Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of information on Instagram @warkopsepenuhati which includes accuracy, time, and the relevance of information with followers' knowledge about the product. This study uses a correlational quantitative method with a sample of 89 people after going through the calculation of the Slovin formula. Questionnaires were used to collect data as primary data in this study. The distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online to the followers of the Sepenuhati Kopi instagram. In addition to questionnaires, data were collected by interview, observation, and literature study as secondary data. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis (respondent data and research data) and inferential analysis (relationship hypothesis testing) processed using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong relationship that occurs between the quality of information on the @warkopsepenuhati Instagram account and followers' knowledge about Sepenuhati Kopi products.

Abstract

This study discusses the stategy of librarian development in improving circulation service performance, in accordance with its function, the library is a to store and disseminate information through a collection of libray matarials. Librarians are always led to improve competence and professionalism in carrying out their duties and functions, this is so that librarians can compete and work together. The purpose of this study was to find out how the stategy of the library in improving the performance of librarians in the  service sector, Through this stategy, Librarians are able to follow the are of information technology and become professionalism in the library field, This study uses descriptive qualitative methods in collecting data where this method  describes the description of words instead of numbers. The results of this research are : Resolution of Librarians in Facing Changes in the Circulition Service System in the Future, Performance Development, Implemented Cooperation, Development of  information Technology in the Field of Services through INLISLITE Applications, Cereer Development, Librarians Ability in Implementing Technology-Besed Library Management (INLISLITE), The process of recruiting librariasn, Budget allocation for librarians  development.  The results  obtained from the researchers, from the interview stge six (6) informants consisting of the librarians and the of sub-section.

Abstract

(Objectives) This research examines the Effectiveness of Online Library Services in the New Normal Era. As we all know, it has been almost two years since the world has experienced a COVID-19 pandemic.This also has an impact on library institutions, where the library is the parent of the School/University Institution itself. With these conditions, like it or not, libraries are also required to continue to provide excellent service even in the current state of the COVID-19 pandemic in order to continue to support an optimal learning process. The UPT Library of the University of Lampung is under the auspices of the University of Lampung, currently the UPT of the library is trying to adapt to the "New Normal" situation where it continues to provide online library services to users.  (Method) This research used kuantitative descriptive survey method (Findings) The results of the study found that the Online Library Services UPT Lampung University Library was effective for the category of program success, the success of the intended goals, and input for achieving overall goals. However, for the category of satisfaction with the output level program, it is still quite effective, this is because there is still quite a long time needed to access e-resources services and verify scientific papers that are perceived by users. In this case, the UPT of the University of Lampung library can make improvements and updates to the online services provided so that the level of satisfaction with the program can be effective.

Abstract

MSMEs are self-sufficient economies that are completed by individuals or business elements that are not assistants or part of an organization that is claimed, controlled or part of, either directly or by implication from an organization that is claimed, controlled, controlled or part of either directly or indirectly. directly or by implication from mini, medium, or large organizations. At present the development of private companies is very rapid in the public sphere, in line with the encouragement of innovation and a large market interest in certain types of goods, for example palm oil which will be processed into value-added products. Abstract

Dalam aktivitas peminjaman buku atau bahan bacaan di perpustakaan diperlukan suatu sistem pengelolaan pencatatan yang teratur, terstruktur, dan sistematis. Pencatatan inventaris buku di perpustakaan yang beberapa diantaranya masih dilakukan secara konvensional berpotensi memunculkan permasalahan seperti kehilangan data pencatatan atau data yang tidak akurat, bahkan kerugian berkurangnya koleksi bahan bacaan di perpustakaan. Penerapan teknologi diperlukan untuk meminimalisir dan menghindari permasalahan tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini, mengimplementasikan prototipe yang dapat melakukan pencatatan peminjaman bahan bacaan secara otomatis dengan prinsip Internet of Things (IoT) menggunakan sensor RFID dengan luaran melalui Telegram. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan metode applied research dan studi literatur yang terkait. Selanjutnya dilakukan temporary assembly dan penyusunan source code. Setelah itu, masuk pada tahapan trial, fixed assembly, dan akuisisi/pengambilan data. Dengan menggunakan 5 eksemplar sampel bahan bacaan, prototipe dapat menampilkan hasil informasi bahan bacaan pada bot Telegram dengan informasi judul dan penulis yang sesuai dengan informasi yang ada pada bahan bacaan.

Abstract

This study aims to explain community knowledge, forms of knowledge preservation, and community participation in tamaik kaji activities in marriage culture in Pariaman City. This research is a type of qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. The research subjects were the administrators and members of the majelis taklim in Pariaman City, totaling three people. The research instruments used were interviews guidelines. Data collection techniques are participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. The validation test of the data in this study used technical triangulation and member checks. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that first, the people of Pariaman City who carry out tamaik kaji activities in marriage culture have good knowledge detailed information about these activities. The community knows clearly how this activity can become a traditional culture of marriage, and what is contained in it. Second, the knowledge preservation of tamaik kaji activities is seen by using the exchange of indigenous knowledge which consists of six aspects, namely recognizing and identifying, validating, recording and documenting, storing, transferring, and disseminating knowledge. Third, community participation in preserving tamaik kaji activities shows a decrease in enthusiasm and community participation in preserving these activities.

Abstract

 The policy taken by the state regarding the education sector is implementing distance learning (online learning). Thus both students, students, teachers, and lecturers must adapt to these conditions so that learning continues to run as it should. In relation to this phenomenon, the purpose of this research is to identify and describe models of information-seeking behavior, especially by Distance Learning Lecturers or (PJJ) at the Faculty of Law, Sosial and Political Science (FHISIP), Universitas Terbuka in meeting their information needs. The research used descriptive qualitative design. The subjects in this study were FHISIP Lecturers at the Universitas Terbuka while the object was the information seeking behavior of FHISIP Lecturers at the Open University. Overall, the data analysis technique performed begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. As for data validation, researchers used triangulation. This research found that the roles and tasks carried out by the pjj lecturers sequentially are: as educators, researchers, and community service as well as carrying out activities to support distance learning. Of all these roles, the intensity of information seeking is highest in the first role, namely as an educator because the process of fulfilling information needs is carried out every day and The characteristics of the information needs of informants as a whole are based on age, area of specialization, recent education and experience. Based on these factors, it can be concluded that senior informants have a wider range of information needs than junior informants.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Central Lombok Regency Library and Archives Office, to know how the effectiveness of services using the OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) application in improving information accessibility for the community and inhibiting factors in using the OPAC (online public access catalog) application. The method used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive type of research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the analysis flow model technique. To support this research, there are seven research steps used by researchers, namely (1) compiling a research design (2) Choosing a research field (3) Managing to license (4) Exploring and assessing the field (5) Choosing and utilizing informants (6) Preparing research equipment (7) Research ethics issues. One of the efforts made by the Central Lombok library to increase the level of visits and reading interest of the people of Central Lombok is the existence of OPAC or online catalogs that will provide convenience for users and staff in cataloging or searching for collections. The electronic catalog is also proven to be able to promote the collections in the library of central Lombok regency. So that the existing obstacles are of concern to the government, especially the library and archives office of central Lombok regency so that public interest in accessing information increases.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Management of Social Media as Branding in Library". This study uses field research methods with a qualitative approach. Where researchers conducted direct interviews with librarians who were at Grahatama Pustaka to ask questions related to what they wanted to study. The purpose of this study is to see how social media management builds Grahatama Pustaka branding. The results obtained in this study were Grahatama Pustaka applying the 7P marketing mix theory to build library branding through social media owned by Grahatama Pustaka. The mix includes product, price, place, people, promotion, process, and physical evidence.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study is the Community Satisfaction Index for service units of government agencies in the Regulation of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Number 14 of 2017 at the UPT Library of Sriwijaya University. The purpose of this study was to determine the Community Satisfaction Index in library services, especially the Sriwijaya University institutional repository service. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were users of Sriwijaya University institutional repository services as many as 98 respondents obtained using the slovin formula. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. Respondents were selected randomly according to service coverage. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The results of the study using the community satisfaction index method, especially in institutional repository services at the Sriwijaya University Library UPT, found that institutional repository services were considered very good. The results showed that the Community Satisfaction Index for institutional repository services at the Sriwijaya University Library UPT was 89.88 so that the quality of service was A.
