Abstract

            In a company of go public is often happened the conflict between of stockholder with the manager, this conflict can be reduce by managerial ownership, risk, debt, and dividend. The purpose of this study are examines and analyzes the effect of risk business, debt policy, and dividend policy to managerial ownership. Sample research as much 11 manufacturing companies in Indonesia during 2010 until 2015 period, taken with the method of purposive sampling which the company who owned the ownership of incoming managerial and made cash dividends consistantly during research period. The method analysis is using ordinary least square (OLS) with quadratic model and multiple linier by SPSS program. The results show that: (1) the variable of business risk has no non-linier influence on managerial ownership, the result show that business risk has no significant in positiveand negative impact on managerial ownership, but in linier regression, the influence between business risk and managerial ownershiphas no significantin positive effect (2) debt policy, which is expressed by debt to asset ratio (DAR) has a significant positive influence on managerial ownership, and (3) dividend policy, which is expressed by dividend payout ratio (DPR) has no significant negative influence on managerial ownership.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of destination image on tourists loyalty with variables tourists satisfaction as mediators. The sample used in this study is 114 respondents who are visit halal tourism in Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling is used as a sampling technique. Partial Least Square analysis method is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study indicate that destination image has effect on tourists loyalty. In addition, the results obtained that the tourists satisfaction variables partially influence the destination image to tourists loyalty. The higher destination image, the higher the tourists satisfaction, the stronger the tourists loyalty of the tourists. Keyword : Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, Tourists Loyalty, Halal Tourism

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of personality to career enggagement with career adaptability as a mediating. The emprical study conducted at student of Syiah Kuala University used a questionaire as a research instrument, which samples in this study of 155 respondent. Probability Sampling is used as a sampling technique with Proportionate Random Sampling. Methods HLM (Hierarchical Linear Modelling) is used as a method of data analysis using software IBM SPSS 20. These result indicate that the personality positive and significant impact on creer enggagement, personality significantly and positively related to career adaptability, career adaptability have a positive and significant effect on career enggagement and in addition showed that the career adaptability mediate effect on personality to career enggagement.Keywords : Personality, Career Adaptability and Career Enggagement

Abstract

This research aims to ascertain the impact of digital signage toward consumer behavior. The sample used in this study are the custumers of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh. The used research method utilized questionnaires as the research instrument. The amount of questionnaires that had been analyzed were 100 questionnaires. Non probability sampling system had been used for sampling tehnique. This tehnique used to the unknown element profitability within the population that was selected as the sample. Partial Least Square was also as analysis method to ascertain the impact from involved variables. The results showed that, (1) The Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior, (2) Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Positive Affect, (3) the Positive Affect significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior, (4) The Digital Signage significantly takes effect to Consumer Behavior mediated by Positive Affect as mediation variable. Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work autonomy against the locus of control with job satisfaction as mediation. The sample used in this study was a civil servant in the office of the Aceh provincial office of education. This research method using the questionnaire as an instrument of research. A questionnaire spread out as much as 113 questionnaires. Sampling technique used was stratified probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to find out the influence of variable involved. The results showed that (1) influential work autonomy significantly to locus of control, (2) job satisfaction the significant effect against the locus of control, (3) influential work autonomy significantly to job satisfaction, (4) autonomy of work influence on locus of control with job satisfaction as mediation.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of Supervisor Difficult goals on Abusive Supervision while considering Hindrance Stress, Anger, and Anxiety as a mediating variable. The sample for this research is consisted of 111 employess from banks Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh. This research used a questionnaire as the research instrument method. The probability sampling technique is used in this research. The technique of taking total sample population is simple random sampling. Hierarchical analysis methods Linear Modeling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect to the variables involved. SPSS 20 is used for analyzing the data. Correlation and regression analysis is used to test the direct and mediating relationship between key variable. Result indicate that both the first stage Difficult Goals effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Difficult Goals effect on significant Hindrance stress. Hindrance stress effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Difficult goals effect on significant Anger and Anxiety mediating the Hindrance Stress. The second stage, Hindrance stress effect on significant Abusive Supervision. Hindrance Stress effect on significant Anger and Anxiety. Anger and Anxiety effect on significant Abusive Supervision. Hindrance Stress effect on Abusive Supervision mediating the Anger and Anxiety from employee Bank Mandiri branch of Banda Aceh branch. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of social exchange perception that mediate the relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction. The sample used in this study were the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. This research method using questionnaire as a research instrument. Probability random sampling was used as the sampling technique. The method of analysis Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that perceptions of organizational politics influence on job satisfaction, perceptions of organizational politics influence not significant the perceptions of social exchange, social exchange perceptions effect on job satisfaction. Additionally result that social exchange perceptions not mediates the influence on perceptions of organizational politics and job satisfaction at the students Master Program of Economics and Business Faculty of Syiah Kuala University. Abstract

ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap loyalitas dengan variabel persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli sebagai pemediasi, studi pada retailer showroom mobil Toyota di Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen pengguna mobil Toyota di Banda Aceh. Purposive Sampling digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Metode analisis Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) di gunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Selain itu, diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli memediasi secara parsial pengaruh kepribadian terhadap loyalitas. Semakin tinggi kepribadian yang diberikan kepada konsumen, semakin tinggi persepsi kualitas merek dan niat beli, maka semakin kuat pula loyalitas yang dirasakan konsumen. Kata Kunci: Kepribadian, loyalitas, persepsi kualitas merek, niat beli, retailer, Toyota                             ABSTRACT            This study aims to determine the effect of personality on loyalty with variables brand perceived quality and purchase intention as mediators. The results of this study indicate that personality has significant effect on loyalty. In addition, the results obtained that the brand perceived quality and purchase intention variables partially influence the personality on loyalty. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of website design quality towards purchase intention, with perception of the product quality as a mediating variable. The samples used in this study were 170 respondents who have accessed and made purchases on Lazada.co.id website. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) method was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of the variables involved. The results of this study showed that the website design quality had a significant effect toward purchase intention. In addition, the results showed that the perception of the product quality variable partially mediated the influence of the website design quality toward purchase intention. The better the owned website design quality, the better the perception of the product quality, thus the higher the customer’s purchase intention would be.

Abstract

This research is conducted to investigate the effect of Emotional  Intelligence on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment with Perceived Organization Politics as a Moderating Variable. The sample used in this research are employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Area Banda Aceh. The instrument of collecting data in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used in this study is Stratified random sampling. With a total of 107 questionnaires were distributed and just only 95 can be collected. Method of data analysis are Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) which used as methods of analysis to determine the effect of all the variable involved. The result of this study indicate that Emotional Intelligence have significant effect on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment. Perceived Organization Politics has significant effect on Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment. In addition abtained results that Perceived Politic Organization has moderated on the effect of Emotional Intelligence to Job Involvement and Organizational Commitment on employees PT.
