Process Standards are national education standards relating to the implementation of learning in educational units to achieve graduate competency, applicable to primary and secondary education levels in the formal school, both in the package system and in the semester credit system. Abstract

Human resources have an important role in an organization, without human resources the organization will not run. Because human resources can control capital, technology and money. Studying the science of human resources cannot be separated from other management activities or processes such as strategic planning, management balancing, and organizational development. The relationship between these aspects of management is so close that it is difficult to separate one from the other. The potential of human resources needs to be developed through the process of human resource development in order to realize human resources that have the ability and skills or quality human resources in accordance with the nature and objectives of national development in Indonesia. This can be done through training and development. Human resource development is very necessary because it has an important aspect in increasing the productivity of human resources and also has certain objectives. The purpose of this study is to describe the problematics of empowerment and human resource development in public junior high school 11 South Jakarta. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research are teachers, principals and deputy heads of student affairs. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. Furthermore, it is used as material in carrying out focus group discussions (FGD). Data analysis is done through three steps, namely: data reduction; data display; and conclusion drawing/verifying. The results showed that the school's problems in empowering human resources in this case teachers at SMPN 11 showed that the lack of motivation, lack of discipline, and lack of ownership of the teachers concerned. School problems in empowering TAS (School Administrative Personnel) at SMPN 11 are: the position of head of school administration personnel at SMPN 11 South Jakarta has not been filled.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness ofimplementing 21st century literacy-based character education at MTsNegeri 2 Labuhanbatu.This research is a qualitative research in the form ofa case study. This research was conducted at MTs Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu.The respondents of this study were school principals, vice principals,teachers and students. Data collection techniques by observation,interviews and documents. The results of this study are that MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu has implemented character education based on literacy aswell as culture and citizenship well by making careful learning plans.Where madrasas have developed planning and learning systems throughliteracy programs that can explore the intelligence and noble character ofstudents, MTs Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu has implemented quite wellprograms implementing literacy-based character education based onliteracy literacy as well as culture and citizenship and trying to improveprograms so that it can be more easily implemented by teachers andstudents. Character education based on literacy as well as culture andcitizenship is implemented by habituating students at MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu. so that students are directly able to obtain and applycharacter education to themselves so as to create output of students whohave good character, are noble, and have a sense of love for culture and thehomeland. The implementation of the literacy program at MTs Negeri 2Labuhanbatu for literacy literacy in schools includes providing readingcorner facilities in each classroom, reading garden facilities, and a library.As for cultural literacy and citizenship, there are extracurricular cultures,scouts and nationalities.Keywords: er Education, 21st Century Literacy, and Literacy in Literacy, and Culturaland Citizenship Literacy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student learning outcomes and to determine student activity after implementing the PQ4R learning model for VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan with material in algebraic forms. The research instrument used was a test in the form of three types of descriptions, where each test consisted of 5 questions, observation, evaluation and class action. As subjects in this study were all class VII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Medan, totaling 36 people. The cause of students' difficulties in learning integers is because students do not master the concept of integers and students do not master the material provided by the teacher. To overcome these difficulties, efforts are needed to improve student learning outcomes by applying learning methods, namely the PQ4R model and through group study. The data obtained from student learning outcomes before learning was carried out reached 14.28% and the student's incompleteness score was 85.72%, then it increased in cycle I to 60% of the value of incompleteness was 40% and in cycle II it increased to 88.57% while students who did not complete reached 11.43%. or if viewed from the level of learning completeness then the initial test results obtained 30 people who scored below completeness and in the first cycle there were 14 people then in the second cycle there were 4 people. This shows that after being taught with the PQ4R model on the subject of algebraic forms the learning outcomes of mathematics and student activity have increased from cycle I to cycle II.Keywords:PQ4R model, ability to learn mathematics

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the need for the development of flipped classroom-based e-modules in elementary schools. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this study were grade IV teachers and 31 grade IV students for the 2023/2024 school year, UPTD SDN Keleyan 1, Socah District, Bangkalan Regency, East Java, consisting of 16 men and 15 women. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis used is Miles and Huberman's qualitative data analysis which consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. Based on observations and interviews, it can be seen that teachers only use teaching materials in the form of Curriculum Merdeka textbooks provided by the school. In addition, the results of the student needs questionnaire stated that out of 31 students, 25 students (80.64%) were happy if they could learn using teaching materials other than the Curriculum Merdeka textbook, then out of 31 students, 25 students (80.65%) had never learned to use electronic modules. Furthermore, out of 31 students, 31 students (100%) said they were happy if they could study and do assignments with their friends in class. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop flipped classroom-based e-module teaching materials, with flipped classroom-based e-modules can make students independent, active, think critically, and collaboratively in learning.

Abstract

The Development of education and learning continues to change over time with technological advancements in the era of society 5.0. The emergence of a new civilization that underwent development from the previous revolution, namely the industrial era 4.0 which experienced development into the era of society 5.0 surprised all sectors including the world of education. This era is characterized by increasingly strong integration between people and technology, where intelligence AI, IoT and other technologies play an important role in the transformation of society and the education system. The purpose of this scientific paper is to analyze the impact and social changes that arise along with this development. The results of this study provide insight for education practitioners and other parties to develop appropriate strategies and policies in dealing with developments in education and learning in the era of society 5.0. collaboration between government, educational institutions, industry and society is needed to ensure inclusive technology, privacy protection, adequate skills preparation to face an increasingly connected future.   Keywords: New Civilization, Education, Learning, Society 5.0

Abstract

The research aims to increase teacher competence in using whatsapp groups during the pandemic learning through workshops assisted by zoom meetings. This research is School Action Research (PTS). The research subjects were 9 teachers. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation techniques. Methods of data analysis using qualitative data analysis. Based on the research results, the implementation of workshops assisted by zoom meetings has been proven to be able to increase teacher competency in using WhatsApp groups in learning during a pandemic. This is evidenced by the increase in the results of assessing the competence of teachers in using whatsapp groups in learning during the pandemic in the initial conditions the average value was 47.64 and was in the Less (K) category, increasing in the first cycle with an average score of 70.42 and included in the Enough category (C) and in the second cycle with an average value of 91.11 and included in the Very Good category (SB). As for the increase in individual teacher competence, it can be explained that in the initial conditions of the 9 teachers, not a single teacher was declared complete, in the first cycle it increased to 5 teachers (55.56%) and in the second cycle all teachers (100%) were declared complete. Abstract

Kurikulum merupakan salah satu kunci kedudukan dalam pendidikan. Kurikulum merupakan pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dari semua mata pelajaran dan jenjang pendidikan. Dalam kuruikulum terdapat empat komponen yaitu tujuan, materi/isi, proses belajar mengajar, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : penerapan kurikulum 2013 di pondok pesantren dan komponen kurikulum 2013 pada pondok pesantren muhammadiyah at-tanwir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan rancangan studi khusus. Adapun lokasi penelitian ini adalah Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro setingkat SMP. Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan melakukan wawancara, mendalam dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan prosudur : mengumpulkan data, reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi data. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) kurikulum yang digunakan merupakan kombinasi dari kurikulum 2013 dan kurikulum kepondokan, (2) perencanaan kurikulum diwujudkan dalam penentuan tujuan, isi kurikulum dan penguatan struktur dan muatan pembelajaran, (3) pengimplementasian kurikulum di pondok pesantren, (4) evaluasi pada pondok pesantren belum teratur dilaknakan karena baru berdirinya Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tanwir Metro

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "The Charismatic Leadership Style of the Aliyah Madrasah Head in Increasing Teacher Personality Competence at Darul Hikmah Sirandorung Modern Islamic Boarding School". The purpose of this study was to find out: (1) How is the leadership style of the modern madrasah aliyah principal Darul Hikmah Sirandorung, (2) How the teacher's personality competence in the modern aliyah Islamic boarding school is Darul Hikmah Sirandorung, (3) how the head of madrasah aliyah's efforts are in improving the teacher's personality competence at the modern Islamic boarding school Darul Hikmah Sirandorung. In this thesis research, the researcher uses a qualitative approach. While the data collection techniques were carried out by means of: observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data reduction, data presentasion and drawing conclusions. Meanwhile, in the technique of checking the validity of the data, it is done by testing the level of trust (credibility), transferability (transferability), dependence (dependability), and certainty (confirmability). The results of the study revealed that: (1) the charismatic leadership style of the madrasah aliyah principal is to always prioritize the self-authority of a leader who is shown by a high sense of responsibility to his subordinates. (2) the personality competencies of teachers in modern Islamic boarding schools Darul Wisdom Sirandorung are quite good and some teachers have mastered the indicators of teacher personality competencies in accordance with government regulations. (3) the efforts of the head of madrasah aliyah in improving the competence of the teacher's personality by participating in education and training through supervision, panel discussions, workshops, and seminars. Abstract

The low ability of teachers to integrate literacy into learning at SMAN 1 Garoga is a fundamental problem for improving teacher professionalism in developing a literacy culture. Efforts are made is the implementation of academic supervision. The research subjects were 8 teachers at SMAN 1 Garoga. Methods of data collection using observation and documentation techniques. Data validation with triangulation techniques. The assessment uses 2 observation sheets, namely observation of discussion activities and observation of teacher activities in integrating literacy in learning. The results showed that in the discussion activities in the initial conditions there was 1 person (12.50%) who was declared complete, in the first cycle it increased to 4 teachers or 50.00% and in the last cycle to 8 teachers or 100% with 3 teachers' explanation ( 37.50%) in very good criteria and 5 teachers (62.50%) in good assessment criteria. Assessment of teacher improvement in integrating literacy into learning in the initial conditions of 8 teachers, none of the teachers were declared complete. In the first cycle there were 3 teachers or 37.50% who were declared complete. In the second cycle, 8 teachers (100%) were declared complete with an explanation of 2 teachers (25.00%) in very good assessment criteria and 6 teachers (75.00%) in good assessment criteria. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that through the implementation of academic supervision at SMAN 1 Garoga it is proven to be able to improve the teacher's ability to integrate literacy in learning.Keywords: Supervisi Akademik, Kemampuan, Literasi, Pembelajaran
