Abstract

Pelanusa is a community in Malang that focuses on crafts and community empowerment. However, from the many activities carried out by this community, there are still many people who do not know about the Pelanusa community and also ineffective promotional media. This research aims to design illustrations on Pelanusa community merchandise as a promotional medium to introduce the values and identity of the community to the wider community. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews and observations and the use of the Design Thinking method which consists of the Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test stages. The results showed that the merchandise successfully attracted the attention of the community, as evidenced by the positive response during the community exhibition at Kebun Winih, Singosari. Visitors were interested in buying merchandise because of its creative design and relevance to the identity of Pelanusa Community. In addition to being a product, this merchandise serves as an effective visual promotional medium, because its use by the community indirectly introduces the community to a wider audience. This research concludes that designing merchandise illustrations can be an effective promotional strategy, while strengthening the image and values of the community.

Abstract

In the digital era, information systems have an important role in improving the efficiency of public services, including in administrative services. This research aims to develop a web-based administrative service system as a solution to manual systems that tend to be inefficient. The Scrum method was chosen as the development framework because of its flexibility in adapting to user needs as well as supporting collaboration and continuous improvement. The development stage starts from gathering user needs at the Product Backlog stage, followed by Sprint planning, Sprint implementation, to evaluation of work results through Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective. The results of the development of this system show that the Scrum approach allows the integration of key features that make it easier to manage data and administrative services. The resulting system has succeeded in improving administrative efficiency and providing better accessibility for users. This research also provides insight into the implementation of the Scrum method in the development of web-based information systems, which can be applied to similar projects to improve the overall quality of public services.

Abstract

The Stackelberg game model between shared energy storage stations and renewable energy generators optimizes pricing strategies to maximize both parties' profits. The energy storage station, acting as the leader, sets pricing strategies for capacity leasing, peak-valley arbitrage, and frequency regulation services, while the renewable energy generator, as the follower, selects the optimal service package based on the station's pricing schemes. This paper employs a Genetic Algorithm (GA) to optimize the energy storage station’s profits and applies NSGA-II to assist the generators in finding the optimal package combination, thereby improving overall profitability. The study demonstrates that this approach effectively facilitates optimal collaboration under complex market conditions and in the experimental validation, the interactions between the energy storage station and the generators were simulated under different market scenarios. The results show that the proposed game model significantly improves station profitability and optimizes generator strategies. The model’s potential applications and future optimization possibilities are discussed, providing theoretical support for the practical operation of shared energy storage business models.

Abstract

Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been developing rapidly and its application in higher education is becoming more and more widespread. The action research project of generative AI application by teachers in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City and the application case of Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer are selected to illustrate that generative AI has brought unprecedented changes to many aspects of education and teaching, academic research, student management and services, and intelligent campus construction. However, along with these extensive applications, a series of ethical risk issues have gradually come to the fore. According to existing research, four major ethical risks of generative AI have been proposed: technology ontology risk, educational data risk, machine algorithm risk, and educational application risk. Combined with the literature "Eco-ethics and Risk Mitigation of Generative Artificial Intelligence Educational Applications", we conduct an in-depth analysis and put forward countermeasure suggestions for the risks faced by generative artificial intelligence in higher education. It helps to promote the healthy and sustainable development of generative AI in higher education and the improvement of education quality.

Abstract

This paper focuses on the financial investment risk in the financial management of enterprises, analyzes its causes, types and potential threats to the financial security of enterprises. It is pointed out that the main causes of financial investment risk are the lack of perfect risk management system, the insufficient ability of financial managers and the change of external environment. To deal with these risks, this paper puts forward a series of strategies, including building a comprehensive financial risk investment system, improving the professional quality of financial management team, balancing returns and risks, and strengthening internal control. The effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified by case analysis. The research results of this paper not only enrich the theoretical system of financial investment risk management, but also provide practical guidance for enterprises, which is helpful to improve the level of financial security of enterprises and ensure steady development.

Abstract

In this paper, the automatic pricing and replenishment decision of vegetable commodities in fresh supermarket are quantitatively analyzed, and a revenue maximization model of vegetable commodities is established, which considers demand forecast, sales revenue, cost plus pricing, replenishment quantity and sales mix. Based on grey prediction and correlation analysis, this paper determined the key factors affecting the demand of vegetable commodities. A model of vegetable commodity income maximization was established by using linear programming, and specific schemes of different replenishment and pricing levels were given. Based on historical sales data and wholesale price data, the daily replenishment volume and pricing strategy of each category and item in the coming week are provided. According to the actual situation, the limit of sales space and the upper limit of production capacity are determined.

Abstract

Accurately calculating the weight of cargo after shipping is an important issue in ocean transportation. Existing methods mainly indirectly calculate the weight of cargo by obtaining the draft of the ship. To estimate the draft of ships passing through waterways and ports, it is necessary to collect sounding line data. However, the current methods for collecting sounding line data mainly rely on manual measurement, which is inefficient, inaccurate, and has safety hazards. To address these issues, this paper combines artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies to design an unmanned aerial vehicle-based intelligent detection system for ship drafts. Detailed research is conducted on image acquisition, image segmentation, image recognition algorithms, etc., and an intelligent measurement platform for ship drafts is developed.
