Abstract

Financial management and investment have become increasingly important in digital era, where many individuals and organizations face challenges in effectively recording and managing their finances. Address this issue, mobile application has been developed, offering features such as financial recording, investment simulation, loan simulation, and portfolio tracking. The application is designed with user-friendly interface, tailored to meet users' needs for more efficient financial management. Built using Flutter for Android platform and Laravel for backend, application adopts waterfall development method to ensure systematic progress at every stage and employs microservice architecture to support scalability. Testing was conducted using Black Box Testing method to verify application functionality and Post-Study Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) involving 30 users to evaluate satisfaction levels. Results show application performs well on its key features, achieving an average PSSUQ score of 1.9, which is better than satisfaction threshold of 2.57, indicating a high level of user satisfaction with this application.

Abstract

Global Cancer Statistics reports that of the 2.3 million cases of breast cancer worldwide, 600,000 result in death. Factors contributing to breast cancer in women include both genetic and lifestyle influences. One method for recognizing breast cancer is through histopathology images. Recently, deep learning has gained significant attention in machine learning due to its powerful capabilities in modeling complex data, such as images. In this study, we classify breast cancer by training a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) model on a dataset of histopathology images annotated and validated by experts, containing two classes. We propose an optimization strategy for CNN models to enhance breast cancer recognition performance, applying a fine-tuning strategy to MobileNetV2 and InceptionResNetV2 to evaluate CNN performance in classifying breast cancer within histopathological images. The experimental results demonstrate that the model achieves optimal performance with an accuracy of 96.22%.

Abstract

Quantum Key Distribution is a cornerstone of secure communication, utilizing quantum mechanics to achieve unparalleled security. This study evaluates the performance of the B92 protocol, a simplified scheme using non-orthogonal states, through simulation with Python3 and the Qiskit library. The research focuses on the variability of key lengths and the ability of the protocol to detect eavesdropping attempts. Results show an average key length of 14.3 bits per 100 transmitted qubits, with variability ranging from 3 to 29 bits. Detection accuracy improves significantly with sample size, achieving 95% accuracy with a sample size of 5 and 100% with a sample size of 10. These findings highlight the trade-off between key length and detection reliability, emphasizing the importance of optimization. While simulations confirm the protocol’s robustness, further studies under real-world conditions are essential. This work advances the understanding of quantum cryptographic systems and lays the foundation for secure quantum communication.

Abstract

Technological developments have changed the way customer service operates, from face-to-face interactions to more efficient digital platforms. WebRTC is emerging as a key technology in building video conferencing-based customer service systems for real-time communication and enhanced customer experience. This research focuses on developing a video conferencing system with WebRTC, through the stages of design, implementation, and testing. The results of this research show that testing on Microsoft Edge provides a total inspection time of 14,629 ms with 584.1 MB memory usage and 4.4% CPU. Meanwhile, on Google Chrome, the total inspection time was recorded at 14,845 ms with memory usage of 656.1 MB and CPU of 0.8%. The results show an efficient use of resources.

Abstract

Sulangai Village experiences limited internet access due to its geographical condition in a mountainous area, so cable infrastructure such as fiber optics is difficult to implement. The proposed solution is to use point-to-point wireless networks to provide reliable internet access. The research method used is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), including the stages of analysis, design, simulation, implementation, monitoring and management. The test results show that the signal strength at the Base Station and Client Station is -69 dBm each, which is in the very good category. Security testing using IPsec VPN and GRE also showed adequate results, with the ability to encrypt data and protect the network from outsiders. Bandwidth speed testing before and after security implementation shows stable and satisfactory network performance, with consistent transmission and reception speeds. The results of the Quality of Service (QoS) analysis also show a significant increase after implementing security, with good throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter values.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a sentiment analysis and POS (Part of Speech) system for student assessments of teachers in Indonesia. The system classifies assessment sentiment into positive and negative classes while identifying the topic of discussion. Testing results show that the w11wo/indonesian-roberta-base-sentiment-classifier model provides the best performance, achieving an accuracy of 0.87, with the highest precision, recall, and F1-Score for the positive class. The crypter70/IndoBERT-Sentiment-Analysis model ranks second with an accuracy of 0.84 but performs less optimally in detecting negative sentiment. Meanwhile, the mdhugol/indonesia-bert-sentiment classification model has the lowest performance with an accuracy of 0.80, particularly in predicting negative sentiment.

Abstract

The digital economy in Indonesia is growing rapidly, including in online lending services. Application X is one of the popular online lending applications, offering users convenience in applying for loans online. This research employs sentiment analysis on user reviews of Application X to understand their preferences and needs. The K-Nearest Neighbours (K-NN) method is applied as the primary algorithm for sentiment classification. Data collected through user review scraping undergoes a series of preprocessing stages, such as tokenization, stop word removal, and stemming, aimed at improving data quality. The K-NN model is tested in various scenarios to achieve the best results. The best scenario reveals that the highest accuracy is achieved by the K-NN model when the stop word removal process is not applied during the data preprocessing stage where the accuracy without using the stop word process was 92.9%, compared to 89.9% when using stop words.
