Abstract

Capital Adequacy Ratio, Rupiah Exchange Rate, Non Performing Financing, and Profitability Murabahah Financing in Islamic Banks. Profitability is projected by Retrun On Asset. Data taken in the study from January 2013 to December 2017. The research used is quantitative research, with multiple linear regression, which is supported by classic assumption tests and statistical tests, compared with SPSS version 17 software. From the results of research conducted with hypothesis testing or F test shows that Non Performing Financing (NPF) has a significant effect on profitability, which is projected by Retrun On Assets (ROA), as for the research crics, namely Non Performing Financing Value 1,928> from the t table 1,672 . Meanwhile, the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Non Performing Finance have a simultaneous ratio of ROS, while the Rupiah Exchange Rate and Murabahah Financing are not simultaneously related to ROA.

Abstract

To improve the kesejateraan of the community, the Government makes the partnership and community development program (PKBL) one of them performed by the PTPN XIV IV (Persero) Field which is part State-owned enterprises (SOEs). Basic rules implemented PKBL Minister of BUMN No Per-02/MBU/7/2017 Ministerial Regulation on Amendment No. Per 09/MBU/07/2015 which stated intents and purposes the establishment of STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES not only pursue profits but undertook to actively provide guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs the weak economy, cooperatives, and communities. The goal in this research is to know the PKBL program implemented PTPN XIV IV (Persero) Field in improving the welfare of society and to find out Why going delinquent installment loans given by the partnership for the activities of SMES. The method used is the representation of the data that comes from a phenomenon faced by the company, and in the analysis by using the approach through an existing theory – theory, namely the decision of the Minister of STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES, and rare – langkanya is doing the collection with regard to the programme of PKBL, conduct interviews directly and spread sheet observations to parts of PKBL and some people are getting help. The occurrence of a delinquent installment loans that are administered by the partnership for SME activities because there is still I'tikad less laudable than assisted SMEs to afford the repayments, there is a factor of the economy, lack of innovation, the existence of competition between businesses, simply make a new business license, and a factor in the death. Move made to resolve it by way of Monitoring, Reconditioning, Rescheduling, Restructuring.

Abstract

The number of takaful insurance customers is decreasing every year. This can be caused by the level of customer satisfaction that can be influenced by product factors, promotions, and services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of products, promotions, and services on customer satisfaction using educational fund takaful insurance products. This research is quantitative research. This research was conducted at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Medan with a sample of 70 respondents. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques with OLS (Ordinary Least Square) analysis are supported by classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, t-test and f-test using the Eviews application. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, product, promotions, and services influence customer satisfaction and partially only promotional variables that do not affect customer satisfaction. Thus, Asuransi Takaful Keluarga Medan should maintain the strategy that has been implemented and increase promotional activities to be able to achieve the company's target in increasing customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Japan is one of developed countries had been Indonesian fixed consumer at international market. High value exports an country would be increasing domestic economic growth because international trade (exports-imports) as component for economic growth. Indonesia’s export for Japan has fluctuation growth rate for this research period. This research has aimed for analyze Indonesia’s export to Japan and GDP Japan with time series 1987-2017. The result of counteraction test showed no equilibrium relation for long term between Indonesia’s export and GDP Japan. And with granger causality test showed for Lag 2 and 5 Indonesia’s export to Japan and GDP Japan showed two-way direction. It means Indonesia’s export to Japan has influence GDP Japan and GDP Japan has influence Indonesia’ export to Japan in this research period. In recommended for government as the Indonesian trade ministry hopely could keep growth rate stability of Indonesia’s export to Japan because Japan has one of developed country as Indonesian fixed partner at international market, and the goals for equilibrium relation for long term between Indonesia’s export to Japan and GDP Japan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of brand awareness, project quality, and trust in decisions to donate at Kitabisa.com. The research approach used is a quantitative research approach. The sample in this study were users who donated at Kitabisa.com with a total sample of 145 people. The instrument used to obtain data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. supported by Validity and Reliability test, Classical Assumption Test, t-test and f-count test using SPSS version 22 software. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, variable of brand awareness, project quality, and trust have a significant effect on donation decisions at Kitabisa.com and the results of the test partially show that all independent variables, namely brand awareness, project quality, and trust, each have a significant effect on the decision to donate at Kitabisa.com.

Abstract

The purpose of this reaserch is to analyze the development of Creative economy in the City of Medan and the pattern of strategies for developing creative economy with a SWOT analysis approach through the Triple Helix method. Methodology / Design The research used in this study is a qualitative method by conducting surveys and interviews on the parties concerned. By using SWOT analysis and development strategy with triple helix concept to obtain expected research result. The result of the research indicate that the development of the creative economy for the craft sub-sector is in the third position after culinary and fashion. The pattern of interaction between the three actors (actors, government and academics) must collaborate and symbiosis in mutualism in designing and developing the creative economy and the strategy used to develop the creative economy is by aggressive strategy or S-0 strategy which uses the power to take advantage of opportunities.

Abstract

This study discusses the effects of investment and exports on Indonesia's economic growth (the period 2012 to 2016). The aim is to see how much influence investment and exports have on Indonesia's economic growth (the period 2012 to 2016). The amount of data determined is 20 (twenty) quarters from the data on the development of Gross Domestic Product (GDP), investment, and exports. The method to be used in this study is the research approach, data collection obtained from the official website of the Republic of Indonesia Investment Coordinating Board (ICB), Ministry of Trade (MOT), and Central Statistics Agency (CSA), literature related to the topic of research, data analysis, classic assumption tests, statistical tests, and focus group discussions (FGD). Partially the investment variable has an influence on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) variable based on the ttest where tcount > ttable (7,783 > 2,10) while the significant level is 0 < 0,05. This means that the Ha hypothesis is accepted, meaning that partially the investment variable affects the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Whereas for the export variable based on ttest where tcount < ttable (0,517 < 2,10) with a significant level of 0,612 > 0,05. This means that Ho is accepted, meaning that partially the export variable does not affect Gross Domestic Product (GDP).

Abstract

Basically the development of sharia tourism is not an exclusive tour because non-Muslim tourists can also enjoy Islamic ethical services. Sharia tourism not only to existence of pilgrimage and religious tourist attractions, but also includes the availability of supporting facilities, for example, restaurants and hotels that provide halal food and prayer places. Tourist products and services, as well as tourist destinations in sharia tourism are the same as general tourism as long as they do not conflict with Islamic values and ethics. This study aims to formulate a strategy model for the development of halal Pariariata in North Sumatra Province, especially for Medan and Parapat City. This research type used survey research for this study. Data analysis in this study is qualitative analysis in general and SWOT analysis. Qualitative analysis is generally directed at data from the results of discussions, observations, and interviews by collecting and analyzing data simultaneously, writing notes during and after data collection, encoding to simplify data, writing reasoning on data, and developing concepts and connections analysis results with the existing literature. The results of the study for the city of Medan are already ready as sharia tourist destinations for aspects of attractions (because they have started to hold sharia tour packages and events), amenities (except hotels and spas which some do not have halal certification) and institutions. Optimization of Medan City as a Sharia tourist destination requires several improvements, especially in institutional aspects, especially the readiness of human resources. And clear regulations from the city government of Medan, for the City of Parapat not optimal enough to work on Halal tourism. But still need commitment and consistency in working on Halal tourism in the city of Parapat

The high level of competition in various business fields today demands the management of the company to improve the excellence of the products it has, in competition in the business world the company is required to find a special strategy to create Competitive advantage so that it can put its company in the position of market leader and always ahead so that always be the choice of consumers. Online digital collections such as E-Book and You Tube that are widely available on the internet make the world of book publishing increasingly competitive as well as the implementation of improper strategies can give a bad impact to publishing companies, there are persons that markets products that are not original (pirated books) are troubling the publishing world. For that, it is necessary to find out the Marketing strategy conducted by book publishers in Medan, to know what are the obstacles in implementing Marketing strategy conducted by book publishers in Medan City and finally to The effort to overcome the obstacles in implementing the Marketing strategy conducted by the publisher in Medan City. This article is with a qualitative descriptive approach by using SWOT analysis. The results of the research from SWOT analysis are S-O strategy with aggressive, i.e. (S2, O2) a book made from quality paper materials and quality content makes the library demand increase annually. (S1, O1) Direct selling that is done by campus company can increase profit and big profit due to higher education market. (S3, O3, O2) The company is working with a national bookstore that is likely to have a wide network and distributed on a national scale as well as many growing library requests annually.

Abstract

Poverty is no longer a new thing and has always been a complex problem for Indonesian people. Besides poverty there is also an economic inequality that usually occurs in rural areas. The community actually needs economic affairs as a solution to say the economy. Pesantren is an institution that educates not only the students but also the surrounding community. The presence of pesantren in the middle of the community, especially rural in addition to giving influences in the religious surroundings, also began to revive its economy. Limited business capital is sometimes a matter of people who want to start business. The government also started to look at the Pesantren for the program to empower the economy of people who have the majority of rural poor to be established by the Bank. The government aims to establish the Bank Wakaf Micro Sharia in Pesantren so that the pesantren has a role to the community so that it has strong attachment as well as a container empowering its community economy. But all is not that easy, there is still a challenge when the empowerment process will or is being executed. For that need to be careful with the aim to know the role of Pesantren Mawaridussalam through the business unit of the Bank WAKAF Micro Sharia towards community empowerment, to know the challenge of pesantren Mawaridussalam in community empowerment through The business unit micro Sharia Bank. The research methods used are observation, interviews, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study showed that pesantren through Bank Wakaf Micro Sharia has a role in empowering the community by providing business capital loans, escape from the trap of moneylenders and the flower or RIBA system and to add the religious sciences already Clearly give people welfare.
