming teachers. The design of the study is research eksplanasi with deskriptive analysis and multiple linier analysis. The population of the study is 219  students and 150 of them are taken as sample. The sampling technique employed is proportional random sampling. The result analysis shows that: (a) There is significant and of MKB on interest in becoming teachers. (b) There is significant of teaching practice (KPL) on interest in becoming teachers. (c) There is significant of MKB and KPL on interest in becoming teachers. This reseach shows the level of effect in mastery work skills courses (MKB) and teaching practice (KPL) about 2,8% and the left is 97,2% which affected by other variables.Abstrak: Penguasaan Matakuliah Keahlian Berkarya dan Kajian Praktik Lapangan merupakan salah satu faktor untuk meningkatkan minat mahasiswa untuk menjadi guru. Kajian dan Praktik Lapangan merupakan matakuliah praktik yang dilakukan di sekolah sekolah yang telah bekerja sama dengan pihak kampus, dimana mahasiswa akan menghadapi langsung bagaimana menjadi seorang guru yang profesioanl dari bekal yang telah diperoleh selama perkuliahan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (a) Deskripsi Penguasaan Matakuliah Keahlian Berkarya dan Kajian Praktik Lapangan. (b) Deskripsi Minat Mahasiswa untuk Menjadi Guru. (c) Pengaruh Penguasaan Matakuliah Keahlian Berkarya dan Kajian Praktik Lapangan secara parsial terhadap minat menjadi guru. (d) Pengaruh Penguasaan Matakuliah Keahlian Berkarya dan Kajian Praktik Lapangan secara simultan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplanasi, dengan analisis deskriptif dan analisis linier berganda. Populasi daa penelitian berjumlah 219 mahasiswa dengan sampel 150 mahasiswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Propotional Random Sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (a) ada pengaruh signifikan antara penguasaan matakuliah keahlian berkarya terhadap minat menjadi guru diterima. (b) ada pengaruh signifikan antara penguasaan kajian dan praktik lapangan terhadap minat menjadi guru diterima. (c) Ada pengaruh signifikan  antara penguasaan matakuliah keahlian berkarya dan kajian praktik lapangan terhadap minat menjadi guru. Penelitian ini menunjuukan besarnya pengaruh penguasaan matakuliah keahlian berkarya dan kajian praktik lapangan terhadap minat menjadi guru sebesar 2,8% dan sisanya 97,8% dipengaruhi variabel lain.

Abstract

This research aims to know the improvement of learning outcome and learning motivation of students by using Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method. This research was included into Classroom Action Research which conducted on 2 cycles in which each cycle consists of 2 meetings and 4 stages. The12th Grade of Office Administration SMK PGRI 6 Malang for 27 students as research subject. Data of learning outcome obtained from post-test and data of student learning motivation obtained from questionnaire. The research result showed average score of cognitive and affective learning outcome was increase significantly as well as student learning motivation in the category of very satisfying. The research result explained that Everyone Is Teacher Here learning method proven to improve learning outcome and learning motivation of students. It is suggested to the teachers to apply this method, especially to the active learning focuses on student.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aimed to know the role of education and the characteristics of SMEs on the contributions to the economy. The research type is descriptive, used secondary data. Research result shown that education of SMEs relatively low. From 150 respondent of SMEs, 73 % were Junior High School gradution, or above it. While bachelor/diploma, 26 %, and 0,67 or 1 people was magister gradution. Lack of education has become a decisive factor low value added to national economic development.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui   peranan pendidikan dan  karakteristik pelaku UMKM terhadap kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif, menggunakan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan (formal) pelaku UMKM relatif rendah. Dari 150 responden pelaku UKM, 73 persennya berpendidikan SLTA, dan atau lebih rendah. Sedangkan Sarjana/Diploma, 26 persen, dan 0,67 atau 1 orang berpendidikan Magister. Rendahnya pendidikan ini telah menjadi faktor penentu rendahnya nilai tambah untuk pembangunan ekonomi nasional.
