Abstract

Da?wah (Islam) should not only at the conception but trying to get a more in-depth knowledge and connect with the target object (pure science and applied science). Dakwah without understanding the philosophical-epistemological foundation will lead to understanding of the Da?wah (Islamic) becomes shallow and oven cause/make its adherents are stuct into the formalism and narrow fanaticism, on the contrary, the understanding of Dakwah which at based on philoshopical?epistelomogical will bring Dakwah at understanding essentially and in depth, so avoiding from conflicts caused by the many isms or others.There are at least three forms that can be used as a reference deals with the means of scientific development of Dakwah, which deals with the means Bayani, deals with the means Irfani and deals with the means Burhani. Burhani, the patterns of thought derived from the texts (Nash) then Irfani the patterns of thought proceed from zauq, qalb, , or intuition, while Burhani rooted in intellectual activities to establish the truth of a proposition by the deductive method, i.e by linking to each other proposition that are axiomatic. The three forms of epistemology above, will determine the dynamics and characteristic of the science of Dakwah.

Abstract

As a lecturer, my job is to teach and to administer course of Islamic philosophy. However, the dynamics of the profession had once required me to serve as a lecturer in public colleges. In this institution, I teach Islamic subjects that are integrated with core content of every study program such as midwifery, nursing, nutrition, health analysts, public health, mathematics, statistics, and medicine. Through deep reflection I discovered the concept of 'basic philosophy of iqra', a term borrowed from Quraish Shihab, that derived from QS.Al-"Alaq :1-5.The concept was implemented through the activities of reading both qur?anic verses (quraniyyah) and kauniyyah verses, as the interpretation of the phrase mâ khalaqa. The results of reading can be in the form of something, or a concept or variable(s). If there is a basic relationship between two or more things, between two or more concepts, between two or more variables, then the theory exists. A set of theories that is cognate in the sense of similarity within ?the body of knowledge" will bear a science. In principle there is only one science and is derived from Allah in His capacity as al-'Alîm and is taught to man,' allamal insanâna mâ lam ya'lam '. Furthermore, the science will develop in line with the human activities due to continued reading activities which can be sequenced further in the conceptualization, theorization, and saintification. Therefore the science is growing and growing into several branches and continues to cross the borders. At this level, the figure of a science is much more specific. Ushuluddin science seems to be unrelated to medical science, but they actually have the same root i.e., the genealogical structure, namely al-'Alîm. and its implication is that the dichotomy of religion versus general science is really just a myth.

Abstract

Metode penafsiran al-Qur?an yang disodorkan oleh Hassan Hanafi adalah sebuah kekayaan intelektual yang perlu diberi apresiasi positif. Karena, semangat yang dibawa oleh Hasan Hanafi ini adalah adanya sebuah kesadaran empiris terhadap kondisi riil umat/ Negara Islam.  Dia menyadari betul, bagaimana keadaan Negara Islam bila dihadapkan dengan kemajuan Negara Barat. Negara-negara Islam menjadi obyek imperalisme, zionisme dan kapitalisme. Hal ini diperparah lagi dengan kondisi internalnya yang terbelakang, miskin serta penuh konflik. Untuk keluar dari kondisi ini, maka harus ada usaha keras dan terus menerus dengan basis nalar dan pergerakan yang kuat.Untuk itu, sebagai bagian dari usahanya, ia menawarkan cara ?pembacaan? dan pemahaman terhadap al-Qur?an dengan tafsir tematiknya. Ia ingin membangun tafsir perspektif (asy-syu?uri) agar al-Qur?an mampu mendeskripsikan manusia, hubungannya dengan manusia lain, kedudukannya dalam sejarah, membangun sosial dan politik.  Ia tidak ingin penafsiran al-Qur?an hanya sekedar menafsir dari ayat ke ayat, dari surat ke surat yang terkesan fragmentatis dan mengulang-ngulang. Dia ingin membangun tafsir tematik dengan cara menghimpun ayat-ayat yang satu tema dan di analisa begitu rupa sehingga muncul konsepsi universal tentang Islam, dunia, manusia dan sistem sosial.

Abstract

Secara sederhana model pemahaman Islam universal terekspresi pada dua corak pemikiran mengenai hubungan antara Islam dengan realitas sosial, ekonomi, dan politik. Pertama, adalah model organik yang menghendaki hubungan secara legal-formal antara Islam dengan semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam perspektif model ini, Islam harus terwujud secara formal kelembagaan sebagaimana nampak dalam bentuk seperti partai Islam, sistem ekonomi Islam, dan bahkan negara Islam. Kedua, adalah corak pemikiran yang menghendaki hubungan secara substansial antara Islam dengan semua aspek kehidupan. Islam lebih dilihat pada tataran moral, etik, dan spiritual. Dalam hal ini, Islam tampil secara inklusif.Kebangkitan civil society dimanifestasikan ke dalam beberapa jenis gerakan sosial. Pertama, resistensi simbolik yang meliputi pelbagai aksi tidak langsung untuk mengontrol dominasi negara. Tujuan utarna dari jenis aktivitas ini adalah untuk menampilkan pelbagai keluhan dan gugatan secara simbolik dalam bentuk tulisan, pertunjukan seni, dan diskusi yang bernada kritik. Kedua, resistensi pragmatis yang dilakukan sebagai reaksi langsung terhadap kebijaksanaan pemerintah atau sistem sosial-ekonomi-politik yang sedang berjalan. Resistensi semacam ini biasanya melibatkan ormas, partai politik, dan bahkan mahasiswa (contoh yang actual: demonstrasi penolakan penaikan harga BBM). Ketiga, resistensi simbolik-pragmatis yang merupakan aksi langsung maupun tidak langsung yang menuntut terciptanya situasi sosial-politik yang lebih baik terutama wong cilik dan juga menuntut pengurangan kontrol negara terhadap pelbagai bidang kehidupan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the potential and self satisfaction womans in empowerment of creative economy with science and tecnologi and self satisfaction of Islamic economic perspective in fisherman of Kragan village. Rembang. Interview approach, documentation, observation and literature searching are use in order to collect data. Analyzing the researchers to be scientific then by reflective thinking by pacing between the method of deduction and induction. The results of this study is to know the various potensis  business that is very varied or creative by the womans of fishermen village Kragan Kab. Rembang. In addition to knowing self-satisfaction means the womans of fishermen in carrying out their creative economic activities in addition to beneficial for himself also useful for his family. Potential women fishermen need local government support to develop the creative potential of women fishermen, for example by using village funds budgeted by the central government. This potential can produce various kinds of creative processed fish such as crispy with various flavors, fish chips with various types of fish and crackers. Satisfaction experienced by the womans of fishermen is the sustenance and enjoyment given by Allah SWT who need to be grateful.==============================================Tujuan penulisan ini untuk mengetahui potensi perempuan dalam mengembangkan  pemberdayaan ekonomi kreatif   dan upaya pendekatannya sudah  bersifat modern ataukah masih manual atau tradisional. Pemberdayaan ekonomi dan self satisfaction yang dilihat dari kaca mata Islam di pesisir  nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang menghasilkan kemanfaatan atau kemaslahatan baik diri sendiri maupun maslahatan untuk masyarakat yang lebih luas. Metode penulisan ini menggunakan  cara wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan penelusuruan literatur kepustakaan digunakan dalam rangka untuk mengumpulkan data. Penganalisaan yang dilakukan peneliti agar ilmiah maka dengan kritis dan kreatif dilakukan mondar-mandir antara metode yang melalui kesimpulan yang logis dan dengan metode pengumpulan data kemudian dievaluasi untuk menyimpulkan. Penelitian ini mengetahui berbagai potensi bisnis bervariasi atau kreatif perempuan nelayan desa Kragan kab. Rembang. Self satisfaction nelayan dalam aktifitas ekonomi bermanfaat bagi dirinya juga bermanfaat bagi keluarganya. Potensi perempuan nelayan perlu dukungan pemerintah setempat guna mengembangkan  potensi kreatifitasnya perempuan nelayan, misalnya dengan pemanfaatan dana desa yang dianggarkan pemerintah pusat.   Kepuasan yang dialami perempuan-perempuan nelayan merupakan rezeki dan  kenikmatan yang diberikan Allah swt perlu disukuri  sebagai kwajiban perempuan untuk membantu suaminya  merupakan kwajiban istri  bukan merupakan beban.

Abstract

Head of Village is still a magnet that attracts the elite at the village. They are willing to invest expensively in the election and perform social task with high cost whereas the bengkok income and monthly incentive could not cover the incurred cost. Based on the results of the election in Kalipajang, it was found that the elites who scrambled as head of village was not to maintain the ideology, and to struggle that has a value of worship as in religion or in economics as propounded by Karl Marx, but they fought to get celuk-a culture capital which is Borrowed Pieere Bourdieu?s analysis.

Abstract

Murder in the Islamic criminal law including jarimah qishas-diyat, namely jarimah punishable by qishas (punishment commensurate/proportional) or punishment diyat (fines/restitution), the specified limits his sentence, but is categorized as a right adami (human/individual), in which the victim or his family can forgive the perpetrators, so that the penalty (qishas-diyat) can remove altogether, because in qishas no entitlements for victims' families to act as "institutions forgiving", they can ask for their right to forgive or not forgive the criminal act. According to scholars' Salaf that the policy of punishment given is based on the viewpoint of the habit of Arab society that never applies to the Muslim community early, namely regarding who is authorized to determine the wisdom qishas or of diyat is heavily influenced by the practice habits of Arab society in the 7th century M, both about social status, as well as the local culture, the sunnah and the practice run early Muslims who provide input or benchmarks in detail the principles prinsp Islamic criminal law (jinayat), so that in determining the sentence still is discrimination, whether social status, gender and religion. Therefore, in the modern era according to scholars' khalaf that sentencing for murder should be equated between the murder of men with women, killing of Muslims by non-Muslims, the murder of a father with his son, should remain punishable qishas and diyat amount laki- men with diyat amount for women should be equal, so that the position of human beings are equal before the law (there is no discrimination; social status, gender and religion.

               Indonesia with the 5th most population in the world that the majority of Muslims make its own market for sharia stock investment products. The increase in sharia capital market development is not in line with the number of syariah capital market experts. Abstract

Muhammadiyah used hisab hakiki wujud al-Hilal (The existence of crescent above the horizon) in determining the beginning of kamaria month. The use of this menthod sometimes has impacted in deciding the time for Ramadan, Idul Fitri and Idul Adha the results, sometimes, differ from the government and other Islamic organization?s conclusions. This research is to answer following questions 1) Why does Muhammadiyah use hisab hakiki wujud al-hilal to determine the beginning of kamaria month?, 2) How are the position of mathla? and date line used by Muhammadiyah in determining the beginning of kamaria months if data line separate Indonesian area?, 3) How does Muhammadiyah justify wujud al-halal concept that meets with astronomical criteria?This research is a qualitative library research based. The method for collecting data is a document study and interview, while descriptive analysis is choosen for the method for data analysis. Ushul al-fiqh and scientific cum-doctriner approaches are also used as supporting tools for the data analysis. The research shows several interesting results. First, the decision of Muhammadiyah to use hisab hakiki wujud al-hilal is basically shaped by Muhammadiyah?s understanding on Islamic tradition. Second, mathla? that has taken by Muhammadiyah as parameter is mathla? wilayah al-hukm (all of Indonesia area). Third, reorientation of Muhammadiyah to justifies or to match wujud al-hilal criteria with astronomical criteria, namely crescent visibility according to international criteria, so far, has not been officially decided yet. The idea still runs as discource among Muhammadiyah?s leaders.
