Abstract

Work performance is importance issue since the measurement of organizationalsuccess is the degree of work performance. Objective of this research isstudying the influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivationtoward civil servants’ work performance in Sukoharjo Regency EmploymentAgency. Population of this study is all employees working in Sukoharjo RegencyEmployee Agency. Total number of the employee are 41. Quantitative researchmethodology was employed in this study. Regression statistical techniques usingsimple as well as multiple regression was used to test the hypothesis. Datashowed that leadership and work environment simultaneously influenced workperformance. Work environtment and work motivation also found simultaneouslyto have influence upon work performance. Based on F test research resultindicated that leadership, work environment, and work motivation havesimultaneously influence toward work performance. It also showed that R2 is0.949, it means that 94.9% of civil servants’ work performance in SukoharjoRegency Employment Agency explained by leadership, work environtment, andwork motivation simultaneously.Key words: leadership; work environment; work motivation; civil servants’ workperformance.

Potentials owned by the village culture, natural beauty,and creative industries be used as capital to increase peoples income.One of the tourism in Bandung Regency is Mekarsari village, PasirjambuSubdistrict. Mekarsari tourism village is unlikely to develop without theattention of various parties including local government. The purpose ofthis research is to know how far the role of local government in supportingMekarsari tourism village destination. The research method used isdescriptive analytical with qualitative approach. Data collection techniquesconsist of primary data obtained from respondents and secondary data inthe form of literature, scientific journals both nationally and internationally.From the results of research conducted obtained the results thatmekarsari tourism village to grow and develop with the support ofsurrounding communities in an effort to improve welfare. Graduate Program ofPublic Administration Slamet Riyadi University, Thesis, unpublished.This study aimed to analyze the management of funds of the village in thevillage of Wonorejo, Gondangrejo Subdistrict, Karanganyar Regency. Thisresearch intends to identify factors supporting and restricting fundmanagement in perspective of the Regent Regulation of Karanganyarnumber 93 year 2015 dealing with the use of the village fund. This researchemployed descriptive qualitative method. Primary as well as secondarydata related to the situation and empirical condotion concerning to villagefund management were collected. Research result showed that theimplementation of village fund in the perspective of Karanganyar Regentregulation number 93 year 2015 in Wonorejo Village ran pretty smothly inimplementing some management functions. However, on the other hand,with regard to village community participation in providing suggestions andcriticisms in the village development discussion on development planningstill felt lacking. This fact was proved by the changings of the amount offunds and of physical infrastructures in the some local areas (dusun). Thiswas caused by urgency and by the benefits of the project for the localpeople.Key words: management; planning; implementation; participation..

Abstract

This paper aimed to analyze bias of online mass media regarding allegedethics violation by public officers (speaker of House Representative). Theresearch done about 1 month, mid November till mid Desember 2015. Inthat time, news about alleged ethics violation who involved the publicofficer be headline news main stream of conventional mass media andonline mass media. The case was being tranding topic about 1 month incyber media. After that periods ending, as time goes by issue settingagenda theory, mass media changed into chief region election issues. Themedia online Merdeka.com and Suarakarya.id were research object withconsiderated both media have different ideology and politics. Dataanalysis done by using tool of analysis from Pan and Kosicki whichcovered 4 structures are syntactic, script, thematic and rhetoricalstructures. The result found that reality construction which Merdeka.comdan Suarakarya.id constructed put Setya Novanto (SN) on position aspublic officer who being objected by both media as a people who didethics violation and authority of incumbency violation, as high classmakelar, as speaker of House representative had disgrace Indonesianand SN do not deserve to be role made for other officers. Because ofreporting process framing by both online media, its bring out bias of massmedia. The bias which brough out from “Papa minta saham” case moredominated of bias by selection of sources and bias by placement. Bothmedia do news capture with refering to news sources with same theirideology and politics. Abstract

This research aimed the application of government internal control system inInspectorate Office of Boyolali Regency. Five elements that were studied are: (1)Environment of control; (2) Evaluation of risk; (3) Activity of control; Informationand communication; and (5) internal control monitoring. Case study method wasused in this study. Interview, document study, and observation data gatheringtechniques were used for colleting the needed data. Validity of the finding wassupported by the data or resource triangulation method. Interactive analysismodel consisting of three elements i.e. data reduction, data display, andverification and conclusion drawing was used to analyse the data. Researchresult indicated that the application of government internal control system inInspectorate Office in Boyolali Regency had already implemented properly. Thedata showed, however, that there were some weaknesses especially related toinfornation and communication aspect. It was found that there were no directaccessable media such as box office, box for community suggestion,whistleblower system, inspectorate website, and others. The success of theapplication of the system depends on the ordinates commitment in particularlyand community participation in general. By doing so, good governance that isfree from collusion, corruptin, and nepotism can be realized.Key words: Good Governance, government internal control system.

Thomas, 2018. “Analysis of factors – factors that affect consumersatisfaction in using bottled drinking water Akuen in Wamena”.Management, Yapis University Papua.This study aims to determine what factors affect consumer satisfactionin using drinking water brand Akuen in Wamena. This research consist ofone variable that is : factors influencing consumer satisfaction withindicator – indicator : image factor, service factor, quality and locationfactor. Population and sample to be taken is equal to 60 people by usingrandom sampling technique of collecting data used is by interview andquestioner. Technique of collecting data used is by interview andquestioner. Technique testing instrument data used is multiple regressionanaliysis, f test, t test and coefficient of determination. The result of theresearch shows that together image, service, quality and locationinfluence to consumer decision inchoosing drinking water of brandpackaging Akuen in Wamena. This indicates that the reliable image ofdrinking water products in providing services to consumers,satisfactoryemployee services and improved drinking water quality factors desiresand strategic location is easy to reach while individually, image,service,quality and location have a positive and significant on consumersatisfaction in choosing brand bottled drinking water Akuen in Wamenathat is well known in the community and a high sense of care can increaseconsumer satisfaction in using brand drinking water Akuen in Wamena.Keywords: Analysis of factors –factors that affect consumer satisfaction inusing bottled drinking water.

Abstract

This study was aimed to explore the marriage service at Religious Affairs atBanjarsari Sub District Surakarta City. The formulated research problemswere reviewed by five dimensions of services, i.e. dimensions of tangability,reliability, responsiveness, assurance and of empathy. Questionnaire wasused to collect the data. Qualitative data were collected by employingdocument study and interview indepth. One hundred respondents consistingof service users were interviewed. Research result indicated that the quality ofwork performance of the Religious Affairs Office at Banjarsari Sub DistrictSurakarta City seemed not satisfyng fully the service users. It is due to the factthat there was still existed the gap between what should be done by theemployees of the office and what it was expected by the service users. Theservice users percepted that the services given by the employees was notfully satisfied according to five measurement dimensions of service. Thehighest score of gap between the real service given by the employees on theone hand and the users’ perception as well as the users’ expectation was thedimension of tangability, followed by the dimensions of responsiveness,empathy, assurance and the last was dimension of reliability, respectively.Based on research result, it is recommended that there should be someefforts done by office related to the five dimensions for promoting betterservices in order to satisfy the users of the services.Key words : tangability, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy.

Abstract

Land reform is the Agrarian Reform Program launched by the IndonesianGovernment. The program is implemented for the structural arrangement ofdomination and ownership of the land. This is done to ensure the right toagrarian resources through land reform or asset reform and broaderdevelopment efforts which involves multiple participants to ensure that theland assets that have been given can grow productively and sustainably oraccess reform.The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of agrarianreform policy in the district Jenawi, Karanganyar. The importance ofachieving the goal of this study was that the success of an activity isdetermined by the quality of the process and indicators that have been set.This study was descriptive kualitatf research which combines theimplementation model of Donald S. Van Meter, Carl E. Van Horn, andEdward III. Data collection techniques that used in this study was interviewsand review of document. Determination of informants by using purposivesampling. Informants in this study came from Land Agency Office ofKarangayar, the District Head Jenawi, and the villager of Anggrasmanis.Based on the study results, it was concluded that agrarian reform policieshave been implemented properly in District Jenawi, Karanganyar. Bothimplementers and the target group in these activities have known andunderstand the standards and target activities. Land Agency Office ofKaranganyar still understaffed of gauge in terms of implementation of assetreform. This is because the number of employees of measure is notcomparable with the land area that must be done. Meanwhile, in the termsof implementation of acces reform, human resources which is own isconsidered to be adequate.Mentoring and counseling to the community programs that has beenprepared can be done well and get a positive response from the targetgroup, so it can be formed a good cooperation. A positive attitude shown bythe whole range of implementers, so that a positive response was alsoobtained from the target group. Agrarian reform activities in the district ofJenawi Karanganyar has accordance with Budget ImplementationRegistration Form 2014, the technical instructions, and legislation whichserve as guidelines. The purpose of agrarian reform in the District Jenawiespecially the Village Anggrasmanis has been perceived by society as wellas a positive impact in their lives.Key words: Standards and Objectives Policy, Resonances, Communication,Disposition, Bureaucratic structure.

Abstract

Sub-district of Serengan Office is one of the office located in Surakarta UrbanArea performs public services is demanded to work prfessionally and should beable to respond the public aspiration and the environmental changes. In order toincrease the civil servants performance, it can be done by performingprofessional leadership style, creating good work environment, and a high anddirected work motivation. This research aimed to analyse partially as well assimultaneously the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and of workenvironment toward civil servants’ work performance. The research wasconducted in Serengan Sub-district Surakarta Urban Government. Quantitativeapproach was used in this study. The population of civil servants working in theSub-district of Serengan as much as 83 was surveyed. Statistical analysisemployed regression, including t test, F test, and finding the coefficient ofdetermination. Research result showed that: (1) There was a positive andsignificance influence of leadership style toward the work performance; (2) Therewas a positive and significant influence of work motivation upon the workperformance; (3) There was a positive and significance influence of workenvironment upon the work performance; and (4) There is simultant influence ofthose three indendent variables upon the work performance. Based on thefinding it can be concluded that the higher the influence of the degree ofleadership style, work motivation, and work environment, the more likely thehigher the degree of work performance, partially as well as simultaneously.Key words: Leadership style, work motivation, work environment, work performance.
