Abstract

Abstract: Industrial problems about spare parts/production equipment replacement is one of the very important issue, because this issue relates to the cost that must be issued , both as a consequence of the replacement appliance, repair or the most fatal is the lost production due to the damage. PT Gajah tungal Tbk is a large company with a very much number and type of machines or production equipment. With the number reached 2,569 machines, of course, engine components / spare parts for these machines are very many and need to be replaced periodically to maintain reliability of these machines . Replacement engine components often occurs when the engine failure has occurred. The number of machines in the PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk requires an effective and efficient component maintenance system. The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability of the replacement of machine components O - Ring Seal on Tube Splicing machines and motor on Tube Curing machine with weibull distribution.This study using software weibull 9 ++for the determination of a suitable distribution and determine the optimal time replacement components of the O-ring Seal on Tube Splicing machine and Motor on Tube Curing machine. Then the results are applied to compare the cost of maintenance of the components in the event of replacement with the replacement schedule. The result shows that weibull distribution can help determine the reliability of the preventive maintenance engine components which impact to increases the efficiency of maintenance cost.Keywords: Preventive Maintenance, Reliability, Weibull Distribution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimimpinan ethical leadership terhadap kreativitas pegawai dengan menggunakan variabel leader member exchange, motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikologis sebagai variabel mediasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada 296 pegawai di Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal dan Transmigrasi Republik Indonesia. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equational modeling (SEM). Variabel motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikologis memediasi secara penuh hubungan gaya kepemimpinan ethical leadership terhadap kreativitas pegawai. Sedangkan variabel leader member exchange tidak memediasi hubungan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran motivasi intrinsik dan pemberdayaan psikilogis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kreativitas pegawai dalam bekerja.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to analyze whether there is a significant influence between school quality and price on customer satisfaction and its impact on word of mouth (Study on Ar-Rahman Islamic School). The research method used is quantitative with survey method. The population is all parents who send their children to school in ArRahman Islamic School which amounts to 400 people. The sample of the research was 200 people,the sample using probability sampling technique ie proportionate stratified random sampling. Data analysis technique with Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) method using AMOS 22.0. The result of the research indicate that there is direct influence and indirect influence, the direct influence consists of: (1) the quality of the school has no significant effect on the WOM, (2) the quality of the school has a significant effect on the consumer satisfaction, (3) the price has significant effect on WOM, (4) ) Price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and (5) consumer satisfaction has a significant effect on WOM. While the indirect effect consists of: (1)the quality of schools significantly influence the WOM through consumer satisfaction and (2) the price significantly influence the WOM through customer satisfaction.Keywords : School Quality, Price, Consumer Satisfaction and Word of Mouth.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to understand the variables that affect the willingness to recommendation to visit the museum. So the executive of the museum will know how important exogenous variable promotion mix and variable of perceived price can lead to visit intention as an intervening variable and its implications for willingness to recommendation as the exogenous variables. Instrument in this studyused a questionnaire for 237 respondents through purposive sampling. Data processing techniques using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the LISREL program (Linear Structural Relationship). The results showed that the promotion mix and the perceived price variable significantly affect the variable visit intention. Intention to visit variable affects willingness to visit recommendation variable, then the variable of perceived price affecting willingness to recommendation. While the perceived price variable has no direct effect on the variable willingness to recommendationt. The conclusion of this study shows that to increase the visit intention and willingness to recommendation to visit the museum, the executive of museum should focus on the museum promotion mix, especially on the museum guide that could explain the object in complete, exciting and fun, so that it can be a major consideration for visitors torecommendation to others.Keywords: museum, promotion mix, perceived price, visit intention, willingness torecommendation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence the customer`s switching  intention, which are influenced by customer satisfaction and customer loyalty based on customer experience and congruity  of sharia  values. The sample size of 195 Sharia banks customers in Surakarta was taken using convenient sampling method. The research analysis used hierarchical regression with customer satisfaction as the independent variable, customer`s switching  intention as the dependent variable and customer loyalty as a mediator variable. Besides that, it also uses customer experience and congrueity  to sharia values as a moderator variable.Validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test have been carried out and the results meet the criteria according to the specified standards. The results of the research analysis show that customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and has a negative effect on the customer`s switching  intention and customer loyalty has a negative effect on customer`s switching intention. Customer loyalty partially mediates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer`s switching intention. However, the customer experience and congrueity sharia value  does not strengthen or weaken the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and on customer`s switching intention and does not strengthen or weaken the influence of customer loyalty on customer`s switching intention. The theoretical and practical implications of the results of research that are considered relevant and need to be discussed can be used as orientation and direction for future research

Abstract

Abstract: Individual readiness to change is an important factor and indispensable inthe process of organizational change. Aspects of 'people' and 'methods' can affect anindividual's readiness to change. This study aims to fill the research gap that has notbeen observed in the literature about individual readiness to change through the qualityof human resources and quality of working process. Besides, this study also purposes togive theoretical contribution related to the importance of empowering leadership rolethrough the people dimension (employee engagement) and work method dimention(culture of innovation) in affecting the individual‟s readiness to change. We SEM(Structural Equation Modeling) test statistical software SmartPLS to test model. Thepopulation of this study was 100 civil servants in all departments/agencies inSemarang. The results showed that Empowering Leadership influenced EmployeeEngagement, and Innovation Culture. While Employee Engagement significantlyeffects on Readiness to Change, and Innovation Culture does not significantly effect onReadiness to Change. The implication of this research is the leader of an organizationshould maximize the role of leadership that empowers or empowering leadership ininfluencing the readiness of individuals that exist within the organization to changetowards better.

Abstract

Abstract: Research on customer loyalty through purchasing decisions on a softwareproduct has been widely applied. This study aimed to observe the effect of productquality, price and brand reputation on customer loyalty through dynamic purchasingdecisions NAV Microsoft software.Samples taken are population all customers of PT.Consulting Aevitas by 60 respondents. Data were obtained through the censusquestionnaire, ie walk in customers during 2011. Type of research is quantitativedescriptions using Path Analysis.The results of this study is the structural equation model1 shows that the quality of the product has the greatest influence on purchase decisions.While the structural equation model 2 shows that good quality products, prices and brandreputation have no influence on loyalty, however if through the purchase decision, allthree have an influence on customer loyalty.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Brand Reputation, Purchase Decisions andCustomer Loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the operational efficiency (marketing margin, farmer’s share, profit ratio) and the price efficiency in Brebes Regency. Quatitative data processing used to analyze marketing margin, farmer’s share, the ratio of benefits to costs by using Microsoft Excel 2016 while market integration alaysis used Eviews 9. Qualitative data processing used to analyze marketing channels and marketing istitutions. The research results showed that there are seven types of marketing channels in the marketing system of shallot in Brebes Regency. Analysis of operational efficiency showed marketing channel that relative efficient were channel 6 (farmerdistrict assembler-regency assembler-outside the province wholesaler). Analysis of price efficiency showed that the shallot markets were integrated in short term.

Abstract

Abstract. The objective of this research in to examine the difference of financingperformance between prospector and defender firms. Four variable used as performancemeasures as follows : income growth, sales growth, return on investment, and return on sales.Life cycle theory is used to analyze the difference between from financing performancemeasures. Four variables are used to determine prospector and defender firms : the ratio ofemployees to sales, the price-to-book value ratio, the ratio of capital expenditure to marketvalue equity, and the ratio of capital expenditures to total asset. Based on common factoranalysis and the four other variables, 109 prospector and 109 defender firms are derived frommanufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2011 until 2014. Data ofthis research are analyzed using Mann-Whitney U Test. The results showed that each variableand proxies that are used will be shown mixed results depending on the circumstances ,conditions and organizational strategies used by these companies.Keywords: prospector, defender, life cycle theory, financial performance

Fromthe result of data processing the functional factor variables affected to the purchase decisione-commerce productson the group on website, variable factor spsycholog not affected to purchase decision e-commerce productson the group on website and factor content factor affected topurchasedecision e-commerceproductson thegrouponwebsite.
