Education is the most important part in shaping the character of the nation. The character of the nation if balanced with education, then the human resources will show the expected quality. Compilation of Islamic law, providing education in the field of law related to Islam, so that the younger generation understands the importance of Islamic law in running the life of nation and state. Islamic education is the most important thing for the young generation to maintain and preserve the understanding of law related to Islam. Understanding law does not mean just science, but as knowledge that must be known to the nationââ¬â¢s generation. Compilation of Islamic law becomes the civil foundation for Muslims in carrying out related contracts of marriage, inheritance and endowment. The compilation of Islamic law is expected to provide a basis for education and knowledge for young people, especially academics in deepening Islamic civil law listed in the compilation of Islamic law.

Philosophy as the mother of knowledge has large contributed to develop of education. Through a profound point of view, the philosophy of trying to parse its education up to its roots in order to obtain a comprehensive view. The philosophy of Platos Idealism that further emphasizes the importance of the superiority of the mind, the spirit or the soul of the things that is material. Leaves from the trees thoughts of philosophy of idealism which consists of view of metaphysics, epistimologi and gives its own perspective of axiology in philosophical analysis of the world education is again reflected in his views about the human being, the formulation of the purpose of education, curriculum, methods, pupils and teachers.

Education is an integral part of life and human life, as education alone is the personality of the media in fostering and developing the potential of the human being. Quality multi-dimensional human beings is determined by the educational process, the process is good and right will be significant implications for the quality of its output. Naturally because education is the most basic needs of human beings. Education shall be directed to foster a sense of awareness of divinity and humanity, so as to create a way of life and human life without oppression between human beings with one another. Understanding of the nature, character and potential that exists in humans is one of the educational efforts in shaping the human personality. This of course is done through the process of developing the full potential of human beings, both its physical potential and his spiritual potential. The main runway to realize that education is able to produce quality human, it must rely upon the essential values, which comes from the One who (value divinity) and human values.

Personality of a teacher should be a role model for students. This is because the personality of the teacher have direct and cumulative effect on student behavior. Behavior of the teacher in teaching directly or indirectly have an influence on studentââ¬â¢s motivation either positive or negative in nature, means that, if the teachers personality displayed in accordance with the expectations of student teaching, students will be motivated to learn well.

The mosque as a instrument that can be used to prostrate, alsomeans it can be used for social activities involving humandimension by making it as a central activity. This relates also to thepotential mosque itself should be empowered with all the ability ofthe managers. In this case it takes expertise (skills) are not onlysufficient, but must be fully implemented as the implementation ofthe propaganda bi ahsan al-amal (make changes by mobilizing allabilities). With this kind of understanding, the mosque can beinterpreted as an instrument or means of universal worship. Notonly worship mahdhoh (micro), but also worship ghayro mahdhah(macro). So, mosques back again in his role as the time of ProphetMuhammad saw- before that, as an educational center that seeks toeducate the religion of Islam and its values, to become ones way oflife.

ABSTRACT: The reform era was born as a correction, improvement, and refinement of various weaknesses of previous government policies. The government of the reform era has also integrated religious education into the national education system, in terms of law or legislation, budget, human resources, and so forth. Strategies that need to be declared to improve future Islamic education are socio-political strategies, cultural strategies, and sociocultural strategies.

Islamic education is a comprehensive educational and integrative. All the components required to perform its role of Islamic education Islamic education in order to be successful. An Islamic education supervisors to perform its role to the starting point in Islamic values. In the implementation, there are several techniques of Islamic education supervisors who do supervisors. Supervisory duties fostering Islamic education teachers to be able to have a religious type of integration, by modeling or by uswah hasanah, so teachers are also imitating doing the same thing. Supervisors are able to perform its role is always to know and monitor the conditions and the competence of teachers who supervised.Pendidikan Islam merupakan pendidikan yang komprehensif dan integratif. Seluruh komponen pendidikan Islam wajib menjalankan perannya supaya pendidikan Islam tersebut berhasil. Seorang pengawas pendidikan Islam menjalankan perannya dengan bertitik tolak pada nilai-nilai keislaman. Dalam implementasinya, terdapat beberapa teknik supervisi pendidikan Islam yang dapat dilakukan pengawas. Pengawas pendidikan Islam tugasnya membina guru supaya mampu mempunyai tipe yang religius integration, dengan cara modelling atau dengan uswah hasanah, supaya guru juga meniru melakukan hal yang sama. Pengawas yang mampu menjalankan perannya selalu mengetahui dan memantau kondisi dan kompetensi guru yang diawasi.

Output or a graduate of a school is said to be good if students excel. And student learning outcomes or achievements of the students is a reflection of the performance of teachers. It is described in the research results Goodblad (1976) that teachers have a significant role for every success in the learning process. The study was later published under the title Behind the Classroom doors explaining that when teachers have entered the classroom and closed the door - the door of the classroom, the learning quality is determined more by the teacher. The description contains the purpose that the quality of learning that is the result of a very influential teacher performance on student achievement. While the teacher is good or not the performance is determined by the principal. due to poor educational institution, including teaching staff (teachers) depends on the boss, he is the person most responsible for the success of the school. Teachers performance in carrying out the task of learning at the school is influenced by external and internal factors. External factors including headmaster leadership, organizational climate, and organizational culture.
