Abstract

Golden childhood education (the golden age) can be the basis of the formation of human character that plays an important role again decisive for the future of society, nation, and state. In reality, an Indonesian citizen awareness on this subject have been formed during the reign of the old order and the new order were characterized by the establishment of Kindergarten (TK), Raudlatu Athfal (RA), dan Bustanul Athfal (BA). Abstract

Education reform in Indonesia initiated the decentralization of education. Decentralization of education is meant kewengan central government and provincial government allowed only limited autonomy organizing activities specified in government regulations. While the local government authority covering the planning, implementation, monitoring, control and evaluation. Form of education decentralization is local autonomy which gave birth to school-based management. There are some who carried out the order of SBM reforms such as planning and evaluation of programs and curriculum management. In an effort optimasilsi implementation of MBS is the first regulation kewenagan clear between central and local government, and education units. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The declining awareness of the diversity of values and the strengthening of the recent egocentrism of the group has disturbed the attention of many and worried about the joints of the life of society, nation and state. To be presented a religion is essentially a multicultural paradigmatic answer to all universal human problems regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, culture, language, and so on. What is the formulation of cooperation between religious and inter-religious people in an effort to achieve a peaceful, tolerant, co-operative, peaceful, coexistent, and exemplary society? To answer that question seems to require a religious understanding based on inclusive, humanist and multicultural theology. The presence of multicultural education theology is expected to contribute to solving the above problems.

Boarding organization was important in order to deliver the organizations progress. Role of Pesantren help in learning framework motivation organizational behavior related to creativity. Thus management education is the dominant factor in the framework of a nations progress. Stigma would adversely boarding school management Pesantren in the state seems to have not gone right. Entering the era of globalization today, the existence of Pesantren as the oldest Islamic institution in the state would be managed manaj with more professional if do not want to be left as the stakeholder community. Todays global current information and knowledge to make the world more accessible community. For it not to look for the possibility that once made Pesantren Islamic study center and a practitioner at once, that in time became interested in it and left the service user community. To the mutual duty of the governor / nanny Pesantren do and make efforts and improve strategies so that Pesantren as Islamic educational institutions have their own special features in time reference of Muslims in the world. They will then be turned toward Pesantren and make Pesantren as the primary alternative community education.

Abstract

As an institution that has long been developing,the school is an institution that is complex and unique. Is complexbecause of the madrassa as an organization in which there arevarious dimensions to each other interrelated and mutuallydetermine. While unique madrassa as an institution that hascertain characteristics that are not owned by other organizations.Head madrasah professionals need to succeed in governmentprograms are being rolled out as local autonomy, decentralizationof education, school-based management, competency-basedcurriculum. All of it requires the participation and professionalperformance headmaster. The school principal professional newparadigm in the management of education will have a positiveimpact and a fairly fundamental change in the renewal of theeducation system in schools.Sebagai lembaga yang sudah lama berkembang, madrasahmerupakan lembaga yang bersifat komplek dan unik. Bersifatkomplek karena madrasah sebagai organisasi yang di dalamnyaterdapat berbagai dimensi yang satu dengan yang lain salingberkaitan dan saling menentukan. Sedangkan unik bahwamadrasah sebagai lembaga memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu yang tidakdimiliki organisasi-organisasi lain. Kepala madrasah secaraprofesional perlu untuk mensukseskan program-programpemerintah yang sedang digulirkan seperti otonomi daerah,desentralisasi pendidikan, manajemen berbasis sekolah, kurikulumberbasis kompetensi. Kesemuanya itu menuntut peran-serta dankinerja profesional kepala madrasah. Abstract

Motivation to learn is the power (power motivation) and the driving force (driving force), or tool builder willingness and strong desire for self-learners for active learning, creative, effective and innovative and enjoyable in a change of behavior in both the cognitive, affective and psychomotor. So that motivation to learn is possessed by the learners, the teachers are required expertise in determining appropriate strategies in learning so as to motivate the learners, both internally and externally. If learners are motivated to learn by itself will have an impact on the process and the expected learning outcomes and can be used as a basis to know ketercapian purpose of learning by learners.

Abstract

Competition in the era of Asean Economic Community is increasingly stringent, leading the Islamic educational institutions not only oriented to academic aspects but also on other aspects, including the economic aspects. The concept of Islamic educational institutions today should lead to the establishment of creative Islamic educational institutions, especially creative-based economies. Islamic education institutions today are no longer sticking to conventional learning methods to provide knowledge to the human resources of Islamic education, but to apply learning methods while learning, which is expected to guide the human resources of Islamic education to develop creativity, innovation, and productivity. Looking at the prospects that are needed at this time, the Islamic educational institutions are expected to immediately change the orientation of Islamic education in the institution, in order to produce excellence in social, cultural, economic, and etc.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and provide concrete explanations about how the Prophet Muhammad provide moral education in hanging out and wrestle in public life. The community consists of a human community composed of, among others, children, father, mother, grandmother and others who have a wide range of different characteristics. Based on the research method of library reseach and descriptive data collection methods-intepretatif, generate a conclusion about the words of the Prophet which is very simple yet important and relevant to be applied in the life of society. As the Prophet of the settlement solution is to teach moral education among other noble; First, drop by and receive the guests. Second, establish good relations with the neighbours namely mutual say greetings and respond when encountering each other, looked out the person being sick, complementary invitation if not hitch, delivering bodies came to the liang lahat and answer the person who sneezes. In addition, the education of morals who delivered Prophet is the third, building a social piety to his fellow man. Fourth, establish ukhuwah islamiyah with fellow human beings. The fourth point when developed in the life of a nation and a country then it will create a social life that is dignified and appropriate grain berkeadaban pancasila first until the fifth sila. Therefore, values morals education of society who delivered Prophet Muhammad in his sayings provide an inspiration and motivation to keep doing tajdīd (renewal) of good character at the center of public life. Moral education of community implies to all existence of Islam in all his teaching either can the Quran nor Hadith the Prophet, either about the creed, worship and muamalah as political, economic and others.  In addition, forming a disciplined man, leading to emotional intelligence and spiritual, wise, brave, keep yourself and be fair.
