Abstract

Abstract: This research wad conducted to measure the influence of Healthscape on Behavioral Intention with Service Quality as a mediation variable at Harapan Bunda Hospital  in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study is the citizen of Harapan Bunda Hospital who have been treated with the total of 110 respondents. The data collecting tool used in this research is questionnaire. Purposive sampling method is used for the sampling technique of this research. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the result of  the HLM analysis, it indicates that Healthscape has positive effect on Behavioral Intention, Healthscape has positive influence on Service Quality, Service Quality has positive effect on Behavioral Intention, and Service Quality mediates Healthscape relationship to Behavioral  Intention.Keywords: Healthscape, Behavioral Intention, Service Quality, Hierarchical Linear Modelling

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality and Price of Cuatomer Satisfaction mediated by Customer Value on Dian Pelangi brand product users in Banda Aceh. Retrieval method the sample in this study used  purposive sampling with samples totaling 125 respondents. The results showed that product quality and prices have a positive and significant effect on customer value. Furthermore, product quality price and customer value have a significant effect towards customer satisfaction. Customer value is proven to mediate partially on the effect of product quality and price on customer satisfaction.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of perceived quality on customer loyalty with customer trust as a mediator. The empirical study was conducted on Fatma Salon in Kota Banda Aceh using questionnaire as research instrument, which the sample in this research is 160 people. Nonprobability Sampling is used as sampling technique with Purposive Sampling method. HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modeling) method is used as data analysis method using IBM SPSS 22 software. The result of this research indicates that perceived quality have positive and significant effect to customer loyalty, perceived quality have positive and significant influence to customer trust, customer trust have positive effect and significant to customer loyalty and in addition to the result that customer trust mediates the positively and significantly influenced quality effect on customer loyalty. So the mediation relationship is called partial mediation.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Psychological Empowerment on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as mediation variable. The sample used in this study are employees of PT. Telkom Witel Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with Census method. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) analysis method is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved, Taking 70 employees of PT. Telkom Witel Aceh as correspondent. The results showed: 1) Psychological Empowerment have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. 2) Psychological Empowerment have positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. 3) Organizational Citizenship behavior have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance. 4) Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Mediation have positive and insignificant effect on Psychological Empowerment and Employee Performance variable at PT. Abstract

Abstract: This study purpose to determine the effect of image tourism destination and image food to intention to revisit of Banda Aceh. This research methode using questionnaire as research instrument. Non probability samplin is used as a sampling technique. Analysis methods of testing and data analysis was performed using the SPSS with formulation of multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that image tourism destinations and image food influence intention to revisit and the image food influence the intention to revisit. Abstract

: The contract work system is one of the phenomena of internal change in the order and system of work that is almost done by every organization. Like Syiah Kuala University which also uses contract labor. In its development, there was a problem in the employment of employees with a contract work system, namely the emergence of conditions of job insecurity felt by employees. Job insecurity allows it to affect the welfare and performance of contract employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job insecurity on welfare and the performance of contract employees at the Syiah Kuala University Administrative Office Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative research using SPSS data analysis method using SPSS version 2.0 software. The population in this study were all contract employees at the Syiah Kuala University Administration Head Office Banda Aceh. Sampling with simple random sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The number of samples in this study amounted to 176 samples. The results of testing the hypothesis, indicate that the variable: job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on welfare, Job insecuriry has a negative and significant effect on performance. Keywords: job insecurity, welfare, performance, contract employees

Abstract

Abstract: This sudy aims to measure the influence of passion on organizational citizenship behavior at teachers of SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh with organizational commitment as mediating variable. Sampling method in this sudy using saturation sampling with 57 respondents. The result showed that obsessive passion was unrelated to organizational citizenship behavior, while harmonious passion to organizational citizenship behavior has positively and significantly. Obsessive passion was unrelated to affective commitment, while harmonious passion has a significant positive relationship on affective commitment. Affective commitment has significent positive relationship on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment doesn’t mediate the relationship between obsessive passion on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment mediated partially the relationship between harmonious passion and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the aplication of financial management in several villages in Pariaman City and  compare the three villages from the highest, medium and lowest realization levels. Furthmore, this study aims to examine what factors affect the high and low realization  off village spending. This research is a qualitative research through  data reduction method, data display and drawing conclutions and verification is used as a data analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that 3 people in the village appratus still lack understanding of how to manage village finances, what stage should be done, and lack of understanding and explain what evaluation tools are used at each stage of financial management. Factors that influence the achievement of village expenditure realization are strong collaboration between village officials, discipline of village officials, and village’s human resources. In research conducted in three villages in Pariaman City, it can be judged that with such a large responsibility from the village, but not supported by adequate human resources and high work commitment.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the Effect of Promotional Tools on Consumer Buying Behavior in Retail Markets at Customers of Suzuya Mall, Banda Aceh City. The samples used in this study were people who had shopped at the Suzuya mall in Banda Aceh, totaling 140 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The method of analysis of data testing and analysis is done by using version 22 of the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) device with multiple regression formulations. The results of this research show that Coupon has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, then Price Discount has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, then Free Sample has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior, and Buy One Get One Free has a significant positive effect on Consumer Buying Behavior.Keywords: Promotional Tools, Coupon, Price Discount, Free Sample, Buy One Get One Free, Consumer Buying Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to examine the effect of macroeconomic factor and bank specific factor to non performing loan in banking companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The macroeconomic factor that seen from inflation and bank specific factors are represented by indicators of operational expense to operating income (BOPO), bank size (size), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Equity (ROE) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR).This study uses panel data of 35 banking companies in Indonesia during the period of 2013 until 2016 and were analyzed using the estimation method, Ordinary Least Square (OLS).The results showed that : (1) Inflation has negative effect and significant to NPL; (2) BOPO has positive effect and significant to NPL; (3) Size has positive effect and significant to NPL; (4) CAR has negative effect but not significant to NPL; (5) ROE has negative effect and significant to NPL; (6) LDR has positive effect and significant to NPL in banking industry of Indonesia.Keywords: Inflation, BOPO, size, CAR, ROE, LDR and NPL.
