Abstract

This Research aim to picture, analysing and theoretical view of Implementation of policy of gift of fund Aid of Education Operational in make-up of quality of education of elementary school in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, and also factors supporting and pursuing implementation of policy of gift of fund Aid of Education Operational in make-up of quality of education of elementary school in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara.This Research use the descriptive method. this Method use is to mendeskripsikan of implementation of policy of gift of relief fund of Education Operational ElementaryAt SchoolSubdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, studying qualitative, how All data obtained is direct the than field informan by using interview and obsevasi, is and also supported by document.Result of research indicate that the Implementation of policy of gift of relief fund of Education Operationalin make-up of quality of education of Elementary School in Subdistrict Wave The Regency of Kolaka Utara, have been executed and have walked, during three the last year, but its execution not yet optimal. matter Tersenut happened by because (1) Ability of executor resource not yet able to execute the program of relief fund of Education Operational better as have been determined, (2) planning which not yet good so that program the relief fund of Education Operationalstill is often weared for the activity of which in character insist on, like purchasing of stationery and appliance of study supporter which sometimes is not planned, inclusive of stocktaking of medium and prasarana education which not yet optimal, (3) relative the lack of pupil in one school causing the lack of operating expenses education given, because amount of Expense of Operasioan Education adapted for by a existing pupil amount in one school, and also use of medium and especial supporter education which not yet optimal.

Abstract

The problem of this research are (1) is there an influence of work motivation toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM. Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; (2) is there an influence of work discipline toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; and (3) is there an influence of work motivation and discipline of work toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung.            The objective of this research is to analyze and to know: (1) the influence of work motivation toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; (2) the influence of work discipline toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; and (3) the influence of work motivation and the discipline of work toward employees’ work of District General Service at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung.            The hypothesis of this research are:  (1) motivation of work has a positive influence toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; (2) the discipline of work has a positive influence toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung and (3) work motivation and the discipline of work influential work together toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung.            This research uses explanatory Survey with analyze the influence of work motivation and the discipline of work as independent variables and employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung as dependent variable. The population of this research consists of 575 employees and the sample of this research consists of 58 employees (10%). The technique of collecting data of this research uses questioner, interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis uses statistic Multiple Linear Regression.            The result of this research indicates that (1) work motivation has a positive influence and significant toward the employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; (2) the discipline of work has a positive and significant toward employees’ work of District General Services at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung; and (3) work motivation and the discipline of work have a positive influence and significant toward employees’ work of District General Service at Mayjen HM Ryacudu Hospital of North Lampung simultaneously.

Abstract

Various challenges in the era of globalization, decentralization, and knowledge-based economy, and the advancement of information technology in the 21st century requires government institutions in the developed as well as developing countries to develop models of new public sector leadership. In this case, the issues of globalization, decentralization, and advances in information technology should be a major concern for government institutions in this century. Globalization of economic and social policies have led to the importance of having new capacity in response to a variety of opportunities related to the implications of international policy issues and interests of national development. One of the essential components of these issues is leadership in knowledge based public sector.

Abstract

Universities library as institutions engaged in the field of information services have a very important role in building the nation's intelligence. Problems identified in this study is still their users have complained less of a response of employees in providing services to users. Library employees in performing their duties is not concerned with the process of service performed and only concerned with the end result. In carrying out the tasks they are employees who do not have the understanding of competence in providing information to the user about the location and name of the author of the book that makes the difficulty in finding a book. In addition, the collection of books as library facilities available are still not in accordance with user needs. Collection of reading books published many years old and less up to date.The purpose of this study partially or simultaneously is to analyze and determine the effect of employee competence and resources to support the service quality library facilities at the University Library of Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai Bandar Lampung.The method used in this study is a survey method, a case study at the Sang Bumi Ruwa Jurai University student, which is done by distributing questionnaires in the study subjects. Abstract

This research using the theory hotchpotch marketing that is a collection of tools marketing tactical under control who integrated company to produce a response before long target market.The purpose of this research was aiming to compile and recommended strategy what shall in prioritize to into the delivery of campaign do social media, the print, electronic media, and media outdoor during the election campaigns the provincial governor lampung 2014.A method of descriptive in this research is the approach ahp ( analitycal hierarchy process ). Abstract

Reform of the institutions of the state apparatus as well as the Indonesian National Police (Polri) can not be held separately from other state agencies. In practice, human resource development is needed in view of the function of the police is very important in the midst of society. Associated with the development of human resources, Lampung Regional Police or abbreviated as Lampung Police continues to make improvements related to the improvement and optimization of the performance of the Regional Police.The research method used is the analysis of qualitative data. Where researchers work directly spaciousness to obtain data from the beginning to the end of the study. Sources and types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection by library research, observation, interviews and documentation.The results of the study explained that the implementation of policies Lampung Police in human resource development is already quite good, but the awareness and interest of members of Lampung Police still need to be improved related to human resource development in Lampung Police.Keywords: The policy implementation Polda Lampung, Human Resources Development.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPengaruh Pemberian Reward dan Disiplin terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Program Studi Administrasi Pembangunan Pascasarjana Universitas Halu Oleo.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian reward terhadap kinerja pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara ; (2) Mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh disiplin pegawai terhadap kinerja pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. (3) Mengkaji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberian reward dan disiplin pegawai secara simultan terhadap kinerja pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.            Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) yang berada dalam lingkup Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara terkecuali pimpinan instansi (Kepala Badan), yang berjumlah 98 orang dan penelitian bersifat sensus sehingga tidak perlu dilakukan proses sampel.            Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1). Pemberian Reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. ; 2) Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara., serta 3). Pemberian Reward dan disiplin secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai pada Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintah Desa (BPMPD) Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Kata Kunci ; Reward, Disiplin, Kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan tesis ini adalah : (1) untuk mengetahui, menganalisa, dan menjelaskan bagaimana penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pringsewu, (2) untuk mengetahui, menganalisa, dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor apa saja yang menghambat penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pringsewu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan tergolong ke dalam tipe deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Sumber data yang diambil dalam penelitian ialah Direktur, Pejabat Struktural, Dokter, Perawat, Staf Fungsional Umum dan Khusus serta Masyarakat penerima jasa pelayanan kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan manajemen kualitas total di Rumah Sakit Umum Pringsewu cukup baik. Layanan yang diberikan oleh Rumah Sakit Umum Pringsewu pada pasien yang sudah memenuhi standar pelayanan minimum. Beberapa faktor yang menghambat pelaksanaan manajemen mutu terpadu di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pringsewu adalah keterbatas tenaga, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, serta rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjaga fasilitas umum. Kata kunci : Manajemen Mutu Terpadu, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

One of the aspects that play a role in improving the performance of medical personnel Public Service Agency (BLUD) Hospital Major General HM. Ryacudu North Lampung Regency is the work culture and good compensation. Problems identified in this study are; application of work culture is not entirely good, the compensation has not been good and the performance of medical personnel has not been good.               The aim of research to identify and analyze the extent of the influence of work culture and compensation to the performance of medical personnel Public Service Agency (BLUD) Major General HM Hospital. Ryacudu North Lampung regency. The method used in this study is a survey and case studies with quantitative analysis methods.               Results of research Simultaneously there is significant influence between work culture and compensation to the performance of Public Service Agency (BLUD) Major General HM Hospital. Ryacudu North Lampung regency. The result of the calculation result of simultaneous hypothesis testing between work culture and compensation to the performance of Public Service Agency (BLUD) Major General HM Hospital. Ryacudu North Lampung regency showed that P (Sig) = 0,000 <α = 0.05. Multiple linear regression calculation results between culture and compensation work together on the performance of Public Service Agency (BLUD) Major General HM Hospital. Ryacudu North Lampung regency obtained Y = 12.108 + 1,617X1 + 1,129X2. Keywork: Work Culture, Compensation, Performance Medical.

Abstract

Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura is one of the areas that is supporting the task of head area which is led by a head of department, responsible to the governor through secretary, in charge of carrying out the affairs of Government in the field of agriculture. This research aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of employees by the number of samples 44 people from all clerk Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung.This research aims to find out how the influence of situational leadership style and capacity of employees on performance clerk at the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung. In this study the author using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. As for the technique of collecting data in this study are: observation, questionnaires and documentation.Based on the processing of the data, in general the results of this research are as follows: (1) Situational leadership style has a positive influence on performance clerk in the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung  it is visible from the correlation coefficient test results showed that the leadership style of situsional with the performance of the employees of the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung has the direction of the positive correlations and relationships both within the category of very high. (2) the capacity of the Employee has a positive influence on performance clerk in the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung, it terlihar of the correlation coefficient test results showed that the capacity of the employee with the employee's performance in the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan dan Hortikultura Provinsi Lampung has the direction of the positive correlations and relationships both within the category of very high. (3) the style of leadership and a capacity of situsional employees on performance clerk has a strong and positive influence so that it can be drawn the conclusion that if the leadership style of situsional and the capacity of employees is not implemented properly then it will degrade the performance of employees.  Keywords: Situational Leadership Styles, Employee Performance, Capacity
