Abstract

This study aims to map the process and to measure the performance of supply chain of table tennis at CV Shiamiq Terang Abadi according to SCOR®11.0 model. Furthermore, this study would give suggestion of improvement in order to improve company's performance. The SCOR®11.0 model is considered more complete, systematic and integrated because of its capability in measuring the company's performance from supplier to customer. Data collection in this study was conducted by questionnaire method to CV Shiamiq Terang Abadi which is related directly to the supply chain process. Based on SCOR®11.0 assessment, there are five KPIs that have not reached the company’s target and can be improved: POF, OFCT, USCA, TC and CCCT which has successive gap by 4%, 33 days, 24.05%, 7,38% and 9 days. There are sub-operations within the supply chain become inefficient metrics and need process improvement. The best practices of recomendations are four of the most prioritized: convergence of SCOR model with lean and six sigma, make-tostock goods receipt, ABC inventory classification, and batch size reduction

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to find empirical evidence of intellectual capital conditionand the performance of listed state-owned banks, and the impact of intellectual capitalon the profitability of the company. The results showed that the financial performanceof listed state-owned banks as measured by profitability (ROA) was generally higher inthe period from 2010 to 2012, then decreased in the period 2013-2015. The highestprofitability performance in the 2010-2015 period is PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Theexistence of intellectual capital in the listed state-owned banking company affect itsfinancial performance. The better the company able to manage its intellectual capitalthe have, the greater the value of Return on Assets (ROA) generated by the company.Structural capital (SCE) is positive but not significant effect on the financialperformance of listed state-owned company in the financial sector. Capital employedefficiency is significant and have positive effect on the financial performance of thelisted state-owned enterprises in financial sector.Keywords: corporate performance, intellectual capital, state Tbk.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan menemukan bukti empiris kondisi intellectual capitaldan kinerja bank BUMN Tbk, serta pengaruh intellectual capital terhadap profitabilitasperusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank BUMN Tbkyang diukur dengan profitabilitas (ROA) secara umum meningkat pada periode 2010-2012, kemudian menurun pada periode 2013-2015. Kinerja profitabilitas tertinggi padaperiode 2010-2015 ditunjukkan oleh PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Keberadaanintellectual capital pada perusahaan perbankan BUMN mempengaruhi kinerjakeuangan perusahaan. Semakin baik perusahaan mampu mengelola intellectual capitalyang mereka miliki, maka akan semakin besar pula nilai Return on Aset (ROA) yangdihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Structural capital (SCE) berpengaruh positif namun tidaksignifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan BUMN Terbuka sektor keuangan.Capital employed efficiency berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuanganperusahaan BUMN Terbuka sektor keuangan.Kata Kunci: kinerja perusahaan, intellectual capital, BUMN Tbk

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to reveal how the influence of internal factors (Total Assets Turnover / TATO, Return On Assets / ROA, Debt to Equity Ratio / DER, Current Assets / CR and Earning Per Share / EPS), and external factors (inflation, exchange rate, BI Rate , Reserves and Gross Domestic Product / GDP) on stock returns. Object of this study is the stock in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in Indonesia Stock Exchange the period 2009 – 2013. Determination of the sample in this study using Shapes Multi Purpose Sampling, as for the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression model.These results indicate that the internal and external factors together have a significant influence on stock returns. While partially different effect, TATO, ROA, EPS and Exchange respectively have significant positive effect, a positive effect of foreign exchange reserves is not significant, CR and inflation has a significant negative influence, while DER, BI rate, and GDP does not have influence on stock return.Keywords: Stock Return, Internal factors, external factors, multiple linear regression.

Abstract

The Indonesian financial literacy index is still very low. This low index makes the government through the Financial Services Authority (OJK) make a strategy contained in the Indonesian National Financial Literacy Strategy or SNLKI (Revisit 2017). The strategy is expected that the Indonesian people have the knowledge and skills and beliefs that are reflected in attitudes and behaviors regarding financial management and are able to take quality financial decisions for Financial Well Being. The research objective is to analyze the direct effect of financial knowledge on financial literacy. Analyzing the indirect influence of financial behavior as a mediator of the effect of financial knowledge on financial literacy. Non-probability of purposive sampling technique as many as 105 respondents. Data collection conducted in May-June 2019. The data used is primary using the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale measurement. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires both directly and online questionnaires through a Google questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are descriptive and inferential. Inferential testing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research findings are that there is a direct influence of financial knowledge on financial literacy. The indirect influence of financial behavior on financial literacy is not significant so financial behavior is not mediation.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine the effects of work-life balance and subjectivecareer success in career management influence on job satisfaction in female workers.Data were collected with convinience sampling technique in 91 women employees insome of the Bank in Jakarta. Using the data have proven the validity and realibilty,Hypotheses test by using SPSS V.22 software and macros inderect Hayes 2013. Thetest results prove work-life balance and subjective career success significant asintervening variable on effect of career management toward job satisfaction. While adirect influence of career management on job satisfaction is not significant, so thatmediation be a perfect mediation.Keywords: career management, work-life balance, subjective career success, jobsatisfaction

Abstract

As part of social influence, online reviews provide important information and peers as consumer socialization agents had shown that they affect on consumers’ online shopping behavior.  This study aims to identify how Indonesian indie cosmetic products can generate online impulse buying. To do so, a research model combining theories of online reviews and peers influence along with browsing and peer communication was used. Further, this research had 173 participants on the online survey that was conducted in Greater Area of Jakarta, Indonesia. The data results were analyzed using structural modeling equation, specifically partial least square method. Results show how hedonic value of online reviews have influence on browsing while tie strength with peers and identification with peer group have influence on peer communication; that then encourage urge to buy impulsively that stimulates impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Profitability, Capital Structur, and Investment Decision to company values. This population is pharmacist companies of Indonesia Stock Exchange on periode 2013 to 2017. The research design is causal research. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. The method derived 6 companies that meet the criteria from 9 companies during the observation period of five years. Total sampel are 30 sample. The analysis technique used is the panel data regression. The results showed that profitability has positive and significant influence towards the firm value, while the capital structure has positive and significant towards the firm value. And the investment decision has positive and significant influence towards the firm value.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Self-Relevant Value, Quality Value and Perceived Informational Utility on Electronic Word-Of-Mouth Intention moderated by Opinion Leadership in Bombaru Bars and Restaurant Bengkulu, Indonesia consumers. The respondents of this study were 17-45 years old. Respondent data were collected by the survey questionnaire provided. After adopting the listwise deletion method through Mahalanobis Distance on SEM-AMOS, 133 questionnaires that could be used were available for analysis. Data analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), assessment of normality, and regression weights. The Result indicate that (1) Self-relevant Value has a positif effect on eWOM Intention; (2) Quality Value has a positif effect on eWOM Intention; (3) Perceived Informational Utility has a postif effect on eWOM Intention; (4) Opinion Leadership moderates the influence of Self-relevant Value on eWOM Intention; (5) Opinion Leadership moderates the influence of Quality Value on eWOM Intention; (6) Opinion Leadership moderates the influence of Perceived Informational Utility on eWOM Intention.Keyword: eWOM Intention, Opinion Leadership, Perceived Informational Utility, Quality Value, and Self-relevant Value.

Abstract

The aims of this paper were to study the difference in the characteristic of acquisition target bank for cross-border and domestic over the period of 2002 – 2017 in Indonesia banking industry. There were 41 transactions of merger and acquisition during the period, and hence there was 31 ownership of private local banks have been transferred to foreign/cross-border investor. The data was obtained from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) consists of financial publication reports of 24 banks sample and also annual reports of those banks. The methods used were descriptive statistics and independent sample test for both parametric and non-parametric data. The results show that: i) There is a significant difference on the profitability (ROE), asset size, cost efficiency, quality of loans, and liquidity between both groups of the target banks; ii) Whereas ROA and capitalization (CAR) are not different for both group of the target banks; iii) Target banks for cross border acquisition is public bank which is different with non-public banks for domestic acquisition.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan model perilaku konsumen dalam pemilihan online shop Instagram. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Swasta di Kota Medan yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian pada online shop Instagram minimal 1 (satu) kali. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah  data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu daftar pertanyaan (Questionaire) dan  wawancara (Interview). Analisis data dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dibantu dengan program Lisrel 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan produk (product involvement) berpengaruh positif terhadap persepsi resiko (perceived risk) pada online shop Instagram. Persepsi resiko (perceived risk) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen (customer satisfaction) pada online shop Instagram. Persepsi resiko (Perceived Risk) berpengaruh positif terhadap kepercayaan konsumen (customer trust) pada online shop Instagram. Kepercayaan konsumen (customer trust) berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli (Purchase Intention) pada online shop Instagram.  Kepuasan konsumen (customer satisfaction) berpengaruh positif terhadap niat beli (purchase intention) pada online shop Instagram
