Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there are differences in stock trading volume as a result of the effect of dividend distribution announcement on companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and those incorporated in the IDXHIDIV20 index from 2019-2021 This research was conducted using quantitive methods. The analysis used in event study. The data used in this study were secondary data obtained from the IDX with a sampling technique using a purposive sampling method, and a total sample of 7 companies was obtained, namely: Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk, Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk, Bukit Asam Tbk, Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk. The hypotesis testing used in the Kolmogorov Smirnov analysis using the SPSS program. The results ofthe Wilcoxon Signed Ranked Test show that the announcement of dividend distribution has no efect on stock trading volume, which means thet the hypotesis is accepted.

Abstract

The background of this research is the increasingly tight competition in the Nasi Krawu business which has an impact on decreasing the number of visitors to Nasi Krawu Bu Azza. This study aims to determine the effect of brand, price, product quality and packaging on purchasing decisions for Nasi Krawu Bu Azza in Gresik. This study uses quantitative methods and sampling in this study uses accidental sampling and is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables Price, Product Quality and Packaging partially have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, except for the brand variable.

Abstract

This research discusses the problems with one of the local cosmetic products in Indonesia, namely the MS Glow cosmetic product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty, to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction, to determine the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty, and to determine the effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method. The analysis used in this research is path analysis. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents. The results of this study are (1) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty, (2) Brand Image has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty and (4) Brand Image has an indirect effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Dividend Policy and Debt Policy on Company Value with Profitability as an Intervening Variable (Empirical Study on Construction Subsector Infrastructure Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 Period). The population selected by the infrastructure subsector was 29 companies, the sample was selected using the purpose sampling method of 17 companies. The variables used are dividend policy and debt policy as independent variables, company value as dependent variables, profitability as intervening variables. Research hypothesis testing using moderated regression analysis techniques with SPSS application tools. The results of this study prove that: (1) Dividend policy has a significant effect on profitability. (2) Debt policy has a significant effect on the profitability. (3) The dividend policy has no significant effect on the value of the company. (4) The debt policy has no significant effect on the value of the company. (5) Profitability has no significant effect on the value of the company. (6) The dividend policy does not affect the value of the company through profitability.  (7) The debt policy does not affect the value of the company through profitability in the construction subsector manufacturing company

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) on stock prices in Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The population used in this study were Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period as many as 83 companies with sampling using the purposive sampling method and 26 companies were selected as samples in the study. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 10.849 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The Price Earning Ratio (PER) variable has a positive effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of 3.781 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. The variable Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect on stock prices, this is evidenced by the t count value of -8.882 and t table of 1.982 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t count t table and sig value 0.05. Simultaneously the variables Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return On Equity (ROE) have a positive effect on stock prices as evidenced by the f value of 54.224 and f table of 2.69 with a significance value of 0.000 where the t value is calculated t table and sig value 0.05

Abstract

This research was conducted on the employees of the Trade Office in Bangkalan Regency. The trade office is the government representative in the regional office responsible for assisting the government in the trade sector. Human resources must have good performance to achieve organizational goals. The decrease in employee performance is the current problem that exists in this office. Besides, working hour provision violations also happen and lead to a decline in discipline and work loyalty of the employees. The low level of employee loyalty can be indicated by the decrease in employee absenteeism. This study aims to determine the effect of Work Discipline on the Performance of Bangkalan Trade Office Employees, to determine the effect of Work Loyalty on the Performance of BangkalanTrade Office Employees, and to determine the effect of Discipline and Work Loyalty on the Performance of Bangkalan Trade Office Employees. The method used in this research was quantitative research. The population in this study was 52 employees, so this research was categorized as a population study. The data collection method employed interviews, questionnaires, and a literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that 1) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-count of 5.771 t-table of 1.67591, with a significant level of 0.000 0.05, and with a β value of 1.576. 2) Work Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a t-count of 2.900 t-table of 1.67591, with a significant level of 0.006 0.05, and with a β value of 0.863. 3) Discipline and work loyalty have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F-count of 65.173 t-table of 3.13 and with a significant level of 0.000 0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out whether Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a significant effect on financial performance (ROE, NPM, CR, DER) in telecommunications sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2017-2021. This type of research is quantitative. The sample of this research is secondary data obtained from the company's annual report and sustainability report. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis and simple regression analysis with the help of the IMB 26 SPSS program. The results showed that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) had no significant effect on Return on equity (ROE), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) had a significant negative effect on Net Profit Margin (NPM), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio ( DER).

Abstract

This study was undertaken at Kampoeng Durian Tourism, Tebul Timur Village, Pegantenan Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency. One of the excursions in Pamekasan Regency, Kampoeng Durian Tourism, combines elements of agrotourism and hills. The extant problems are fluctuations or increase and decrease in annual visitors caused by the tour's facilities and infrastructure. This research aimed to determine the effect of facilities on visiting decisions, the effect of facilities on visitor satisfaction, the effect of visiting decisions on visitor satisfaction, and the effect of facilities on visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data was collected through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and literature reviews. In this study, 96 individuals were sampled using a non-probability, non-probability sampling approach and data was analysed using regression and path analysis. The findings of this study indicated that 1) Facilities had a direct effect on visiting decisions. 2) Facilities had a direct effect on visitor satisfaction. 3) visiting decisions had a  direct effect on visitor satisfaction. 4) Facilities had a indirect effect on visitor satisfaction through visiting decisions as an Intervening Variable

Abstract

This research was conducted to batik craftsmen in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District. Human resource plays an essential role as the main basis of a business in gaining competitive advantages. One of the small businesses occupied by the community is hand-drawn batik which still applied the traditional production process. Efforts to increase public interest in creating optimal products require craftsmen with good performance. This study aims to reach the following goals: to determine the effect of training on the performance of batik craftsmen, to determine the effect of work culture on the performance of hand-drawn batik craftsmen, and to determine the effect of training and work culture on the performance of hand-drawn batik craftsmen in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi, District, as well as to find out which training and work culture have the dominant influence on the performance of batik craftsmen in Paseseh Village, Tanjung Bumi District. The method used in this research was quantitative with a total population of 90 craftsmen, thus, this research is categorized as population research. The data collection procedures involved interviews, questionnaires, and a literature study. The analysis techniques used were the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that 1) Training has a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen with a t-count of 4.986 t-table of 1.66235, with a significant level of 0.000 0.05, and with a β value of 0.378. 2) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen with a t-count of 4.467 t-table of 1.66235, with a significant level of 0.000 0.05, and with a β value of 0.377. 3) Training and work culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of craftsmen with an F-count of 113.560 F-table of 3.10 and with a significant level of 0.000 0.05. Dominant training affects the performance of craftsmen with a Beta value of 0.472

Abstract

In today's increasingly fierce business competition, every company is required to be able to compete and set the right marketing strategy. Marketing is one of the most important factors for companies, especially those engaged in goods and services. This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, place, and promotion on the decision to purchase used clothing at the online thrift shop @mejasoklat. The method used is associative. The research population used was all used clothing buyers at the online thrift shop @mejasoklat, a total of 610 people The sample size is 86 people, and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the simultaneous analysis of the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, and place have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While partially, only the marketing promotion mix has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product, price, and place have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for used clothes at the online thrift shop @mejasoklat
