<![CDATA[The Regional Government of North Barito Regency carried out an image of Muara Teweh City with the titles "wonderful Barito" and "Muara Teweh Barito City" which resulted in the existence of a siring construction plan along the banks of the Barito river Muara Teweh City. The siring development plan along the Barito river, besides acting as a public open space, also acts as an effort to beautify the city's visuals, it is better to consider the lives of the local community. The design of the Barito riverside public open space with the cultural riverside concept can be an answer to the need for riverside public open space that not only accommodates recreational activities for visitors by utilizing the Barito river landscape, but can also accommodate the cultural activities of the local community without getting rid of the community's riverside life.]]>

<![CDATA[Physical exercise is one of the most important activities to do considering the many benefits that result from exercising, both in terms of the physical and spiritual health aspects of a person. However, due to various factors such as laziness, lack of adequate physical exercise facilities, and the location of each physical exercise facility which is separate from each other, the interest of the Banjarbaru community in physical exercise is low. Banjarbaru Recreational Physical Exercise Park is the answer to this problem. This area is the form of a thematic park that aims to accommodate various types of physical exercise and at the same time as an interactive recreation facility in an integrated area so that people will be able to exercise in a recreational way. In accordance with its objectives, the Banjarbaru Recreational Physical Exercise Park consists of two main functions, namely as a forum that facilitates recreational physical exercise activities and as a recreational facility to attract the interest of the Banjarbaru community to come and exercise. The Superimposition method was chosen as the solution method because it combines and collides two spatial programs in this context in the form of recreational and recreational physical exercise in which each spatial program will be contaminated with each other and form a new pattern so that it will realize the goals to be achieved.]]>

<![CDATA[The design of the creative hub in Banjarbaru was motivated by seeing the preferences oftoday's youth with creative and collaborative work. This creative hub aims to be a place that can be aplace for character building, a productive place, a place of escape that can provide benefits, a placefor gatherings to share creative ideas, develop, build relationships and so on so as to be able to give aunited effect to a group of young people. which is designed using the architectural program methodaccompanied by the concept of in motion. The program concept has two main principles, namelyexperience space, which relies on visual actors on physical properties and collaborative spaceprinciples. Conceptual methods and principles will lead to designs with a non-monotonous impressionof space and encourage actors to be creative and collaborative through spatial experience.]]>

<![CDATA[The design of this fitness center is motivated by everyone's need for a balanced state of mind, body and soul. Through these needs, people are starting to realize that they need to come back and start a holistic lifestyle. The purpose of this design is to provide a place that facilitates wellness-based activities in one place by paying attention to the interaction between space and nature. By utilizing the connection between humans and nature, the wellness center is planned to use the concept of biophilic architecture because it is synonymous with good natural use patterns and the use of design methods by utilizing 5 natural elements as the design method.]]>

This design can be done through a neo vernacular architectural approach that raises vernacular aspects in Paser Regency and can make a culinary tourism area that introduces regional local culture with the sadurengas concept taken from the Paser Regency vernacular architectural. <![CDATA[The Banjarbaru City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office is one of the official offices located in the Murjani area. This design was carried out because of functional considerations that did not meet the capacity and the Murjani area had a high value in post-independence architecture. The purpose of this design is how to design a representative office according to the needs of its activities and can strengthen the reflection of the Murjani area which has a high value on post-independence architecture. In this design, two methods are used, namely programmatic and historical methods. In this method, the concept of colonial architecture is obtained. This concept is used to reflect the Murjani area which has a high value in colonial architecture. It is hoped that these two methods can produce an appropriate design.]]>

<![CDATA[Cancer is the most feared and deadly malignant disease, death from cancer is not only due to the disease but also due to the after-effects of cancer treatment. The high number of cancer sufferers is not comparable to health facilities that can cope with cancer such as in Banjarmasin. Health facilities in Banjarmasin are still inadequate, not only in terms of the number of facilities but also in the design of the building which does not pay attention to the patient's psychology. For this reason, a Post-Medication Cancer Rehabilitation Center in Women was designed which focuses on tackling patients who experience physical disorders caused by cancer treatment. This building aims to provide a place that can facilitate cancer sufferers in improving their quality of life and enthusiasm for life. The concept used is "Healing" which means healing, aspects of the healing concept are applied through nature, the senses, and psychology into the building. This concept is expected to be a solution to the problem of cancer health facilities in Banjarmasin.]]>

<![CDATA[Culinary is one of the attractions of the community which has experienced a lot of development to the phenomenon of hanging out culture which is currently a trend in Banjarbaru City. However, due to the absence of a place to accommodate this, a place was created in the form of a Food Court. The design of the Food Court in Banjarbaru City is the answer to this problem with the Third Place Method as a method of solving it which aims as a forum for visitors to carry out certain activities or relax while enjoying culinary delights. The concept applied is Communal Dining Place, which means a space that accommodates social activities and is used for the whole community or community. This concept is based on the actors in this design by considering the settings that are influenced by three elements, namely humans as the subject of actors, activities and human thoughts with different needs.]]>

Building a Command Center of City is one of the basic steps in the Smart City program, especially applied in public spaces. The problem of the Banjarbaru Command Center is still very lacking in various aspects. The Smart Building concept aims to support the city's Command Center.
