Abstract

In the COVID-19 pandemic condition, the health center must be able to adapt and innovate in the provision of services so that they can be given to the maximum for the community. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of essential health services at the Puskesmas II Denpasar Barat during the COVID-19 pandemic. Qualitative descriptive research design with in-depth interview data collection techniques. There were 19 informants who were selected based on purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of this study describe based on a financial perspective, namely doing budget planning according to program achievement data, refocusing funds, and shifting the budget in the RKA. Based on a customer perspective is the addition and sterilization of infrastructure, use of PPE, service according to SOP, timely service, cross-sectoral coordination, training, and establish good communication with customers. Based on a internal business process perspective is innovation in the form of online services, providing additional assignments, establishing schedules, adding health workers, changing service mechanisms through screening and implementing health protocols, and handling customer complaints. Based on a growth and learning perspective is the provision of incentives, penalties and sanctions, opportunities to do new jobs related to handling COVID-19, speed of employee information systems, and periodic empowerment and alignment. Abstract

The implementation of the health protocol is one of the efforts to break the chain of transmission and reduce the COVID-19 death rate. The low level of implementation of health protocols can lead to violations and risk being vulnerable to COVID-19 transmission. Based on the results of a survey conducted in six regions in Indonesia, 41.30% of violations of the application of the protocol were dominated by teenagers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between sociodemographic characteristics, knowledge and attitudes towards the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol in Mengwi District, Badung Regency. Quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach on 149 respondents selected by probability sampling, namely multi-stage sampling. The results in this study indicate that most of the adolescents in Mengwi District have implemented health protocols which are categorized as good 75.17%. It was also found that the variables that had a significant relationship to the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol were age, gender, knowledge and attitudes. While the variables that do not have a significant relationship to the implementation of the COVID-19 health protocol are the level of education, parents' income, and place of residence. The policy makers in Mengwi District are optimizing education, counseling and health promotion to improve the behavior of implementing health protocols as an effort to prevent COVID-19 in adolescents in Mengwi District. Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelanggaran Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM) hingga saat ini masih terjadi. Banyak Coffee Shop tidak mengindahkan kebijakan PPKM sehingga berisiko meningkatkan penyebaran Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi pelaku usaha (Coffee Shop) terhadap PPKM di Kota Denpasar. Desain penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian yaitu tujuh orang pelaku usaha (Coffee Shop) di mal dan luar mal di Kota Denpasar. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian yaitu pelaku usaha mempersepsikan Coffee Shop tidak rentan menjadi kluster Covid-19 dikarenakan sudah menerapkan pola hidup sehat dan protokol kesehatan. Persepsi manfaat, pelaksanaan PPKM tidak memberikan manfaat dari segi profit melainkan dari segi perilaku kesehatan masyarakat. Persepsi hambatan pelaksanaan PPKM lebih banyak dirasakan oleh Coffee Shop yang berdiri sendiri bukan di mal yaitu tidak adanya sosialisasi kebijakan secara langsung. Adapun dorongan dari pelaku usaha menerapkan PPKM yaitu mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha dan membangun images positif. Penerapan PPKM di mal lebih baik daripada di luar mal karena sosialisasi dan monitoring langsung yang diberikan oleh pihak mal. Bagi dinas terkait agar melakukan sosialisasi terkait Covid-19 serta urgensi kebijakan PPKM dalam upaya kolaborasi penanggulangan Covid-19. Bagi pihak mal atau desa adat terkait agar melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terkait pelaksanaan PPKM. Kata Kunci: Covid-19, Coffee Shop, Persepsi, PPKM, Health Belief Model ABSTRACT Violations of the Implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) are still happening. Many Coffee Shops do not heed the PPKM policy so they risk increasing the spread of Covid-19. The purpose of the study was to determine the perception of business actors (Coffee Shop) on PPKM in Denpasar City. The research design is descriptive qualitative. Research informants are seven business people (Coffee Shop) in malls and outside malls in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews and observation. The analysis technique uses thematic analysis. The results of the study are that business actors perceive that Coffee Shops are not vulnerable to being a Covid-19 cluster [u1] because they have implemented a healthy lifestyle and health protocols. Perceived benefits, the implementation of PPKM does not provide benefits in terms of profit but in terms of public health behavior. The perception of barriers to implementing PPKM is felt more by coffee shops that stand alone, not in malls, namely the absence of direct policy socialization. The encouragement from business actors to implement PPKM is to maintain business continuity and build positive images. The implementation of PPKM in malls is better than outside malls because of socialization and direct monitoring provided by the mall. Relevant agencies are required to carry out socialization related to Covid-19 and the urgency of PPKM policies in collaborative efforts to overcome Covid-19. Abstract

ABSTRAK Ditengah pertumbuhan dan persaingan rumah sakit, Rumah Indonesia Sehat Hospital terdapat ulasan yang kurang memuaskan meskipun kunjungannya meningkat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan dari persepsi pasien tentang mutu pelayanan dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan di RIS Hospital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 193 pasien rawat jalan, penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan mutu pelayanan kehandalan (p=0,003) dan bukti fisik (p=0,00) dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Sedangkan karakteristik responden seperti umur (p=0,39), jenis kelamin (p=0,23), pendidikan (p=0,38), pekerjaan (p=0,30), dan variabel persepsi tentang mutu pelayanan daya tanggap (p=0,06), jaminan (p=0,38), serta empati (p=0,112) tidak memiliki hubungan dengan minat kunjungan ulang pasien rawat jalan. Untuk itu, RIS Hospital perlu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan. Kata Kunci: Mutu Pelayanan, Persepsi Pasien, Kunjungan Ulang. ABSTRACT In the midst of hospital growth and competition, Rumah Indonesia Sehat Hospital received unsatisfactory reviews despite of its increasing visits. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the patient's perception of the quality of service and the interest in outpatient re-visits at RIS Hospital. This research was quantitative research with 193 outpatients in 2021 were used as samples, and cross-sectional design. The results showed that there was a relationship between service quality, reliability (p=0.003), and physical evidence (p = 0.00) with interest in outpatient re-visits. While the characteristics of respondents such as age (p=0.39), gender (p=0.23), education (p=0.38), occupation (p=0.30), and the variable perception of service quality responsiveness (p=0 .06), assurance (p=0.38), and empathy (p=0.112) had no relationship with the interest in outpatient re-visit. For this reason, RIS Hospital needs to improve their quality of service. Keywords: Quality of Service, Patient Perception, Repeat Visits

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perilaku mengemudi tidak aman merupakan perilaku mengendarai kendaraan yang tidak sesuai dengan standar keamanan dan keselamatan serta dapat mebahayakan keselamatan orang-orang sekitarnya. Perilaku mengemudi tidak aman dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu faktor prediposisi (umur, masa kerja, durasi kerja, shift kerja, waktu tempuh satu kali keberangkatan dan tingkat pengetahuan), faktor pendukung (kondisi kendaraan) dan faktor pendorong (dukungan/motivasi keluarga). Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku mengemudi tidak aman pada supir Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di pangkalan Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan yang berlokasi di Kota Medan. Sampel dari penelitian adalah supir Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan sebanyak 81 orang. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi logistic berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 76,54% memiliki perilaku mengemudi tidak aman dan 23,46% memiliki perilaku mengemudi aman. Durasi kerja (p = 0,02) merupakan variabel yang berhubungan signifikan dalam memengaruhi perilaku mengemudi tidak aman. Kata Kunci: Perilaku Mengemudi Tidak Aman, Sopir, Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan (KUPJ) ABSTRACT Unsafe driving behavior was the behavior that was not in accordance with safety and security standards while driving which could endanger people’s safety around it. Unsafe driving behavior could be affected by several factors, such as predispositions factor (age, work period, work shift, one-way travel time, and knowledge), supporting factors (vehicle condition), and driving factors (family support). This research meant to analyze the factors related to unsafe driving behavior among Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan Drivers. This research was conducted at the base of Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan. This research used simple random sampling method on 81 Koperasi Usaha Pinggir Jalan Drivers. Data analysis was performed by using multiple logistic regression. The result showed that 76,54% drivers had unsafe driving behavior while the rest 23.46% had safe driving behavior. Abstract

ABSTRAKKebakaran merupakan bencana yang dapat merugikan bagi perusahaan maupun pekerja. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesiapsiagaan menjadi penyebab timbulnya korban dari kejadian kebakaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapsiagaan pekerja terhadap kebakaran di PT. XYZ. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja bagian operator di PT. XYZ sebanyak 98 responden yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari hingga Juli 2021. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dalam bentuk google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 60,2% responden memiliki pengetahuan kebakaran yang baik dan 66,33% responden memiliki kesiapsiagaan kebakaran yang baik. Hasil analisis bivariat dengan uji chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kesiapsiagaan pekerja terhadap kebakaran (p= 0,000). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa semakin baik pengetahuan kebakaran maka semakin baik kesiapsiagaan kebakaran seseorang. Perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi pelatihan kebakaran dengan memberikan pre-test dan post-test serta melakukan sosialisasi terkait prosedur kesiapsiagaan dan tindakan darurat kebakaran di perusahaan.Keywords: Pengetahuan, Kesiapsiagaan, Kebakaran ABSTRACTFire is a disaster that can be detrimental to companies and workers. Lack of knowledge and preparedness are the cause of victims of fire incidents. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between fire knowledge and fire preparedness on operator workers at PT. XYZ. This research is a quantitative study with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study are workers in the operator section at PT. XYZ. As many as 98 respondents were obtained using accidental sampling technique. This research was conducted from January to July 2021. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire in the form a google form. The result showed 60,2 % of the respondents have good knowledge of fire and 66,33% respondents have good preparedness of fire. The result of bivariate analysis with the chi-square test showed that there is a relationship between fire knowledge and fire preparedness on operator workers (p= 0,000). The result of the study conclude that the better the fire knowledge, the better fire preparedness. Companies need to evaluate fire training by providing pre-test and post-test and socializing fire preparedness and emergency procedures in the company.Keywords: Knowledge, Preparedness, Fire

Abstract

ABSTRAK IMD adalah meletakkan bayi diatas dada atau perut ibu dan membiarkan bayi mencari puting susu ibu pada satu jam pertama kelahiran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan implementasi kebijakan IMD di RSU Bhakti Rahayu. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Informan utama penelitian yaitu bidan pelaksana dan perawat Unit Bedah Sentral. Informan pendukung yaitu ibu hamil dan ibu bersalin. Pengumpulan data dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Strategi keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Terdapat SOP sebagai petunjuk kerja unit pelaksana, monitoring dilakukan setiap persalinan dan pembagian tugas dilakukan secara situasional. Jumlah, kompetensi dan pelatihan Sumber Daya Manusia sudah terpenuhi, ketersediaan fasilitas sudah baik. SOP disampaikan saat pelatihan dan KIE mengenai IMD diberikan saat ANC. Bidan sudah memiliki sikap mendukung tetapi ditemukan kesalahpahaman tatalaksana IMD. Hambatan pelaksanaan IMD adalah tidak ada ruang observasi khusus persalinan SC, kondisi ibu dan bayi dengan tindak lanjut medis dan kurangnya dukungan suami mendampingi saat bersalin. Kesimpulannya adalah implementasi kebijakan IMD sudah berjalan sesuai SOP walaupun terdapat kesalahpahaman tatalaksana IMD dan hambatan pada pelaksanaannya. Peran rumah sakit dapat dimaksimalkan untuk mendukung implementasi IMD sesuai SOP yang berlaku, bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar memilih topik serupa terkait implementasi IMD di fasilitas kesehatan dengan metode yang berbeda. Kata kunci : Implementasi, IMD dan rumah sakit ABSTRACT EIB is placing the baby on the mother's chest or stomach and letting the baby look for the mother's nipple in the first hour of birth. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the EIB policy at Bhakti Rahayu General Hospital. The research design is descriptive qualitative. The main informants of the study were midwives and nurses of the Central Surgical Unit. Supporting informants are pregnant women and mothers giving birth. Data collection by in-depth interviews and observations. The data validity strategy uses source triangulation. There are SOPs as work instructions for the implementing unit, monitoring is carried out every delivery and the division of tasks is carried out situationally. The number, competence and training of Human Resources have been met, the availability of facilities is good. The SOP was delivered during the training and information about EIB was given during the ANC. Midwives already have a supportive attitude but there are misunderstandings about the management of EIB. Barriers to the implementation of IMD are that there is no special observation room for cesarean delivery, the condition of the mother and baby with medical follow-up and the lack of husband support during delivery. The conclusion is that the implementation of the EIB policy has been running according to the SOP, although there are misunderstandings in the management of EIB and obstacles to its implementation. The role of the hospital can be maximized to support the implementation of EIB according to the applicable SOP, for further researchers to choose a similar topic related to the implementation of EIB in health facilities with different methods. Abstract

ABSTRAK Sistem Informasi Kesehatan Daerah (SIKDA) Generik merupakan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi kesehatan daerah yang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan petugas puskesmas saat melakukan pelaporan ke berbagai program di lingkungan Kementerian Kesehatan. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran SIKDA Generik di Puskesmas Kediri I. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan dari penelitian ini berasal dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tabanan dan Puskesmas Kediri I dengan total informan sebanyak 11 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan pedoman wawancara mendalam dan lembar observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum tersedianya SOP khusus terkait SIKDA Generik dan petugas SIKDA belum mengetahui adanya pedoman dan kebijakan SIKDA Generik. Dalam pelaksanaan implementasi SIKDA Generik sudah dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan setiap petugas mampu menginput data secara real time. Data-data yang diinput belum dapat merekam seluruh kegiatan puskesmas, sehingga data dan laporan yang dihasilkan pun masih terbatas. Terdapat beberapa kendala pada sarana prasarana dan juga SDM dalam implementasi SIKDA Generik Kata kunci : Implementasi, SIKDA Generik, Puskesmas ABSTRACT The Generic Regional Health Information System (SIKDA) is a regional health information application system that was created with the aim of making it easier for puskesmas officers to report various programs to the Ministry of Health. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of Generic SIKDA at Puskesmas Kediri I. This study used a qualitative method. Informants from this study came from the Tabanan District Health Office and Kediri I Health Center with a total of 11 informants selected through purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interview guidelines and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that there were no specific SOPs related to Generic SIKDA and SIKDA officers were not aware of the existence of Generic SIKDA guidelines and policies. In the implementation of Generic SIKDA, it can be done well and every officer is able to input data in real time. The inputted data has not been able to record all puskesmas activities, so the data and reports produced are still limited. There are several obstacles to infrastructure and human resources in the implementation of Generic SIKDA. Keywords: Implementation, Generic SIKDA, Public Health Center

Abstract

ABSTRAK Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK) merupakan upaya mewujudkan keluarga sehat berdasarkan 12 indikator keluarga sehat. Keberhasilan PIS-PK diukur dengan Indeks Keluarga Sehat mencerminkan status kesehatan suatu keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan karakteristik, pengetahuan, dan sikap ibu dan keluarga pada keluarga sehat dan tidak sehat di Desa Tusan Kabupaten Klungkung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian ini adalah ibu dari keluarga sehat dan tidak sehat sebanyak 80 sampel yang dipilih secara systematic random sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April Tahun 2021. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara keluarga sehat dan tidak sehat di Desa Tusan Kabupaten Klungkung, yaitu variabel umur ibu, pendidikan ibu, pengetahuan ibu, dan sikap ibu (p < 0,05). Sedangkan variabel penghasilan keluarga dan jumlah anggota keluarga tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara keluarga sehat dan tidak sehat (p > 0,05). Pihak Puskesmas diharapkan lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap keluarga tentang 12 indikator keluarga sehat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi dengan memberdayakan kader kesehatan dan melibatkan tokoh masyarakat. The success of PIS-PK is measured by the Healthy Family Index which reflects the health status of family. This research aims to determine the differences in characteristics, knowledge, and attitudes of mothers and families in healthy and unhealthy families in Tusan Village Klungkung Regency. This research was an analytic observational with a cross sectional study. The sample of this research were mothers from healthy and unhealthy families which were 80 sample that selected by systematic random sampling. It was conducted in April 2021. Data were collected using a questionnaire via google form. The results showed that there were significant differences between healthy and unhealthy families in Tusan Village Klungkung Regency, namely the variables of mother's age, mother's education, mother's knowledge, and mother's attitude (p < 0.05). While family income and number of family members variables did not have a significant difference between healthy and unhealthy families (p > 0.05). The primary health care is more increase family’s knowledge and attitudes about 12 indicators of healthy families through socialization activities by empowering health cadres and involving community leaders.
