Abstract

The quality of education in Islamic educational institutions today is encouraged unmediately by the various strategies and approaches. It is underpinned based on a strong desire to build a more dignified education. A strong desire is unfortunately not based on good management so that some Islamic educational institutions should decline. Eventually some Islamic educational institutions today are often considered as an institution that has not been able to manage and produce out put that satisfy customers. The focus of this research is: (1) How is the formulation strategy Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality of education in MA NU Gondang Sragen? (2) How is the implementation strategy of Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality of education in MA NU Gondang Sragen? (3) How is the evaluation strategy of Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality of education in MA NU Gondang Sragen?. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with case study design. The data collection conducted by interview, observation and documentation. Data were analyzed by using data reduction techniques, followed by a presentation of data, and drawing conclusions. Results of this research are: (1) Formulation of strategies in MA NU Gondang Sragen done by first formulating the vision and mission of taking into account the internal and external environment, followed by setting goals and targets and continued by the determining strategies. (2) Implementation of the strategy at MA NU Gondang Sragen done by outlining strategies have been formulated in the form of activities. Technical implementation is submitted to the coordinator of activities in coordination with the principal. System monitoring is done by applying an intensive communication and routine control to the coordinator of activities. (3) Evaluation strategies in MA NU Gondang Sragen done through formal and informal meetings. Formal meetings are routinely performed both at the internal level and overall field. By this meeting, then formulated corrective measures forward.

Abstract

To support the development of Islamic financial institutions the government issued several special regulations related to the control so that the presence of Islamic financial institutions are able to put forward the principle of accountability and professionalism. One of the regulations is the obligation of an audit by a public accounting firm for the institution of Islamic banking. But on the other hand the presence of the Islamic financial institutions has just developed, so it tis possible there is no readiness of the Islamic economic agents to face mandatory execution of audits by public accounting firms. The research objective is to determine how the level of preparedness of Islamic economic actors to the obligations of audits by public accountants and to provide models of affective learning strategies for economic actors, especially the Islamic financial institutions to be ready to implement the provisions of mandatory audit of Islamic Economic institutions.The methodology used in the study are as follows: (1) The subject study of Islamic Economic actors in Semarang with the unit of analysis to managers and accounting clerk (2) data collection method is survey the field to spread questionnaire and interview (3) The analisys used in the study is a qualitative descriptive approach.The results showed that the perpetrators of Islamic Banking in a ready condition for duty audited by a public accountant toward Islamic economic institutions. Although it is generally in ready condition, however there are some disadvantages of competence had by economic actors, such as, lack of understanding of Islamic transactions terms and mechanisms, such as, the terms Sharf, and activity of the bank based in return (profit). To overcome these economic actors expect/hope that there is an Islamic accounting training hoping the ease in obtaining the certification of Islamic accounting.

Abstract

Ponpes/Panti REHSOS ?Nurusssalam? Sayung Demak yang menjadi lokus dari penelitian ini merupakan salah satu panti rehabilitasi sosial yang dikelola langsung oleh masyarakat dan patut menjadi model rujukan bagi rehabilitasi sosial para gelandangan-psikotik di Jawa Tengah atau bahkan bisa menjadi rujukan ?Nasional?. Riset ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil rehabilitasi sosial terhadap gelandangan psikotik yang diberikan di Ponpes/Panti REHSOS ?Nurusssalam? Sayung Demak lebih komprehensip dibanding 2 (dua) panti lain yang menjadi pembanding karena rehabilitasi yang diberikan di sini meliputi; bimbingan sosial, medik, herbal, fisik, rekreatif dan pemberdayaan di bidang ekonomis produktif dengan terapi religius model pondok pesantren lebih manusiawi, karena memandang manusia secara utuh meliputi : fisik, mental maupun sosial, berdampak positif pada upaya secara langsung menghilangkan stigma masyarakat, sehingga tingkat kambuh kembali relatif kecil;Selain itu, tingkat penyembuhan klien di Panti Nurusslam lebih optimal, terlebih-lebih setelah difasilitasi Hydrotherapy by shower lebih efektif dan efisien. Karena terdapat kenaikan jangkauan pelayanan dari model manual hanya bisa melayani 30 orang per malam dengan 3 shower bisa menjadi 90 orang ( 300 % ) per malam.Penggunaan Hydrotherapy by shower dapat merangsang kesadaran syaraf sensoris, sehingga klien dapat mudah tidur dan selanjutnya merangsang tingkat kesadaran diri yang tinggi yang berdampak positif untuk mudah disembuhkan.

Abstract

Waqf as religious institution has applicative functions for all moeslems. Since its coming in Indonesia, Waqf had been already performed by ummat for supporting its spread. Even, until now, we can find that many Islamic religious building were constructed on the Waqf assets. For Moeslems, performing waqf as charity action, on the side, become a evidence the high awareness of their adherence to Allah SWT. Therefore, this religious donations practice often was stated that it is not only function as the reflection of personal loyalty to Allah but also function as completion to the social necessities. In Indonesia, its existence is paid serious attention by government. The shape of attention has already come up with the series of some positive regulations. In sociology perspective, this condition brings out new social institution in society, particularly religious institution. So, the institution with its regulative function is expected to be able to complete the less of available religious regulation and to protect the amazing potency of waqf assets. Of course, to carry out this mission needs long period and also strong efforts, mainly everyone who care with this goal and moreover, Government.Because of that, this article will elaborate this problem, including how to institutionalize and internalize the new institution. Because, the new institution will work effectively while has already passed the process. It means the strategic to do that becomes the essential step to encourage the new institution, namely Waqf as religious institution.

Abstract

Mount Lawu is a biodiversity rich mountain, with the potensial of medicinal plants of various kinds including anticancer plants. Flora on the Mount Lawu that has potential for anticancer is Hypericum leschenaultii Choisy containing compounds hypericin. Hypericum has several biological activities such as a antioxidant, antitumor, and anticancer. The research aims to determine the potential of bioactive compounds and extracts of the leaves of H. leschenaultii from Mount Lawu and toxicity to Artemia salina Leach and profile Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) it.   Ethanol extract of the leaves of H. leschenaultii was tested toxicity with Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BST) using a concentration of  400 µg/ml, 200 µg/ml, 100 µg/ml, 50 µg/ml, 25 µg/ml. The TLC profiles of bioactive compounds were determined by using spesific spray reagent.  The results show the potential and toxicity of leaf extract of H. leschenaultii with LC values 175,77 µg/ml. TLC profile of bioactive compounds leaf extract of H. leschenaultiicontaining flavonoids with Rf values of 0,98 and terpenoid compounds with Rf value of 0,91; 0,95; 0,98. ==================================================Gunung Lawu merupakan gunung yang kaya akan keanekaragaman hayati,  dengan potensi tumbuhan obat yang beragam, termasuk potensi tumbuhan sebagai antikanker.  Adanya potensi tumbuhan sebagai sumber senyawa antikanker tersebut belum banyak diteliti dan digunakan sebagai pengobatan alternatif.  Flora di Gunung Lawu yang potensial sebagai tumbuhan antikanker, yaitu Hypericum leschenaultii Choisy yang mengandung senyawa hypericin dan memiliki status keberadaan yang melimpah di Gunung lawu, sehingga sangat penting untuk diketahui manfaatnya agar dapat dimanfaatkan lebih luas.  Hypericin memiliki beberapa aktivitas biologis seperti antioksidan, antitumor, dan antikanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi senyawa bioaktif ekstrak daun H. leschenaultii dari Gunung Lawu sebagai antikanker dengan melihat toksisitasnya terhadap Artemia salina Leach serta profil Kromatografi Lapis Tipis (KLT) nya. Untuk mengetahui potensi sebagai tanaman antikanker maka ekstrak etanol daun H. leschenaultii diuji toksisitasnya dengan metode Brine Shrimp Lethality Test (BST). Dalam uji BST tersebut digunakan 5 konsentrasi esktrak etanol daun H. leschenaultii yaitu: 400 µg/ml, 200 µg/ml, 100 µg/ml, 50 µg/ml, 25 µg/ml. Kandungan senyawa bioaktif dideteksi dengan reagen semprot spesifik untuk mengetahui profil KLT-nya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potensi dan toksisitas ekstrak H. leschenaultii dengan nilai LC 175,77 µg/ml. Profil KLT senyawa bioaktif ekstrak daun H. leschenaultii mengandung senyawa flavonoid dengan nilai Rf 0,98 serta senyawa terpenoid dengan nilai Rf 0,91; 0,95; 0,98.

Abstract

Dalam bahasa KH Abdurrahman Wahid, Pesantren merupakan sebuah sub kultur budaya masyarakat Indonesia. Kyai sebagai  pengasuh Pesantren menjadi tokoh sentral tidak saja sebagai pengeloa Pesantren tetapi Kyai juga sebagai tokoh dan panutan masyarakat Pesantren. Bahkan ada yang menyatakan bahwa Kyai di Pesantren bagaikan Raja-raja kecil yang mempunyai kekuasaan penuh atas masyarakat yang memberikan mandat kepadanya.Namun dalam dunia politik ketokohan Kyai tidak bisa disamakan dalam posisinya sebagai tokoh Pesantren. Hal ini bukan karena Kyai tidak layak untuk menjadi panutan dalam berpolitik, tetapi dalam dunia politik, Pesantren menggunakan perspektif sunni, di mana kekuasaan adalah kewajiban kelompok (fardu kifayah), sehingga politik dijadikan sebagai wasilah/media bukan ghoyah/tujuan dalam rangka mencapai kemashlahatan ummat.Banyaknya praktek politik yang mengatasnamakan politik Islam seperti khilafah Islamiyah di timur tengah semacam al-Qaedah, ISIS dan sejenisnya, menjadikan kesan politik Islam yang arogan dan menakutkan. Sementara berpolitik ala pesantren mencerminkan politik Islam yang penuh kedamaian dan persahabatan.

Abstract

In the discussion about product Shari'ah financial institutions, Murabaha product into a product that is always in doubt syar'i. Then the article the results of this study aims to gain an overview of how the application of Murabaha product in KSU Sejahtera UMP. Is it in accordance with the provisions of Shari'ah in terms of both technical/hakikatnya. Artikel axiological and in terms of the results of this study using a qualitative approach. While data collection techniques using interviews, observation, documentation. Analysis of the data using descriptive analysis through three procedures of data reduction, data display and conclusion. From the data obtained and analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that technically/axiological, Murabaha product implementation at KSU Sejahtera Sharai UMP has met the criteria. For example KSU Sejahtera UMP has positioned the institution as a seller, though not directly provide these items in place but KSU Welfare has established cooperation with several providers of goods required by customers.

Abstract

Sales promotion girl (SPG) is a profession that is engaged in the marketing or promotion of a product. This profession typically uses women who have interesting physical character as an attempt to attract the attention of consumers.SPG is required to have skills in offering goods/services of the company. Usually, the way product offering by SPG has some interesting characteristics in an attempt to attract the attention of consumers. With the promotion system using the services of a consumer not uncommon SPG gravitated towards these products but because of the physical appearance of the SPG looks sexy in that dress. This was done as an attempt to boost the product so well-known and was sold to the general public. This research is field research using the method of observation, interview, and documentation. This type of research is qualitative research that is data presented with words. By using a descriptive method. Islamic Economics perspective on marketing strategies using SPG is not allowed if the SPG sexy dress and exposes her body accentuating i.e., lest consumers buy goods, not because of the quality of its products.

Abstract

Ascerttaining concept of the state is one of the central issues in the history of political idea, as it not apart from Islamic political thought. At least there are three paradigms of the relationship both religion and state in the Islamic political thought. First, religion and state are inseparable; second, religion and state are associated symbiotically. And third, secularism is a paradigm that proposes the separation of religion and state.Nurcholish Majid (1939-2005) can be regarded as leading Islamic intellectuals in Indonesia who seek the moral-theological keystone on how can Islamic moral teachings are grounded as capable of giving meaning to the process of political change that took place in political dynamic of the nation. One of key issues in this discourse is how Islamic associate with the state of how the Islamic concept of state.

Abstract

Sufism is considered as the cause of the destruction and bankruptcy of civilization. The presumption is based on the allegation that Sufism teaches thoughts of pantheism (doctrine that equates God with the forces and laws of the universe), cult (worship) on the human individual (including the trustee), drunkenness and insanity (ekstatisme/sya????t), the story of suprarasional abilities, experiences that do not make sense and heresy, as well as other misguided thinking.In the thought of Sufism, Ibn Qayyim called ijtihad implementation of Sufism by referring back to the al-Quran and al-Hadith, prioritize science than Sunnah worship, perform ijtihad that Sufism is not blind following to the masy?yikh, do contextualization of Sufism appropriate time and place (Zaman wa eat) so understood Muslims all the time, do not isolate themselves from social life and make a series of Salik on the way to God (sair ilallah) not required sequence (tartib Gair musta?iqq), but optional (musta?san).Ibn Qayyim see Islam builds the concept of life departed from the faith, Islam and charity. Ibn Qayyim thinking about the meaning of the ascetic, more encouraging as the efforts for the improvement of human life, instill a positive attitude to the world and dare to face the reality of life and the challenges of advancement of age. In solitude, Ibn Qayyim requires a deep appreciation of esoteric religious but did not retreat from social life, but still actively involved in the community. The principles of balance (tawazun) are the laws for the entire universe. Therefore, Ibn Qayyim considers that violate the principle of balance is a cosmic sin, for breaking the law of Allah which controls the universe. Through remembrance, Ibn Qayyim explained that dhikr in complete sentences and meaningful then one more assured in terms of their faith because of a similar phrase that is active, confirmed the meaning and certain attitudes are positive and good. In trust, Ibn Qayyim said closely related to the plans and efforts. If the plan is ripe, the results were submitted to Allah SWT.
