Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the difference of market reaction before and after the announcement of unqualified audit opinion (WTP) on the companies that included in the index LQ 45 period of 2012-2014. This study was performed on 66 samples that announced WTP audit opinion on the annual financial statements for the years ended 2011-2013. The statistical method used is T-test Paired Samples (t-test) with event period for 15 days, namely is 7 trading days before until 7 days after the announcement of WTP audit opinion. The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference of market reaction seen from Average Abnormal Return before and after the announcement of WTP audit report (Unqualified Audit Report). This was showed from the results of Paired Samples Test, with the number of t-test results is -1.502 and a significance value of 0.138, or in other word the significance value is > á ( 0.138 > 0.05 ), this mean rejecting Ha. Based on the results of this hypothesis testing can be concluded that investors reacted negatively upon the announcement of WTP audit report conducted by the companies whose the shares listed in LQ 45 Index period of 2012-2014. This result indicated that the information of unqualified audit opinion report (WTP) was not used by the investors as one of reference in taking investment decisions.Keywords: Market Reaction , Unqualified Audit Opinion , Average Abnormal Return

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research aims to provide an overview concerning on the development of organizational culture research in Indonesia which was taken from 18 accredited journals for 14 years of observation from 2005 to 2018. Samples obtained were 55 articles that discussed organizational culture. Researchers classified articles based on topics, research methods, and research sectors. The most researched topic of the dependent variable is employee performance. The most studied independent variable is organizational culture. The research method which is widely used is quantitative method. While the most studied sector is the private sector.ABSTRAK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan penelitian budaya organisasi di Indonesia yang di ambil dari 18 jurnal terakreditasi selama 14 tahun pengamatan dari tahun 2005 sampai 2018. Sampel diperoleh sebanyak 55 artikel yang membahas mengenai budaya organisasi. Peneliti mengklasifikasikan artikel berdasarkan topik, metode penelitian, dan sektor penelitian. Topik yang paling banyak diteliti dari variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan, variabel independen yang paling banyak diteliti yaitu budaya organisasi, metode penelitian yang banyak digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan sektor yang paling banyak diteliti adalah sektor swasta.

Abstract

Abstract: Technology Acceptance Model was developed in order to describe therelationship between user’sperceptive and their attitude toward an object. This researchmain purpose is to analyze the relationship between mobile game’s player’s perceptiveand their attitude toward the game and finally how that relationship affect user’sintention to use newer game. The research conducted in Indonesia and using purposivesampling, we have collected data from 170 Clash of Clan players. We use Partial LeastSquare (PLS) as our data analysis technique. This research results are user’s perceptive(perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use) both has direct significant effecttoward attitude and intention to use. In addition, direct significant effect also foundbetween attitude and intention to use, which made attitude toward use could becomemediated variable between the relationship between users’s perceptive and user’sintention to use. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine how the effect of CAMELS ratios consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Earnings Per Share, and the Loan to Debt Ratio on stock returns banking companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchang. The research method used is a ratio measurement consisting of the Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return on Asset, Operating Expense to Operating Income, Earnings Per Share, and the Loan to Debt Ratio and themeasurement of stock returns. After that tested the model by using the Fixed Effect Model to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Results of this study indicate that a significant difference between the ratios of CAMELS on stock returns. Partially, there is a significant relationship between the Loan to Debt Ratio and stock return in the previous year on stock returns. The conclusion that can be given is the Loan to Debt Ratio and stock return in the previousyear can be used by investors as an analytical tool that helps in predicting stock returns.Keywords: CAMELS Ratio, Stock Retur

Abstract

This study aimed to 1) Analyze the implementation of employee performance target (SKP) on the assessment of the performance appraisal of educational personnel in the the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Bogor Agricultural University (FKH-IPB). 2) Analyze the application of work behavior to the assessment of the performance appraisal of educational personnel in FKH-IPB. 3) Formulate strategic recommendations to be made by the FKH-IPB to improve assessment of performance appraisal and work productivity of educational personnel. The scope of this research is the assessment of the performance appraisal of education personnel, particularly regarding the application of the SKP and work behavior element as an civil servant (ASN) performance appraisal system. This study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method by distributing questionnaires and interviews to 12 experts. The results showed that 1) Creativity and innovation need to be added in the assessment of SKP in FKH-IPB to increase the productivity of education staff the weight of SKP becomes 65.4%. 2) Improved assessment of work behavior is very good by conducting guidance and supervision of education personnel periodically through the commitment and discipline of education staff. 3) The most influential performance improvement strategy is through education.

Abstract

Abstract. This study investigates online game consumer intention to purchase virtualproduct offered during the playing period. Satisfaction of the game was predicted asmediating variable in the influence of perceived value to purchase intention.Hypotheses testing were done by using mediation analysis in IBM SPSS Statisticssoftware version 21 and macro Hayes (2013) model 4. Results showed that in bothgroups, MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Games) and MMOBA(Massively Multiplayer Online Battle Arena), online games satisfaction mediates theinfluence of perceived value to virtual product purchase intention. This study extendsconsumer behavior literature, particularly in perceived value, satisfaction and purchaseintentions of online game consumers. Practical implication of this research can be usedspecifically by online games developer, where satisfaction with the game being playedis one determinant of the players intention to purchase virtual products offered duringthe playing period.Keywords: online game, virtual product, perceived value, satisfaction, purchaseintentionAbstrak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur intensi pembelian produk virtualyang ditawarkan pada pemain online game selama periode bermain berlangsung.Kepuasan terhadap game diduga menjadi variabel mediasi dalam pengaruh persepsinilai terhadap intensi pembelian. Online game yang dimainkan oleh responden dalampenelitian ini adalah tipe MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role PlayingGames) dan MMOBA (Massively Multiplayer Online Battle Arena). Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa baik pada kelompok MMORPG maupun kelompok MMOBA,terdapat mediasi kepuasan terhadap online game dalam pengaruh persepsi nilai padaintensi pembelian produk virtual. Penelitian ini memperluas kajian literatur perilakukonsumen, khususnya terkait dengan persepsi nilai, kepuasan dan intensi pembeliankonsumen online game. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan khususnyaoleh pengembang online game, dimana kepuasan terhadap game yang dimainkanmerupakan salah satu penentu pemain dalam melakukan pembelian produk virtualselama permainan berlangsung.Kata kunci: online game, produk virtual, persepsi nilai, kepuasan, intensi pembelian

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to research the influence of the marketorientation on the alternative strategic orientations and their impact on businessperformance onasphalt concrete companies in the city of Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor,Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi), Indonesia. Alternative strategic orientations in this study ismarket, innovation, and entrepreneurial orientations. This research is associative causalrelationship to determine a causal relationship between the independent variable,market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, intermediate variables, innovationorientation, and dependent variable, business performance. Instrument in this studyused a questionnaire for 30 respondents. Data processing techniques using the PartialLeast Square (PLS) program. The results of the PLS analysis shows effect of marketorientation, and entrepreneurial orientationon innovation orientation, and directimpactof market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation on business performancegives the figure a significant correlation. Effect of innovation orientation onbusinessperformance gives the figure a significant correlation .Key words: Market orientation, Innovation Orientation, Entrepreneurial Orientation,Business Performance, and PLS.

Abstract

Endorser credibility is one of factors which influence muslim fashion development. In the other hand, it is the challenge for Indonesia is to be a centre of muslim fashion in the world. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of endorser credibility on purchase intention with three types consumers. A technique of sampling method in this research was quota purposive sampling. Total sample size was 225 respondents from each 75 housewives, 75 employees, and 75 female students. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and SEM with PLS Approach. The results of this study shows that the credibility endorser have significant effect on purchase intention to female students. While the brand credibility and advertising credibility partially have no significant effect on purchase intention. On the type consumer housewives and employees partially have no significant effect on purchase intention. Simultaneously, advertising credibility and brand credibility affect significantly on purchase intention

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effects of perceivedservice quality, relationship quality, and service delivery process on service value, and it’simplication on institutional image. The population in this research were business customers(companies) NSW system users. The research method employed in this research isdescriptive survey method and explanatory survey with sample size of 300 respondents, andthe data analysis method employed is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The researchfindings are as follows: the perceived service quality does not affect on the service value. Therelationship quality has positive and significant effects on the service value. The servicedelivery process has positive and significant effect on the service value. The perceivedservice quality, the relationship quality and the service delivery process have positive andsignificant effect on the service value. Partially, the service delivery process has the mostdominant effect on the service value. The perceived service quality, relationship quality,service delivery process and service value have positive and significant effects on theinstitutional image. Populasi dalampenelitian ini adalah para pelanggan bisnis (perusahaan) pengguna sistem NSW. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei deskriptif dan surveieksplanatori dengan ukuran sampel sebesar 300 responden, serta metode analisis data yangdigunakan adalah SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Temuan penelitian sebagai berikutkualitas pelayanan yang dirasakan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitaskerelasian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Proses penyampaianpelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitas pelayananyang dirasakan, kualitas kerelasian dan proses penyampaian pelayanan secara bersama-samaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai pelayanan. Secara parsial prosespenyampaian pelayanan paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap nilai pelayanan. Kualitaspelayanan yang dirasakan, kualitas kerelasian, proses penyampaian pelayanan dan nilaipelayanan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra institusi.Secara parsial nilai pelayanan paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap citra institusi.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan yang Dirasakan, Kualitas Kerelasian, ProsesPenyampaian Pelayanan, Nilai Pelayanan, Citra Institusi

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out relationship between Product Quality,Distribution and After Sales Services toward Customer Satisfaction at the PT. Jayatama Selaras. Independent variables were in this study included Product Quality, Distribution and After Sales Services while Customer Satisfaction became dependent variable. In this study, data collection was conducted using a survey method with purposive sampling by questionnaires with 76 business to business respondents. The results obtained through data processing using SPSS version 20 revealed that Product Quality and After Sales Services affected Customer Satisfaction. Beside, there was also a simultaneous effect on the observed of variables Product Quality, Distribution and After Sales Services on Customer Satisfaction. The conclusion of this study indicated that to improve Customer Satisfaction, PT. Jayatama Selaras must maintain andimprove product quality and After Sales Services.Keywords: Quality Product, Distribution, After Sales Services, Customer Satisfaction
