Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur aset, likuiditas, dan profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal dimoderasi oleh ukuran perusahaan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 59 perusahaan non-keuangan yang terdaftar tidak berturut-turut pada indeks LQ45 periode 2012-2017 di Indonesia. Model ini menggunakan data panel tidak berimbang dengan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model. Dikontrol oleh sales growth, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur asset dan likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Size memoderasi pengaruh struktur aset dan likuiditas terhadap struktur modal. Size tidak memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap struktur modal.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of financial knowledge,financial confidence and income, on financial behavior. This research is based onTPB Model and Behavioral Finance Theory, and it was carried out based on thephenomenon that occur at present whereas the community is more focused on shorttermrather than on long-term. The Theory of Planned Behavior that rates theknowledge, self-confidence, and income becomes the basis of financial behavior ofindividuals, which become the topic of this research. The subjects in this study are thepeople of Jakarta Special Region, which includes the group of workforce who havealready had the job and fixed income every month. The results of this research showthat Financial Knowledge and Financial Confidence do affect Financial Behavior,whereas Income does not appear in the same way.Keywords: Financial Behavior, Financial Knowledge, Financial Confidence, Income

Abstract

Abstract: The study sought to establish and analyze the impacts of brand awareness, brandassociations, perceived quality and brand loyalty toward purchase decision-making process of Yamaha V-Ixion both partially and simultaneously. This statistic parametric study adopted a quantitative method that used a multiple linear regression in which the data were processed by program. The population used in this study are all users of Yamaha V-Ixion in Jakarta whose number is unknown. The sample was 80 users of Yamaha V-Ixion located in West Jakarta Municipality. A structured questionnaire with Likert scale was used to collect data which consisted of 34 questions arranged based on indicators and dimensions derived from each independent variables. Findings of this study showed that brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty had significant effect in partially toward purchase decision-making process of Yamaha V-Ixion. Furthermore, brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty had significant effect in simultaneously toward purchase decision-making process Yamaha V-Ixion.Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, Brand Loyalty and purchase decision-making process

Abstract

Abstract. The study aims to determine the most preferred e-service quality attribute chosen by customers and classify customers based on their preferences andsociodemographic characteristics in Malang city. This research used quantitativeapproach with descriptive research. The research objects were 105 respondents ofinstagram online shop customers in Malang selected using quota sampling method. Theanalysis methods used were cluster and conjoint analysis. The results showed thatInstagram online shop customers in Malang were classified into 2 segments; the firstsegment (adults) was college students and employees above 20 years of age with IDR2.5 – 5 million incomes per month. Meanwhile, the second segment (teenagers) washigh school and college students under 20 years of age with less than IDR 1 million permonth revenue. Both segments prioritized fulfillment (product shipments) when theywould like to shop in instagram. The least e-service quality attribute considered bycustomer was efficiency (information efficiency).

Abstract

Abstract.This paper has an aim to know the effect of inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The research result of 37 sample with population of ten kind of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) those are ORI001 to ORI010 can be concluded that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR have simultaniously influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). However especially for Interest rate of SIBOR, it has an individually influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The test model result shows that 0,712 % adjusted R Square. It means that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR influence 71% toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) and the other 29% effect is fromother factors. The thing that make this research is interesting is that independent variable can only simustaniously influenced toward YTM of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI), except the interest rate of SIBOR, from spss coefficients result shows that it individually influance toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI).Key words : Yield to maturity, Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI), inflation, exchange rate of IDR, theinterest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian pengaruh antara idiosyncratic volatility dengan expected return. Idiosyncratic volatility dihitung dengan pendekatan langsung (direct method), yaitu standar deviasi dari residual yang dihasilkan model asset pricing Fama-French Five Factor. Penelitian ini menguji idiosyncratic volatility secara contemporaneous dan ex-ante. One-month lagged idiosyncratic volatility digunakan sebagai proksi dari expected idiosyncratic volatility. Metode yang digunakan dalam menguji model penelitian adalah Fama-Macbeth Cross-Sectional Regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara realized idiosyncratic volatility dengan expected return pada waktu yang bersamaan (contemporaneous). Sedangkan secara ex-ante terdapat pengaruh yang negatif dan signifikan antara one-month lagged idiosyncratic volatility dengan expected return.

Abstract

Abstract. Personalized online advertisement is expected to minimize irritation of theadvertisements, and it may be beneficial to help consumers in searching informationbefore they are making a purchase decision. At present, consumers are having a diverseattitude toward the personalized online advertising, some are in favor, some are neutraland some are actually opposed to. Consumer's attitude play an important role consumerpurchase intention. Therefore, it is very critical for the personalized online advertisingto provide more value added to the consumer based on their purchase behavior bygiving the relevant information, while at the same time keeping the consumer's privacy.Despite of a lot of effort has been put in place to improve the effectiveness ofpersonalized online advertising, it has yet gained more positive response from theconsumer. This research is using the survey method that involving 200 respondents anddata analysis is using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).

Abstract

Abstract: This research examined the effect of compensation, competency, andmotivation on the performance of acupuncture teachers in LKP Ladika. This researchused quantitative approach with descriptive survey method. Data were taken usingquestionnaires. Data were analyzed using SPSS. Methods of data analysis in thisresearch were multiple linear regression analysis with the classical assumption test,such as normality test and multicollinearity test. At the multiple regression analysis willbe shown descriptive statistics, correlation test, determination test, t test and F test. Theresults of this research shown that compensation, competency and motivationaltogether had significant influence toward those performance of acupuncture teachersin LKP Ladika. Partially, only the variable of competency had statistical significantefeect to their performance.Keywords: Compensation, Competency, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Abstract. This paper presents an experimental study exploring the effect of Facebook applicants' content on the recruitment decisions made by job recruiters. Facebook content is divided into professional and non-professional contents. We employ 40 participants in this experimental design. Our results show that the applicants’ Facebook contents significantly affect the recruitment decisions which is indicated by the difference of choice from the first phase to third phase. Qualified applicants are associated with more professional contents on their Facebook accounts.

Abstract

Abstract: OCB behaviors can be implemented when employees get job satisfaction while toget job satisfaction, the employee needs to be fulfilled both hygienes or motivating. The aimof research want to know the fulfillment of the needs of employees can directly influence theOCB without going through job satisfaction. A population of 184 people with a samplingtechnique using simple random technique, the sample in this research Informa store staff levelemployees with the formula Slovin MAG, so that found as many as 130 employees. Datacollection using questionnaires.Data processing using path analysis.Data processing resultsshow that the path coefficient hygiene factors on job satisfaction by 0793, job satisfaction onthe OCB for 0967, hygiene factors to OCB 0038 with significant value each less than 0.05.The significant value of motivating factors on job satisfaction for 0052, and the significanceof motivating factors to OCB at 0:06. Path coefficient value of less than 0.05 can be removedand a significance value greater than 0.05 means insignificant. The conclusion was thathygiene factors directly influence job satisfaction and job satisfaction directly influence theOCB.Keywords: hygiene factors, motivating factors, job satisfaction and OCB
