Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Jambi Branch. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis using PLS analysis tools. Based on the results of the study that transformational leadership style has no significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Jambi Branch. Organizational commitment has a significant and positive effect on the performance of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Jambi Branch. The transformational leadership style has a significant and positive effect on the organizational commitment of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading, Tbk Jambi Branch. Transformational leadership style has a significant and positive effect on employee performance with Organizational Commitment as the intervening variable of PT. Abstract

In order to reduce negative impacts and increase the positive impact of coal mining business activities, company responsibility is not just economic activities that generate profit for business continuity, but also social and environment responsibility. CSR program implemented by the company to reduce the negative impact. This study aims to analysis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of coal mining company PT. Karya Cemerlang Persada to social, economic and environmental community by analyzing the success of the CSR program and analyzing the community's satisfaction with the CSR program in Tanjung Belit Village, Bungo Regency, Jambi Province. The approach used in the research is quantitative comparing the plan with the realization of the CSR program and calculating the level of satisfaction community to activities by the company in terms of economic, social and environment. Respondents from this study were 80 respondents who came from communities affected by mining activitiy. The results of this study is the percentage achievement of budget realization is above than threshold set by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM). This study also shows that CSR activities give a big influence ecause it has increased people income in Pemusiran, and community satisfaction on CSR activities conducted by the company is good to realize the sustainability the results of corporate CSR program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the role of the school principal in improving the work discipline of teachers at Public Elementary School Number 40/VII Sarkam 1. The method used is to use a type of qualitative research, which is a research method used to examine the condition of natural objects, and writers are key instruments. The data collection technique was carried out by means of triangulation (combined), data analysis is inductive in nature and the results of qualitative research emphasize the meaning of generalization patterns. The results of the study concluded that the increase in Teacher Work Discipline at Public Elementary School 04/VII Sarolangun Kembang 1 namely, the role of the Principal in improving Teacher Work Discipline, the first by formulating the Vision and Mission relating to the Teacher work Discipline, the second, namely by holding meetings at the end of each month, the third is by supervising and reprimanding, then by providing motivation to all Elementary School Personnel in Negei 04/VII Sarolangun Kembang 1. The factors that influence work discipline are the needs that school personnel feel are not being met. Then the actions taken were giving reprimands, coaching, and in a big way the role of the Principal in Improving Teacher Work Discipline at Public Elementary School 04/VII Sarolangun Kembang 1, Sarolangun District, namely that he was good enough to carry out the role of school principal. But there are still obstacles that must be removed immediately.

Abstract

Discipline is very important in this life. Self-discipline is a habit cycle that we do repeatedly and continuously irrationally so that it becomes something we usually do. As far as the field research that the author did, it can be seen in the Office of Social Labor and Transmigration of the Sarolangun Regency that there is still low work discipline possessed by the employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration. . The approach that the author uses in this study is a quantitative approach, namely analyzing the work discipline of employees at the Social Service Office for Labor and Transmigration in Sarolangun Regency. The data collection method consists of: 1. Library research, 2. Field research which includes 3 methods, namely: a. Questionnaire, b. Interview, c. Documentation. The results of this study conclude that the condition of employee discipline at the Social Service Office for Manpower and Transmigration in Sarolangun Regency still needs serious attention from the leaders of the office, so that in the future it will improve in a better direction.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled analysis of budget allocations and regional development priorities of Sarolangun Regency in 2007-2012. The aim of this study was to find out the analysis of the priority budget allocation for regional development in Sarolangun Regency, the development of the priority budget for regional development. The method used is descriptive analysis and uses developmental analysis. The results of this study show that the priority budget for regional development is increasing every year, especially for the first priority in 2010 by 47%, in 2011 by 26% and in 2012 by 29%. regional development priorities every year or in the future the number of special regional expenditures for regional development priority budgets will increase.

Abstract

This research is entitled Analysis of Regional Financial Capacity in the Implementation of Regional Autonomy in Merangin Regency, under the guidance of Mr. Drs. Adi Bhakti,S.E.,M.si. This study aims to determine and analyze the development of regional own-source revenue (PAD), regional financial capability seen by the degree of fiscal decentralization, regional financial capacity seen by the ratio of self-sufficiency, as well as regional financial routine capabilities in Merangin district. The results of this study show that the development of regional original income in Merangin Regency during the 2007-2011 period showed fluctuating growth. The DDF for Merangin Regency is still on a very low interval scale because it is between 0-10%. As for the independence ratio, it is said to be very low, namely between 0-25%. And for routine ability it is said to be low because it is on a scale of 0-30%. The low routine capacity ratio is said to be low because Merangin Regency during the 2007-2011 period indicates that the regional government is still very dependent on the central government.

Abstract

Revenues derived from regional tax revenues and levies, regionally owned company (BUMD) revenues and other legitimate revenues collected by Bungo regional regulations in accordance with the law are calculated in dollars. In running the government to achieve development, the regional government needs a source of PAD, taxes, regional levies, company profits, other legitimate income. The research was conducted at Bungo. The data used is a secondary data source through the realization of revenue in the area of ​​the Bungo Revenue Service and Asset Management (DPPKA) office and the Bungo Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This research is a quantitative research. These results indicate that local taxes, affluent levies, (company) profits, make a small contribution to strip income, and that the contribution is large to other legitimate revenues. However, the level of effectiveness is very effective with an average of 102.23%. However, it must be mentioned that the improvement is the result of maximizing PAD revenue. Based on this research, it can be suggested to the government to formulate appropriate policies that will lead to the development of increased local and regional original incom

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital expenditure to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Food Corp and Plantation Subsectors of the District / Municipality in Jambi Province. The populations in this study are all districts / municipalities in Jambi Province. The populations in this study are 11 districts / cities, because the population is less than 100, then the entire population were being sampled. The analytical method used in this research is panel data regression. The results of this study indicate that capital expenditure significantly affected to the GDP of Food Corp and Plantation Subsectors of the District / Municipality in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, dan Pengalaman Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah para pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 125 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability Sampling dengan menggunakan metode teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan PLS (Partial Least Square) yang dijalankan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengalaman keuangan terhadap perilaku manajemen keuangan pada pedagang di Pasar Angso Duo Kota Jambi. Kata kunci: Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Pengalaman Keuangan, Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self-efficacy dan Pengetahuan Keuangan terhadap Perilaku Keuangan dengan Sikap Keuangan sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 78 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode teknik slovin. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan PLS (Pasrtial Least Square) yang dijalankan menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan self-efficacy terhadap perilaku keuangan pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19, (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19, (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan self-efficacy terhadap perilaku keuangan melalui sikap keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19, (5) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengetahuan keuangan terhadap perilaku keuangan melalui sikap keuangan sebagai variabel mediasi pada pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Telanaipura Pasca Covid-19.
