Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Religious Behavior on Buying Intention on cosmetic products labeled halal in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is the students in Banda Aceh who have used cosmetic products labeled as halal. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. Non-probability sampling technique is used as a sampling technique. This research data has been collected 100 questionnaires to students in Banda Aceh who have used cosmetic products labeled as halal. Simple linear regression method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. These results indicate that the behavior of religious influence on buying intention in cosmetic products labeled as halal in the city of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of self-esteem, stress and gender on academic achievement among students in the faculty of economics and business, syiah kuala university. This research method using questionnaire as research instrument. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling technique. Multiple regression method (multiple regression) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of variables. The results of this study show that self-grazing is positive for academic achievement, stress is not biased toward academic achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of Perceived Organizational Support to Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Psychological Capital As Moderating On Syariah Banking Employees In Banda Aceh City. The sample of this study consisted of 136 respondents who employees of syariah banking in Banda Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The sample technique used is probability sampling. Moderate regression analysis method (MRA) is used to determine the effect of moderation involved. SPSS IBM 21 is used to analyze data. The results show that Perceived Organizational Support influence to Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Psychological Capital as predictor moderate.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee empowerment on achievement motivation and the contextual performance of employees. The emprical study conducted at employee PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri used a questionaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 100 respondent. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with census. Methods simple linear regression is used a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These result indicate that the employee empowerment positive and significant impact on achievement motivation, employee empowerment have a postitive and significant effect on contextual performance.Keywords : Employee empowerment, achievemernt motivation, contextual performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of autonomy on employee performance and organizational goal clarity with work engagement as a mediator. Empirical study was conducted on employee PT.PLN (Persero) Wilayah Aceh using questionnaires as research instruments, in which the sample in this study is 176 people who are lecturers who have structural positions. Non Probability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Census method. The Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a data analysis method using the IBM SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the autonomy have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance and organizational goal clarity, and the organizational goal clarity has positive and significant influence on employee performance of lecturers in addition to the results obtained that the attachment of work mediate the positive influence of autonomy on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of spirituality towards workplace deviant behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator. The samples used in this study is 83 respondents. The sampling technique uses was probality sampling with stratified random sampling used as a sampling technique. Simple linear regression method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. These results indicate that the spirituality influence on workplace deviant  behavior with job satisfaction as a mediator in teachers SMKN in the city of Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the influence of Social media marketing and Price Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction and Consumer Experience as a mediation variable on AirAsia airlines in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is the population of Banda Aceh city which amounted to 150 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that social media marketing positively influence consumer satisfaction, price promotion positively influence consumer satisfaction, social media marketing positively influence consumer experience, price promotion positively influence consumer experience, consumer experience positively influence consumer satisfaction, consumer experience mediate the relationship between social media marketing and consumer satisfaction, and consumer experience mediate the relationship between price promotion and consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of employee involvement to job satisfaction with reward as a mediating. The empirical study conducted at Sharia Bank in Banda Aceh City used a questionnaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 120 people. Probability sampling is used as a sampling technique with Total Sampling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 22. These results indicate that the employee involvement positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, employee involvement significantly and positively related to reward, reward have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and in addition showed that the reward mediate effect on employee involvement to job satisfaction as partial mediation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Utilitarian Value and Hedonis Value on Brand Transfer With Consumer Satisfaction as Moderator (Case Study of Transfer of Brand from Other Smartphone to Iphone to Student in Environment of Syiah Kuala University). The sample used in this research is 150 respondents who are the perpetrators of brand switching to iphone. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis method is used to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that Utilitarian Value and Hedonic Value Influence on Brand Switching. In addition, the results of the Consumer Satisfaction variables act as quasi moderation on Utilitarian Value variables on Brand Switching, and Consumer Satisfaction plays a role as quasi moderation in Hedonis Value variable on Brand Transfer. The higher the Utilitarian Value and Hedonic Value, The Higher Consumer Satisfaction, the stronger the Brand Switching owned by the consumer.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of product quality on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. The sample used in this research is hotel consumer or hotel visitor of OASIS Banda Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 126 responden. Non Probability sampling is used as sampling technique with purposive sampling method. Multiple linear regression is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The result of the research shows that product quality has influence to price transparency and product quality does not have an effect on purchasing decision and consumer satisfaction and price perception at OASIS Banda Aceh hotel, research result proves that price transparency influence to price perception at hotel OASIS Banda Aceh, shows that price perceptions affect purchasing decisions at OASIS Banda Aceh hotels, the results show that price perceptions have no effect on customer satisfaction, and the results prove that purchasing decisions give effect to customer satisfaction at OASIS Banda Aceh hotels.Keywords: Product Quality, Purchase Decision, Price Transparency, Price Perception, Consumer Satisfactio
