Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain and analyzes consumer perception on the quality product Kebab Fetih Turki (Syariah Kuliner Group). The research is survey. Data collection is done by using a question given to consumers respondents. The research consumer perception of quality product Kebab Fetih Turki dominan by respondent women as many 68 % with early adolescence was between 15 - 20 years as many as 40 % with high school education as many as 43 % with background as student or studen university as many as 45 % and consumes kebab 3- 4 times per week as many as 41 %. An analysis of consumer perception on the quality product Kebab Fetih Turki in variable feature product with the assessment of very good fit because of kebab constitute the food of the peculiarities of turkish state of highly favored consumers with various a menu of choices with the manner of presentation of quick and can wait. The performance by good judgment. The reliability by good judgment. Durability by good. Conformance by good judgment. Aesthestic by good judgment. Perceived quality by good judgment. From the research can be suggested Kebab Fetih Turki could improve the reliability of a product on the equipment that was used in the stands the sale so it can support a product cleanlinessKebab fetih turkey can use of beef processed with high in quality thus produced the accuracy of the product in accordance with the product offered consumers

Abstract

This research study entitled Aspevts Of Planning Budgeting Village Fund in 2011 and 2013 (in the Village Panti Of Case Studies in Sarolangun) home districts under the guidance of Hj. Paulina Lubis, SE.,M.EI. the purpose of this study was to determine the development of the Village Fund Allocation and how planning budgeting funds in the village surveyed villages. Analysis tool used is descriptive analysis kualitatif with premises using research instruments. The results of this study indicate that : (1). Acceptencce of the Allocation of Funds in the rural Village of homes decreased in the years between 2011 and 2013. The difference in the Allocation of Village Funds amountced to -12.91%. Because in that year the Village Fund Allocation does not meet the reguirements of goverment regulations. (2). Preparation of a plan of priority activities funded rural village fund allocation conducted by the village goverment and village empowerment agencies. To draw up the action plan must invoive the participation of all components in both instituted the village community and the general public trough the village-level discussion forum.

Abstract

The title of this thesis is the Role of the Base Sector in Increasing Regional Original Income (PAD) of Sarolangun Regency for the 2001-2012 period under the guidance of Dr. Junaidi, SE., M.Sc. The purpose of this research is to analyze the development of PAD in Sarolangun Regency, to analyze the basic sector in the economy of Sarolangun Regency and to analyze the role of the base sector in increasing PAD in Sarolagun Regency 2001-2012. The method used to answer the problems in this study is the Location Quotient (LQ) analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study show that the development of PAD in Sarolangun Regency for the period 2001-2012 averaged 25.9 percent. Obtained 3 (three) base sectors, namely the agricultural sector, mining sector and trade sector with LQ values ​​> 1. Using a simple regression model it was obtained that the basis sector had a positive and significant effect on PAD in Sarolangun Regency.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the development district Batang Hari advertisement tax years 2010-2014, the effectiveness of the advertisement tax levy Batang Hari district in 2010-2014, and the level of financial independence Batang Hari district in 2010-2014. The method used in this research is qualitaanalysis method, data collected by structured interview to dipenda Batang Hari district and regional development planning agency and county Batang Hari. Development of data analysis techniques using the advertisement tax ratio indicatordevelopment, the effectiveness of advertisement taxation using effectiveness ratio while the level of local financial independence using indicators of independence ratio.These result indicate that the development of the advertisement tax Batang Hari district of 10,14 % annually, the effectiveness of advertisement taxation has a verry effectifve influence on the level of local financial independence by 133,39%, and the level of local financial independence is still low with an average percentage rate of 5,36 % per year, this study shows that the effectiveness of advertisement taxation can increase the level of financial independence of local government areas in the district particularly Batang Hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of local government financial management based on financial ratio analysis in the Sarolangun Regency APBD and to determine the development of Sarolangun Regency APBD revenues. The type of research used is descriptive research using ratio analysis method. The results showed that the independence ratio during the three fiscal years was very low with an average of 4.26 percent, the effectiveness ratio during the three fiscal years was very effective with an average of 102.2 percent, the average activity ratio during the three fiscal years in operational expenditure of 66.77 percent and capital expenditure of 27.12 percent, the ratio of expenditure management has a budget surplus every year and has an average of 104.85 percent, and the PAD growth ratio has an average growth of 0.13 percent and Revenue has an average growth of 7.45 percent, while the operating expenditure ratio has an average growth of 6.46 percent and the capital expenditure ratio has an average growth of 2.99 percent. The development of the revenue of the Sarolangun Regency APBD has increased every year.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) analyze the development of street lighting tax in Sarolangun Regency, (2) analyze the contribution of street lighting tax revenue in Sarolangun Regency (3) analyze the effectiveness of street lighting tax in Sarolangun Regency. The methods used to answer the problems in this research are developmental analysis, effectiveness analysis, and contribution analysis. The results of the study show that street lighting tax revenues in Sarolangun Regency during 2011-2013 experienced an average growth of 24.91%. The amount of street lighting tax contribution to PAD in Sarolangun Regency in 2011-2013 was less contributing with an average of 13.61%. While its effectiveness during 2011-2013 averaged 126.66% (very effective),

Abstract

Salah satu kegiatan dalam sebuah perusahaan dalam mengelola SDM adalah rekrutmen karyawan. Menurut Handoko (2010:69) “Rekrutmen adalah proses pencarian dan “pemikatan”para calon karyawan (pelamar) yang mampu melamar sebagai karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan peruhasaan maka perlu adanya proses seleksi dan pelatihan kepada karyawan untuk mendapatkan calon karyawan yang berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi rekrutmen yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan keunggulan karyawan pada CV. Ber-K-One Join Venture PT. Sinar Sosro. Untuk mengaplikasikan tujuan tersebut maka menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) yang menerapkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan sistem audit trail. Teknik pengambilan data secara primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan strategi rekrutmen berdampak posistif dalam meningkatkan keunggulan karyawan terhadap CV. Abstract

This research is a research that focuses on Personality, Family Environment and Entrepreneurship Education on Entrepreneurial Interests of Jambi University students. The type of research used is empirical research with quantitative data analysis. This study aims to determine the influence of personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of management students at Jambi University. The population in this study were management students 2016-2018 Jambi University. The data used in this study is primary data data obtained directly from respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence from the variables of personality, family environment and entrepreneurship education on the entrepreneurial interest of Jambi University management students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Effect of Entrepreneurial Literacy and Digital Literacy on Entrepreneurial Interest in The Field of Start-up (Study on Entrepreneurship Concentration Management Students, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University). This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary data. The population and sample are Students of the Entrepreneurship Concentration S1 Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University, class of 2017-2019, Faculty of Economics and Business, Jambi University, totaling 113 people. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires with a Likert scale. The data testing technique uses Validity Test and Reliability Test, R-Square Test and Hypothesis Testing with Bootstrapping using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results showed that Entrepreneurial Literacy had a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in the start-up sector, and Digital Literacy had no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest in the start-up sector.

Abstract

This Study aims to determine and analyze the costs incurred in the Gubuk Nenas business, see the movement of business productivity, and analyze the application of CVP to the business based on the movement of business costs and product sales. to see the application of the CVP method in the Gubuk Nenas Business through BEP and MOS calculations. The calculation involves costs, sales volume, and product selling prices. the method used in this study uses primary and secondary data derived from Gubuk Nenas business and literature. Based on the results of the CVP analysis, the BEP in the 2021 period for NassDrink products is IDR 23,196,008.88 with a BEP unit of 2,900 product units. And the MOS on NassDrink products is IDR.39,123,991.12 or with a percentage figure of 62.78% of total product sales in the 2021 period. Then the BEP on Nakrezz products is IDR 43,594,756.20 with a BEP unit of 2,906 product units. And the MOS on NassDrink products is Rp. 69,355,243.8 or with a percentage figure of 61.40% of total product sales in the 2021 period. Based on all the data, it is concluded that CVP Analysis can be applied to the Gubuk Nenas Business, so that it can determine the amount of product sales volume that must be achieved in the BEP and MOS. Gubuk Nenas business can achieve the profit targeted by the company. Planning can be made from price planning and cost planning which greatly affects the company's profit target achieved. In the cost planning section, the responsible party of the finance department should separate costs based on the total cost method which is separated into fixed costs and variable costs so that the separation will be more objective in planning
