Abstract

Sawi pakcoy (B. rapa L) is one of the most well known kinds of vegetables in Indonesia. Farming innovation that can be utilized is hydroponics innovation. In hydroponics frameworks, creature discharges are given to plants to be separated into nitrates and nitrites through regular cycles and can be used by plants as supplements from fish squander. Tilapia (O. niloticus) is one of the freshwater fish products that are most popular by different gatherings. Abstract

The results of the initial observations at SDN Ngepeh found several findings, namely the lack of optimal student involvement in learning, so that students are passive. Students cannot find their own knowledge and skills. Theme 1 learning activities show less than optimal results. This is because the learning method applied does not involve active student participation because the method used is the question assignment method, without being given appropriate materials or media. One effort to improve students' cognitive abilities and student activity is to use learning methods that are appropriate to the material to be taught by the teacher. The purpose of this research is to find out if the implementation of the problem-based learning method can improve student learning achievement and the activity of class VI SDN Ngepeh for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SDN Ngepeh in two cycles. This type of research is qualitative and quantitative research. Data collection techniques using tests and student activity observation sheets.The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning method could improve the achievement of class VI students at SDN Ngepeh. The increase in student achievement from cycle I was 53% and cycle II was 86%. The increase in student achievement from cycle I to cycle II was 33%. The implementation of the Problem Based Learning method can increase the activity of class VI students at SDN Ngepeh. Increased student activity from cycle I by 40% and Cycle II by 93%. Increased learning activity from cycle I to cycle II by 53%.

Abstract

In the implementation of teaching and learning activities in the classroom there are weaknesses in the learning process, including the lack of optimal student involvement in learning so that it is passive. Teacher-centered learning activities, as a result students are more likely to listen, record and memorize. Students cannot find their own knowledge and skills. Therefore it is necessary to improve learning methods. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Group Investigation (GI) to improve learning outcomes and the activity of class VI students at SDN Mejayan 01. This research was carried out at SDN Mejayan 01, Mejayan District in two cycles consisting of cycle I and cycle II. This research approach is qualitative and quantitative. Data collection techniques using tests and observation sheets.The results showed that the application of the Group Investigation method could improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SDN Mejayan 01 with the percentage of classical completeness increasing from 44% to 93%. The application of the Group Investigation learning method can increase the activity of class VI students at SDN Mejayan 01 with a classical percentage of activity from 67% to 100%.

Abstract

One of the skills in the 21st century in learning that must be possessed by students is skills in critical thinking, but in reality critical thinking skills at the level of high school education are still relatively low. The purpose of this research is to improve the critical thinking skills of class X high school students by using the Problem Based Learning model accompanied by Socioscientific Issuess. This research is a classroom action research which has 4 stages, including planning, action, observation and also reflection. The subjects of this study were 34 students of class X SMA Negeri in Sukoharjo. Data on critical thinking skills was taken at the end of each cycle. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, tests/assessment techniques, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is to use comparative descriptive. The results of the research on students' critical thinking skills scoring showed that in cycle I it was obtained by 41% (14 students), in cycle II it was obtained by 73% (25 students), and in cycle III it was obtained by 91% (31 students). These results indicate an increase in students' critical thinking skills has increased from cycle I to cycle III by 50%. So it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model with Socioscientific Issuess can improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The practical manual is a guide for experimental activities needed in laboratory learning, based on the concept of the scientific method. The current practicum manual is structured textually so that it does not direct students in formulating problems. The purpose of the study was to compile a practicum manual based on the results of the research. Descriptive research method, with procedures for compiling a practicum manual from the results of research that has been carried out. The structure of the practicum manual is in accordance with the practicum manual, accompanied by pictures of research results. Validation by two validators, namely material expert validator and learning media expert. The data collection technique was carried out using a feasibility questionnaire instrument for practicum guidelines. The analysis of the validation results was carried out descriptively. The results of the validation of the preparation of the practicum manual with a feasibility level of 79.1% on the aspect of material validity and 84.21% on the validity of the media with good criteria.

Abstract

Research on the effect of using biopore as a source of infiltration to maintain the availability of ground water in the district of Rasanae Barat, Bima City. Lack of water is a problem or disaster for every citizen in urban areas. The purpose of this research is how the effect of the biopore. The method used in this study is to use data collection in the form of measuring the height of the volume of water absorption. The parameters tested in this study were to measure the availability of water every day for 5 days. In this study, 4 infiltration wells and 1 control well were made. The volume of increasing the height of the 1st day (First) hole 1 water volume 0.74, hole 2 water volume 0.7, hole 3 water volume 0.72, hole 4 water volume 0.7. day 2 (two) hole 1 water volume 0.76, hole 2 water volume 0.76, hole 3 water volume 0.77, hole 4 water volume 0.76. day 3 (three) hole 1 water volume 0.8, hole 2 water volume 0.81, hole 3 water volume 0.81, hole 4 water volume 0.79. day 4 (four) hole 1 water volume 0.79, hole 2 water volume 0.77, hole 3 water volume 0.8, hole 4 water volume 0.79. With a total volume of 3.09 holes 1, hole 2 volume 3.04, hole 3 volume 3.1, hole 4 volume 3.04. while those in infiltration wells were seen in control wells with initial height data of 0.7 m, second day 0.75 m, third day 0.8 m and final height 0.8 m. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that by making 4 biopore holes and 1 control hole, it shows an increase in water volume of 0.8 by using biopore holes as a source of groundwater infiltration

Abstract

Membran plasma adalah lapisan tipis yang mengelilingi sel secara menyeluruh, terdiri dari lapisan ganda fosfolipid dengan protein tertanam, berfungsi vital dalam menjaga integritas sel serta mengatur pergerakan zat, dan memiliki struktur dinamis yang memungkinkan komponennya bergerak secara lateral dalam fluiditas membran.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi dalam diri mahasiswa, mengasah kemampuan komunikasi dan kerjasama dalam kelompok belajar. Selain itu, penelitian ini dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan mengenai membran sel serta mengetahui bagaimana kelarutan lipid dalam mebran mempengaruhi proses difusi dan osmosis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode pengamatan dan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa pengaruh garam yang dilarutkan dalam air sebanyak 50 ml pada kentang menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan terhadap berat dan tekstur jaringan kentang. saat teh dimasukkan ke dalam air panas, molekul air di sekitarnya memiliki energi kinetik yang tinggi, memungkinkan molekul-molekul teh yang larut untuk lebih mudah bergerak dari daerah dengan konsentrasi tinggi (teh yang belum larut) ke daerah dengan konsentrasi rendah (air). methanol lebih efektif dalam mempercepat reaksi dibandingkan dengan etanol, baik pada konsentrasi mutlak maupun setelah pengenceran menggunakan konsentrasi larutanKata Kunci : Permeabilitas Membran, Difusi, Osmosis, Kelarutan Lipid.   The plasma membrane is a thin layer that completely surrounds the cell, consisting of a phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins, serves a vital function in maintaining cell integrity as well as regulating the movement of substances, and has a dynamic structure that allows its components to move laterally within the fluidity of the membrane. The purpose of this research is to increase creativity and innovation in students, hone communication skills and cooperation in study groups. In addition, this research can increase knowledge and insight into cell membranes and find out how lipid solubility in membranes affects the process of diffusion and osmosis. The research method used observation and treatment methods. The results showed that the effect of salt dissolved in water as much as 50 ml on potatoes showed a significant impact on the weight and texture of potato tissue. when tea is put into hot water, the surrounding water molecules have high kinetic energy, allowing the dissolved tea molecules to move more easily from the area of high concentration (undissolved tea) to the area of low concentration (water). methanol is more effective in accelerating the reaction compared to ethanol, both at absolute concentration and after dilution using solution concentration. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian maggot terhadap kelangsungan hidup dan pengaruh pemberian pakan terhadap ikan lele dumbo. Penyediaan pakan ternak yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan peternak ikan khususnya lele dan menjadi komponen terbesar dalam kegiatan usaha. Pemanfaatan pellet dan campuran maggot sebagai pakan ternak memiliki keuntungan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Penelitian ini terdiri dari 2 perlakuan dan 2 ulangan, dengan perlakuan pemberian pakan pellet 100%(kontrol), pemberian pakan pellet 75% + 25% maggot. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali. Pengamatan parameter meliputi panjang lele menggunakan penggaris, bobot lele menggunakan timbangan digital, dan kelangsungan hidup lele dihitung pada angka kematian setiap harinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pellet 75% + 25% maggot lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pemberian pellet 100%. Walaupun selisih nya tidak jauh tipis dibandingkan pakan pellet. Hal ini terjadi karena pakan maggot terdapat protein yang tidak dimiliki oleh pakan pelet.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of STEM-based biology learning onthe critical thinking skills of class X MIPA students at SMA Negeri 4Tasikmalaya on environmental change material. The population in this studywas all 5 classes of class educate. Data collection was carried out by providing13 questions describing critical thinking skills. The data analysis techniqueused was the independent t test with the help of the SPSS version 25 forWindows application with a significance level of 5%. Based on hypothesistesting, it was found that STEM-based biology learning had a significant effectof 0.01 or a significance value of <0.05 on critical thinking skills. In theresearch results, the experimental class was superior to the control class,seen from the average score achieved in critical thinking skills. So it can beconcluded that STEM-based biology learning influences students' criticalthinking skills on environmental change material.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran flipped classroom terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran biologi kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Polewali. Jenis penelitian quasi experiment design. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 181 orang, sampel sebanyak 72 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Desain penelitian Nonequivalent control group design dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket kemandirian belajar, terdiri dari 25 pernyataan pretest dan posttest. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan aplikasi SPSS 22.0 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji Analysis of covariance (Ancova) menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh yakni 0,00 < 0,05, artinya model pembelajaran flipped classroom memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas XII SMA pada mata pelajaran biologi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya kemandirian belajar peserta didik, meningkatkan inisiatif dan kreativitas, serta memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik terhadap konsep-konsep pembelajaran yang diajarkan. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran flipped classroom memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kemandirian belajar peserta didik
