Abstract

The massive transformation of consumer behaviour on the online transportation network platform in Indonesia has still not yet answered comprehensively. We have identified and evaluated several latent constructs based on prior research review. Hence, we investigate the effect of electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) on e-satisfaction and e-loyalty of online transportation costumer. We applied a causality approach method to measure the primary data, and then we selected respondents with purposive sampling technique which have met the predetermined criterion. In total, there was 142 customer have participated in this online survey. To examine the primary data, we used the variance-based analysis of Structural Equation Model (SEM) - Partial Least Square (PLS) analytical instruments. The results have a significant managerial and theoretical contribution to the stakeholder to make a customer keep loyal in ever-changing e-commerce business in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan laporan kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah variable independen, yaituCurrent Ratio (CR), Return On Investment (ROI), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO), danEarning Per Share (EPS) secarabersama-sama dan parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variable dependennya, yaituDevidenKas (Cash Dividend). Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan di Pojok Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berada di UniversitasMuhammadiyah Surakarta. Dalam hal ini yang menjadi obyekpenelitiannyaadalahsejumlahperusahaanmanufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) selamaperiodetahun 2006sampaitahun 2008 yang dipilihberdasarkankriteriatertentu.Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur pada Bursa Efek Indonesia yang diperoleh dari pojok BEI Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.Analisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan.metodekuantitatif.Metodekuantitatifdilakukandenganmenggunakanteknikstatistikdenganmengolah data-data yang sudahadauntukmembuktikanhipotesispenelitian yang diajukansebelumnya, yaitufaktor-faktor fundamental perusahaanmanufaktur yang dijadikansampel.Dan alatanalisis yang digunakandenganmenggunakanmetoderegresi linier berganda, Uji-t Uji-F sertaKoefisienDeterminasi.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang AnalisaDampakFaktor–faktor Fundamental Perusahaan (Current Ratio, ROI, TATO dan EPS) TerhadapDevidenKaspada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)diperolehhasilbahwaCurrent ratio, return on investment, total assets turn over danearning per share secarabersama-sama mempunyaipengaruhsignifikanterhadapdevidenkaspadaperusahaanmanufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Abstract

This research develops a theory to select measurement criterion related to function successfulness ofinformation system. The criterion represents intent of existence of information system (intent of systemdevelopment) because of successfulness previous information system. Generalized cost/benefit measure isused to compile hypothesis. This matter test validity decision of system development after perceivingsuccessfulness of information system. Result of from this research indicate that the information quality can function as base to user ofsystem to develop system, and usefulness system depict a valid measure that it can function to evaluateeligibility from an alternative of project system development. And also the cost from system developmentproject shows influence significance to intent of system development. Become result of this research showrelation between third independent variable to intent of system development.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and financial performance on the firm value. The research object is the entire banking companies go public, amounting to 29 banks, but based on the completeness of the data it is only 22 banks sampled by the observation period 2008-2010. The independent variables are corporate performance (Return On Assets, Return on Equity, Operating Profit Margin, and Net profit Margin), and Corporate Responsibility Social, while the dependent variable is the firm value (Price Book Value). Data analysis consisted of multiple linear regression. The results of this study showed that the ROA and ROE have a significant effect on firm value, while OPM, NPM, CSR does not have a significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effects of customer value to consumer decision in education industry. Customer value is one of many factors, that give effect to choose productor service. Consumers will consider which product or service give the highest value for them. This research analyzes the effect of customer value to consumer decision in the high education industry. The result shows that value gives effect to consumer decision.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to test the effect of Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return On Equity (ROE) to stock price. This study was chosen because there were still differences between one study and another. There was also distinct condition between theory and the reality.This study was conducted using secondary data. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technic. From one hundred and twenty manufacture company, sixty were chosen due to its complete financial report from 2007-2011. The analysis methods used for this study is double linier regression analysis.Using regression analysis,it was showed that Earning Per Share (EPS) had a positive and significant effect, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) had a negative dan significant effect, meanwhile Return On Equity (ROE) had a positive and significant effect to stock price. Taken together, it was showed that 90,4% variation and stock price could be described by EPS, DER and ROE variable.The rest (9,6%) could be described by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of ratioanalysis to forecast changes in earnings. In this case the researchers used the data in the formof financial statements of listed manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).Researchers used sample of 32 manufacturing firms selected at random purposive sampling,the manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2007-2008 period. Thedata used are the financial statements audited financial statements as of December 31 in orderto avoid the presence of a partial financial statement data. Analysis tool used is multiple regressionanalysis, t test, F test, and coefficients of determination were tested with the classical assumption test. Based on the results of dataanalysis can be concluded that the variables CR andthe TATO has a significant influence on changes in earnings. As for the DER and NPM variables no significant effect on change in earnings.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the condition of the company using the Altman Z-Score to predict the potential bankruptcy of the five pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 to 2015. The sampling method  is using purposive sampling with a sample of five pharmaceutical companies. This research is descriptive with quantitative approach. The results showed that: (1)  in 2011 to 2015 the five pharmaceutical companies are in the good category, the number of  Z-Score from all companies are  ≥ 2.99. (2) Moreover  from the five pharmaceutical companies that were analyzed PT Merck Tbk in 2011, 2013 and 2014 had the highest number for Z-Score at 8.45, 6.3 and 5.92. (3) PT Kalbe Farma Tbk in 2012 and 2014 had the highest number for Z Score at 6.08 and 5.91. The results of this study are expected for pharmaceutical companies to maintain liquidity to meet all its obligations so that will interest   investors and creditors. Companies are expected  to manage assets to increase sales and generate profits.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to analyze the quality of the services of a services company integrated with the SERVQUAL (Service Quality) and the Kano Model into the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in the Clinic Midwife Ides that have decreased the number of patients since 2015-2018.  Data collection in the form of needs and desires of consumers (customer requirements) using a questionnaire derived from the five dimensions of SERVQUAL (Service Quality), there are tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and empathy as well as data collection technical characteristics (technical requirements) through interviews to the management of the Clinic Midwives Ides. Through a questionnaire, the consumer Clinic Midwife Ides can rate the level of importance (expectations) of each service attribute and evaluate the quality of current service delivery, and assess the level of satisfaction if these attributes are not available (Category dysfunctional Kano Model). In the questionnaire there are 22 attributes are valid and have reliability value 0,926 for the variable hope and 0,953 for the variable the fact the quality of service at this time. After that is done the calculation of the value of consumer satisfaction.  There are 10 attributes with the value of the satisfaction is negative. Having obtained the category for each attribute, then find the value of adjusted importance by multiplying the weight category of the canoe with the value of customer satisfaction and level of importance. Based on the results of the interview, there are 6 technical characteristics related to the customer needs to know the needs and desires of consumers of the Clinic Midwives Ides. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is carried out using a matrix of House of Quality (HOQ) which is integrated with the Kano Model. In this study, the 3 attributes of customer requirements as well as the attributes of the technical responses that has a percentage rate of interest above the average and should be a priority of improving the quality of service.

Abstract

The research examined the impact corporate culture  toward performance of work in the PDAM Surakarta.  The objective of research was to analyze whether the variable of worker behavioral attributes model of corporate culture consisting of innovation, attention to detail, outcome orientation, people orientation, team orientation, agresivenes and stability significanly affecting the work motivation.  The sampling as many as 73 persons was taken by using case study method. They comprised the workers and managers whose different departement. From the 82 persons taken as samples through questioner sheets,  75 quistioner sheets were returned but one of  them was damaged. Therefore, there wereonly 73 quistioner sheets which were valid to be analyzed. The result of regression analysis by using the instrument called the program SPSS version 11.50 showed that attention to detail, outcome orientation, team orientation and stability have significant influence toward the followers’ performance.   Whereas the others variable  such as innovation, negative emotion, intervence, faulty attribution, disagreement have effect positively  toward the work of motivation. Whereas the behaviors such as  innovation, people orientation have no significant influence toward the  followers’ performance in PDAM Surakarta.
