Abstract

Background : Based on the joint decree of the ministry of education and culture, ministry of religion, ministry of health and ministry of home affairs number 01 / KB / 2020,516 year 2020, HK.03.01 / menkes / 363 / 2020,440-882 regarding learning guides in the school year and year In the new academic period during the pandemic corona virus disease (covid 19), it was stated that the health and safety of students, educators, staff, families and communities were the main priorities in determining learning policies (Joint Ministry Decree, 2020).Methods : This study used a cross-sectional observational analytic design, namely analyzing the relationship between resilience level (building body resistance) and stress levels in students in the 2020/2021 academic new academic year learning. The statistical analysis test used was descriptive test for univariate variables and Mann Whitney and Wilcoxon tests for bivariate variables.Result : There was a significant difference in student resilience after the Proggesive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) action between before and after giving PMR action with a value of p = 0.000, there was a significant difference in student stress after PMR action between before and after giving PMR action with a value of p = 0.000, and The mean of respondent resilience after PMR action was 72.39 and the respondent's stress was 24.61. The result of statistical analysis test was p = 0.000, which means that there is a significant relationship between student resilience and student stress.Conclusion : Resilience (building resilience) is very high affects the level of stress. The higher a person's resilience level, the lower one's stress level or a person's stress level will be lighter.

Abstract

Background: Drug addiction is one of effect from drug abuse. Knowledge become one of factors that relate to drug abuse. Health education media, especially quartet card game, is well known can increase knowledge. The aim of this study is to seek an effect of quartet card game to knowledge about drug abuse in elementary school’s children.Methods: This study used quasi experiment with control group and posttest design. The sampling technique used total sampling with 80 respondents and respondents were separated into intervention and control group. Wilcoxon test were used as data analysis.The Results: There was significant effect of quartet media with knowledge of drug abuse in elementary school’s children (p=0,000).Conclusion: Quartet card’s game has an effect for knowledge of drug abuse in elementary school’s children.

Abstract

Background: Burnout experienced by many social workers, especially nurses. Nurses in the HCU have patients with critical conditions and are fully dependent. This may impact on the decrease in the quality of care by nurse HCU. This study aims to determine the factors associated with burnout in HCU nurses. These factors include internal factors (age, gender, length of service, marital status, education level and personality factors) and external factors (management factors, professional factors and social factors).Method: This research uses analytical research design with a Cross Sectional approach. The sample of this research is all nurse HCU had 80 respondents. Data collection was conducted on 17 June to 30 July 2017 using Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Work Locus of Control (WLCS) and for eksternal factor questionnaire research instrument. Data analysis was univariate analysis, bivariate using chi square and multivariate.The results: showed most (53,8%) of HCU nurses had high burnout. There is a significant relationship between personality factors, management factors and social factors premises burnout. there is no significant relationship between age factor, sex, work period, marital status, education level and professional factor.Conclusion: The dominant factor in this research is social factors where HCU nurses with social factor problems are more likely to experience high burnout. Hospital management provides efforts to provide personal counseling and peer sharing activities, provide socialization about nurse’s legal protection  at work and rewarding nurses.

Abstract

Background: Chemotherapy have some side effects for physic or psychology of client, one of that is anxiety. Anxiety on cervical cancer client that follow this chemotherapy may make client reschedule their chemotherapy or they will stop the chemotherapy.Method: The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the anxiety of cervical cancer patients in following chemotherapy. This research used cross sectional study. The sample of this research are cervical cancer patients who followed chemotherapy as many as 32 persons with insidental sampling method. Data were analyzed using Chi-Square Test with significance level of 0.05 and regression test with significance level of 0,25.Result: confirmed that 57.1% of respondents skilled slight tension. Then, the effects additionally located that there's a considerable courting among maturity, own circle of relatives assist, social assist with cervical most cancers tension in following chemotherapy.Conclusion: the dominant factor that affects the anxiety of cervical cancer patients in following chemotherapy program is maturity. supply them know-how approximately chemotherapy and the impact and supply them greater informative assist and emotional assist Keywords: Anxiety, Cervical Cancer, Chemotherapy, Maturity, Family Support, Social Support

Abstract

Background: Hypertension disease still  occupies the    largest  proportion  of  infectious  diseases carried out  as much   as  64.83%  while  the  second  most  is  diabetes  mellitus  by  19.2%. Both  diseases  are the top priorities  for  non-communicable  disease    control in Indonesia and the  world. Please be  aware that  the family  relationship of the closest  person  such as  family  is a good  support  for  people with  any  disease  as  well as hypertension disease.Methods:  The subject of the study  is people with  hypertension. Type of  journal that is original article  instead  of  review  of research  theme of family  support  journal  content  in  people with  hypertension Type of  research  that is  quantitative data collection of article selection  process is determined  in accordance  with  inclusion criteria.  The  data  collection process uses  the extraction method.The Result:  the prevalence of hypertension  that  occurs more  in  women  after the age  of  45 to 55  years  is  due to the production of estrogen hormones  that  gradually  decrease  naturally    with  age. The level of  education  of respondents  is known to be mostly    basic education.Conclusion:  firstly the characteristics of the elderly  mostly    have  the age of the elderly  category  have a female  gender  and  have a  basic education.  The  second  one treats  patients   modifying the   environment  and  utilizing  health  facilities  positive  effects  of  family  support  for  people with  hypertension.
