Abstract

The Population and Civil Registration Office of Kotabaru Regency is one of the Kotabaru Regency Regional Service agencies that functions in the affairs of structuring and issuing documents, population data through population registration, civil registration, processing population administration information and utilizing the results for public services. The occurrence of several factors such as the increase in total visits to the Office of the Population and Civil Registration is not matched by the capacity of the waiting room in the service room, the lack of air circulation and lighting so as to make the room conditions uncomfortable, as well as the ineffectiveness of circulation and workspace layout are the causes of problems with the level of service to the community. Therefore, the design stage applies the behavioral architecture approach method by identifying the behavior patterns of employees and the community in it and applying modern architectural concepts as an implementation of the results of the identification of occupant behavior so as to reach the functional point of the building. The data produces several physical variables that are adjusted to modern concepts such as space and layout, shape and facade size, color, texture, dimensions and proportions. The result of the design is to reach the functional point of the building so that the Office of the Population and Civil Registration service system to the community can be more optimal than before.

Abstract

The increase in the number of Islamic boarding schools shows the increasing public interest inchoosing Islamic boarding schools as a place for Islamic education for their children. This is markedby their need for a better quality Islamic education, which is more inclusive, which is relevant to thetimes, and which does not only focus on academic aspects but can also build good character andbehavior in their children so that they can become a good and successful generation. useful forsociety in the future. The concepts and methods used in the design are passive design which placesmore emphasis on the physical design of the building, such as the facade design, the direction thebuilding is facing, the location and size of windows, the building's ventilation system, and the roomlayout. With this method, it is hoped that the Tahfidzul Qur'an Darul Hijrah Putra Islamic BoardingSchool can produce hafidz of the Qur'an who are faithful, pious, have good morals, areknowledgeable, do good deeds, master science and technology, excel, and excel, in accordance withthe vision of the Islamic boarding school itself.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country rich in cultural diversity, ethnicity and traditions. Culture is a habitual way of life and activities that grows and develops in an environment that is passed down from generation to generation. The move of the national capital from Jakarta to Kalimantan has become a new euphoria for all residents in Indonesia. This became the trigger for the entry of new cultures into Kalimantan. The Dayak tribe, which is an indigenous tribe in Kalimantan, is a tribe that is very rich in culture. However, if it is not addressed immediately the culture of the Dayak tribe can be eroded and threatened by incoming foreign cultures. The Dayak Cultural Center in Tabalong will elevate and increase the attractiveness of Dayak culture, as well as accommodate Dayak cultural activities and activities through the Dayak architectural DNA method as the first face to be seen at IKN with a neo-vernacular architectural concept approach as a form of maintaining Dayak culture.

Abstract

Markets are social and infrastructure where businesses buy and sell goods, services, and labor. The existing condition of the site located on Jalan A. Yani, Angsau Village, Pelaihari District, Pelaihari City are as follows: Site Position : Hook/Corner, Site Area: 8,375 m2, Soil Type: Hard Soil, Topography: Flat, Site Orientation: West , Vegetation: Trees, Coconut Trees, Cassava Trees, Bamboo Trees, Weeds, Undergrowth, Weeds, and other plants, Drainage: Artificial, Electrical Networks: Overhead, Site Boundaries: - South: Gas Station - West: Road and Mosque - North: Rifle Company - East: Housing. The position of the site which is near the main road roundabout is a strategic position because it is on a street corner which makes its position open from several directions so that it is very precise and ideal as a business or business area.

Abstract

Pelaihari sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Tanah Laut Regency which is the center of government and offices for the regional government. Pelaihari sub-district is the most developed sub-district in Tanah Laut Regency. The tourism sector in Pelaihari District is very well developed, people outside Pelaihari make Pelaihari a tourist destination during holidays or weekends. Airsoft guns are replicas of firearms that are now used as sports equipment. Airsoft gun hobbyists realize the battlefield by shooting between teams. Strategizing or just getting an adrenaline rush is the goal of the airsoft gun game. Airsoft gun has now become a recreational sport which means that airsoft gun can be used as a tourist destination. Although classified as an extreme sport, airsoft gun can be a family-friendly tourist destination if it is equipped with good facilities and uses the right scenario.

Abstract

Beside being known as the City of Thousand Rivers, Banjarmasin is also known as the “City of a Thousand Fire Fighters. It has a large number of fire station, especially from the local community. However, this creates new problems of uncontrolled fire extinguishers and lack of efficiency and effectiveness in their work. According from this, it felt necessary to encourage the government to improve their performances of the fire station. Design use universal architecture method to get a modular design and could be built in wherever place, especially at fire-prone area. The result is a fire department that can satisfy needs and provide of users in the aspects of service, education and controlling based on the area division.

Abstract

Indonesia South Kalimantan has the potential of a quality football player. With the potential of a good football player, this potential must be developed and directed to be even better. Banjarbaru became a development city after Banjarbaru became the capital of South Kalimantan. The design of the Football Academy using the superimposition method in Banjarbaru aims to have a positive influence on users in creating professional soccer players. This method aims to influence each user's activity for the better. To support the superimposition method, the use of modern architectural concepts is used which aims to influence human behavior driven by design.

Abstract

Vision Indonesia 2045 targets a significant economic improvement for the Indonesian nation. One of the points is to realize Indonesia as a World Class Center for Creative and Digital Economy. For this specific reason, a space is needed to develop human resources through Creative Space. Banjarbaru, is a city which is the capital of South Kalimantan, but there is a “dead” strategic zone in the center of the city. The Creative Space function can then be injected into the area as a form of area revitalization. The concept of layering is used through the superimposition method by dividing the area's functions into several layers, which are then stacked again to create a container for dynamic creative activity, as well as restoring the area's vitality value with new and diverse functions (mixed use).

Abstract

Orchids are one of the most popular plants among the public because most of the orchids grow in tropical countries like Indonesia. In Indonesia, there are around 5,000 species of orchids spread across several provinces and 38 percent of them are in Kalimantan. There are several types of natural orchids that are becoming rare due to the rampant exploitation of these flowers, so that several types of orchids are starting to become endangered. Therefore, the conservation of orchid plants has recently begun to be increased, the government of South Kalimantan is one of those who are intensively conserving orchids with the aim that existing orchid species do not become extinct. However, the challenge is how to get the whole community involved in this conservation, not just a group of related people. On the other hand, orchids have a special attraction in the eyes of the public, with their attractiveness, the Orchid Recreation Park has the potential to be used as a recreation area that provides open education to all people so that they can help preserve the orchids themselves. The concept of metaphorical architecture was also chosen as the design concept for this Recreation Park with the design principle that it is hoped that the design of this Recreation Park will attract more visitors.

Abstract

The Museum of the Story Sultanate of Pasir Regency in East Kalimantan is a museum that takes the historical history of the story of the Sultanate of Pasir events so that people and visitors know how the story of the Sultanate of Pasir events and also know and remember the sultans who have existed..The design of this. story museum space.uses the.concept of sequence with the problem seeking method as a problem solver. The concept of sequence refers to the sequence of spaces that ultimately the circulation of space can be.in line with the.story of the Sultanate of Pasir. In order for visitors to understand what is displayed in the exhibition display space, it.is necessary.to have a sense.of space character.and.visualization so that the sequence to be achieved can be an experience and insight for visitors.
