Abstract

Banjarese houses are developed especially in the wooden foundation’s construction. In case, this construction had many problems as an unstable foundation that caused building slope, building renovation, vertical development, etc. Pole stick hardwood timbers are needed to strengthen to support the building’s load. Based on this condition, it is necessary to conduct research related to find a model that explained how wooden foundations are modified. This paper's method was to collect field observation data by a photograph. Samples of observation were chosen that show the modification and variation progress of pole stick hardwood and woodpile foundation. Applied modification models were founded, that it were combined the wooden foundations with concrete foundations. It is useful to strengthen the building’s load support. This model was suited to the wetland area.

Abstract

Masyarakat Kalimantan Tengah khususnya di Kecamatan Jekan Raya masih banyak bergantung pada sungai dalam menunjang berbagai kegiatan seperti pertanian, industri maupun domestik yang membutuhkan pasokan air dalam jumlah tertentu. Secara ekologi sungai berperan penting sebagai sebuah ekosistem perairan yang terbuka dan mengalir dari hulu ke hilir sungai .Namun perlu ketahui sungai juga menjadi salah satu tempat pembuangan akhir dari saluran drainase. Kota Palangka Raya memiliki saluran drainase utama (primer) yang bermuara di sungai Sebangau dan sungai Kahayan. Saluran drainase mudah terkontaminasi oleh zat – zat pencemar yang berasal dari limbah domestik dan limbah industri UMKM (pengolahan ayam potong dan pengolahan tahu). Oleh sebab itu, saluran drainase utama (primer) diperkirakan memiliki potensi mencemari kualitas air Sungai Kahayan, sehingga untuk mengetahuinya perlu dilakukan penelitian. Kemudian diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat beberapa parameter uji yang melewati ambang batas yang digunakan meliputi baku mutu derajat keasaman (pH) yang telah melewati 3,33 % - 11,67 % dari ambang batas, BOD yang telah melewati 36,67% - 70% dari ambang batas sehingga berkontribusi mencemari sungai Kahayan. Dan dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang terjadi antara fluktuasi tinggi muka air dan debit air terhadap parameter uji yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai R-Square < 0,67.

Abstract

Proses pengeringan tinta sablon biasanya menggunakan dua metode yaitu menggunakan hotgun dan mesin pengering manual dengan cara membuka dan menutup mesin. Hal ini tentu menjadi sangat kurang efektif saat bekerja, waktu yang diperlukan juga akan makin banyak karena harus memindahkan alat pada setiap kaos secara bergantian selain itu sering terjadi kegagalan dalam proses pengeringan tinta sablon manual, seperti suhu panas yang tidak merata, tingkat kematangan masih belum merata. Maka berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian untuk membantu pengrajin konveksi berupa sebuah perancangan controller pada alat pengering tinta sablon otomatis menggunakan arduino nano. Alat pengering ini menggunakan motor stepper 1220SK-T1 untuk menggerakan lampu heater, arduino nano sebagai sistem kendali mikrokontroler, sensor thermocouple max 6675 untuk membaca suhu pada lampu heater. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan alat pengering tinta sablon otomatis dalam melakukan pengontrolan suhu menggunakan PWM untuk mencapai suhu 210℃ membutuhkan waktu ± 20 menit. Akurasi pembacaan sensor pada layar LCD mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 99,7%, dan error pada pembacaan sensor mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,5%. Dalam kendali heater pergerakkan motor stepper 1220SK-T1 dapat bergerak sesuai dengan kecepatan dan range diatur antara 25% - 100% serta laju bolak-balik berkisar 1 – 6 kali. Pengujian timer dilakukan dengan membandingkan alat dengan stopwatch dan menghasilkan nilai yang sama 30s-60s. Keywords: Pengering Tinta Sablon, Suhu, Arduino, Sensor Thermocouple

Abstract

An airport is a place for aircraft to operate both take-off and landing. Buntok City, South Barito Regency has Sanggu Airport as one of the main entrances for people's transportation routes. Sanggu Buntok Airport is a class III airport managed by UPBU. The airport currently has a runway length of 750 m x 23 m and a terminal building covering an area of 200 m2. In this study, an analysis of the runway service capacity was carried out to increase the number of passengers in the future, to meet the number of aircraft operations that can be served by the runway, and it is hoped that the results of this research can be used as evaluation material for the development of Sanggu Airport in the future. And for terminal capacity This study analysis the ground side of the airport, namely the service capacity of the passenger terminal towards the increase of passenger traffic in the future, to find out the number of passengers that can be handled by the terminal. Calculation of the passenger terminal capacity and the required terminal size is based on the SKEP/77/VI/2005. The calculation of maximum capacity is conducted by counting the number of available seats and the current size of the passenger waiting area continued with the calculation of the required terminal waiting area size after forecasting. From the results, it was found that the average saturation capacity of the runway for VFR conditions was 86 operations/hour and for IFR conditions the average saturation capacity was 58 operations/hour. After forecasting, the number of passengers in 2032 was 430 people with the number of flights being 215 flights and the number of passengers in 2037 being 714 people with the number of flights being 357 flights. Through the result of this analysis, it is known that the maximum waiting area capacity of the Sanggu Airport is 32 passengers, with a room size of 30,94 m2. Meanwhile, the maximum capacity of the arrival hall is 16 passengers, with an area size of 32,64 m2. After forecasting is conducted, the predicted traffic of passengers in 2032 is 860 passengers, and 1428 passengers in 2037. The numbers are based on the peak hour traffic of passengers in 2032, namely, 9 passengers/hour, which required a waiting area size of 14,52 m2 and the number of seats required is 9 seats. For the year 2037, the peak hour passenger traffic is forecasted to be 14 passengers/hour, therefore requiring a waiting area size of 22,59 m2 and the number of seats required is 14 seats. Based on the calculation, the standard required size for the arrival hall with a peak hour traffic of 9 passengers/hour in 2032, the required size of arriving hall is 18,56 m2. As for the year 2037 with the peak hour traffic of 14 passengers/hour, the required size of the arrival hall needed is 28,88 m2. When compared to the current size of the arrival hall of 32,64 m2 it can be concluded that the current arrival hall is sufficient to serve the airport until the year 2037. Abstract

This microcontroller-based screen printing ink dryer using a thermocouple is designed to facilitate human work and to save time for drying screen printing ink on t-shirts with plastisol ink. The process used by home convection usually still uses a manual screen printing ink dryer which takes about 7 minutes for the drying process. In order to overcome this problem, a microcontroller-based screen printing ink dryer is needed which can dry screen printing ink automatically. In this tool there is a display that displays voltage and current, therefore researchers can find out the amount of power obtained on this tool. The results of measuring the electric power on the screen printing ink dryer based on this microcontroller have a maximum power of 1148 watts, the results of measuring the electric power have an accuracy of 93.1%. A good temperature for drying screen printing ink using this tool is 170˚C and the drying process takes 3 minutes. In the September 2022 study, with a total order of 1,670 screen prints, it was recorded that the average usage was 2 hours and 30 minutes per day, so the amount of electrical energy used was 74.22 kWh. Abstract

Pelaku perjalanan asal Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun dihadapkan pada pemilihan alternatif moda yaitu angkutan travel dan bus. Angkutan travel dan bus mempunyai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing yang membuat masyarakat lebih cenderung memilih angkutan mana yang akan digunakan oleh mereka untuk bepergian yang dilihat dari segi tarif, durasi, kenyamanan, keamanan, dan sebagainya. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer berupa data karakteristik dan data pemilihan moda serta data sekunder beryupa data jumlah penduduk. Dalam melakukan proses analisisnya terdiri dari analisis statistik deskriptif dan model logit binomial. Pada tahap analisis model logit bimonial dilakukan dulu metode Stated Preference untuk mendapatkan ketiga atribut yaitu atribut harga tiket, waktu tempuh dan frekuensi keberangkatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan karakteristik kinerja angkutan umum travel rute Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun melayani keberangkatan dari Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun pada pukul 09.00 WIB, 11.00, 13.00 WIB, 15.00 WIB, 20.00 WIB dengan tarif untuk travel Rp. 300.000 dan waktu tempuh 9 jam. Untuk bus melayani keberangkatan dari Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun pada pukul 08.00 WIB, 15.00 WIB, 19.00 WIB dengan tarif untuk travel Rp. 200.000 dan waktu tempuh 10 jam . Berdasarkan karakteristik sosial ekonomi dan perjalanan penumpang rute Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun mayoritas berusia 20 – 40 tahun dengan jenis kelamin laki-laki yang mempunyai pekerjaan swasta dan telah menempuh pendidikan terakhir yaitu SMA. Pengeluaran untuk transportasi per bulan Rp. 100.000 – Rp. 200.000 dengan pendapatan lebih dari Rp. 3.000.000 dan memilih moda berdasarkan pertimbangan logis seperti pertimbangan biaya yang mampu dikeluarkan dan pertimbangan waktu perjalanan yang dibutuhkan. Moda yang diperkirakan dominan atau yang sering digunakan dalam pengangkutan tujuan rute Palangka Raya – Pangkalan Bun adalah moda transportasi travel dengan 52%. Abstract

Clean water is one of the most essential needs for humans because all human activities in various aspects of life require clean water. Kapuas Regency has 17 sub-districts and has a population of around 410,446 people based on BPS data in 2020. The purpose of this paper is to determine the amount of clean water needed in Kapuas Regency to serve the needs of the community in the future. The need for clean water for the residents of Kapuas Regency is supplied by PDAM Kapuas, with two intakes located in Selat Sub-District and Mostkau Village. However, the two intakes cannot meet the clean water needs of the population of Kapuas Regency, which is increasing every year. So it is planned to build a new intake so that the clean water needs of the residents of Kapuas Regency can be met. The analytical method used to calculate population projections is the Geometric Method. The geometric method is used to obtain information on long-term development planning obtained from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) Kapuas Regency. The results of the geometric method will be known to predict the population in the next few years so that it can also be seen the amount of clean water needed to determine additional raw water sources in Kapuas Regency. The water demand analysis research that has been carried out shows that Kapuas Regency, which has a population of 410,446 people who have a total non-domestic water need in 2020 is1.006.113 liters/day, and the total amount of household and urban water needs is 63,538,127 liters/day. The laboratory tests and direct observations in the field showed that the construction of the new intake selected was in the village of Palangkai. Palangkai Village has a more strategic location because it is included in the freshwater category, namely bypH 6-9 (PP No. 82 of 2001) with a result pH calculation is 6.1, which is closer to the standard than Sei Asam village, which has a pH of 5.1.

Abstract

Recloser adalah alat pengaman untuk mendeteksi arus berlebih oleh hubungan pendek antara phase atau antara phase dan bumi. Recloser ini menginterupsi arus dan secara otomatis menutup pada interval waktu yang dapat disesuaikan. setelah pemutus tenaga (PMT) yang sering dijumpai di zona dua atau tiga, recloser yang berfungsi sebagai pengaman. Power dapat dimatikan dan recloser dapat menutup secara otomatis pada interval tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 1 Agiustus 2021 - 30 Agustus 2021 bertempatkan di PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Rajapolah, Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui keandalan jaringan distribusi tegangan 20 kV wilayah kerja ULP Rajapolah sehingga dapat melakukan perbaikan jaringan SUTM secepatnya jika diperlukan. Berdasarkan data yang di dapatkan pada tanggal 5, 6, dan 18 Agustus 2021 dengan kode Recloser masing-masing PGA, BOJO, CPDY penyebab trip disebabkan oleh hewan yang ada disekitarnya sedangkan pada tanggal 13, 14,16, 22 Agustus 2021 untuk daerah CPDY, PGA, CPDY, KPR mengalami gangguan karena terdapat beban berlebih pada jaringan tegangan menengah yang mengakibatkan trip pada recloser. Abstract

Waste tires from motorized two-wheeled vehicles is one of the used materials with a relatively high amount. Until now, used tires are only used as crafts. Burning used tires can also cause harmful pollution effects for the environment. By adding used tire powder as a mixture of asphalt, is one way to solve this problem. Has a goal to find the value of KAO value in the resulting mixture composition and specify additional effects used tire powder HRS-WC layer for marshal properties. The Marshall test has two steps, the first one calculates KAO value using a variety of asphalt content 6.5%, 7%, 7.5%, 8%, 8.5% and the KAO value of 7.78%. In the second stage, we use the configuration and KAO values obtained in the first stage of testing and modify them tire powder added 2%, 4%, 6%, 8%, 10% by weight of asphalt KAO. The results of the Marshall characteristic test without and with tire powder added have an increase in the Marshall stability value. From Marshall's tests and calculations, obtained 4%, 6%, 8% meet the specifications. The best percentage is 8% by weight of KAO asphalt which has a stability value of 1473.45 kg, voids in aggregate (VMA) 20.95%, voids in mixture (VIM) 3.33%, voids filled with bitmen (VFB) 85.37 %, Marshall quotient (MQ) 338,873 kg/mm.

Abstract

Angkutan umum perdesaan Desa Tabak Kanilan memiliki bus perintis berjenis Bus Damri ukuran sedang ekonomi non AC. Bus ini melayani rute/trayek Tabak Kanilan – Buntok (pulang – pergi). Beberapa kelemahan Bus Damri perintis ini antara lain tidak memiliki jadwal yang tetap, waktu perjalanan yang terbatas/kurang, fasilitas yang ada di dalam Bus Damri yang tidak memadai dan tidak sesuai dengan standar angkutan umum, cara mengemudi kendaraan yang tergolong sembarangan dan membahayakan keselamatan penumpang Bus Damri serta kondisi internal dan eksternal yang masih cukup buruk. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum Bus Damri trayek Tabak Kanilan – Buntok. Serta untuk menganalisis pelayanan angkutan umum perdesaan pada rute Tabak Kanilan Buntok. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari kinerja pelayanan angkutan umum Bus Damri adalah sebagai berikut tujuan perjalanan adalah pusat perbelanjaan atau pasar.Waktu tunggu mendapat tempat duduk adalah < 5 menit, waktu tempuh perjalanan ke tujuan antara 30 - 60 menit. Load factor Bus Damri sebesar ± 0,28. Waktu perjalanan ke terminal tujuan < 90 menit. Kinerja pelayanan masih jauh dari keinginan /harapan penumpang Bus Damri.
