Abstract

Abstrack:This study aims to determine the effect of competence work morale and motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted at SETDA District staff. Gayo Lues uses a questionnaire as a research instrument, where the sample in this study is 100 respondents. Probability Sampling Technique is used as a sampling technique using the total sampling method. Multiple linear analysis method is used as a method of data analysis using IBM SPSS 23. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires. The instrument for this research instrument is validity and reliability testing. While for hypothesis testing using the t test. In this study the researchers also used multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data and strengthened with the classic assumption test, namely the normality test, multicollinearity test and heterocedasticity test. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable does not significantly influence employee performance, Job Moral has a significant effect on employee performance , and work motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance with results of R0.515 (51.5%). These results indicate that the variables included in this study are only 51.5% in other words there are still 48.5% of other variables that have not been included in this study. For further researchers, it is expected to include other variables not found in this study so that they can obtain maximum results.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influence of Visual Merchandising dimensions consisting of Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage on consumer Impulse Buying behavior of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study uses accidential sampling technique where respondents are people who meet directly with researchers in the location. The sample of 200 respondents and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage had a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Simultaneous testing shows Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising, and Promotional Signage have a significant effect on Impulse Buying behavior on consumers of Suzuya Mall Banda Aceh.Keywords: Window Display, Mannequin Display, Floor Merchandising and Promotional Signage.

Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to find out "The Influence of Health Consciousness, Perceived Value, Food Safety and Price on Purchase Intentions at Pizza Hut Banda Aceh” the sample of respondents in this study used criteria, namely the people of Banda Aceh, who visited Pizza Hut Banda Aceh. This research method used questionnaire as research instrument. The questionnaires were successfully analyzed as many as 128 questionnaires. Sampling technique used is non probability sampling, this technique is used because profitability of elements in the population to be selected as the sample is not known. Multiple Linear Regression is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of data analysis showed that Health Consciousness variable was found to have less impact on customer purchase intention of Pizza Hut. This is because the consumers could be looking on other variables such as Perceived Value, Food Safety and Price in deciding to purchase Pizza Hut products. We suggest that Pizza Hut needs to pay attention for Health Consciousness variable, it will grow they market from costumer who care about healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of marketing mix on the decision of tourrists on vacation in Gayo Lues District. Variables that are used in this research consisted of product, place, price, and promotion towards decision of tour. The population in this study is tourists on tourism  objects. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents. Hypothesis testing  use multiple regression analysis by using spss 16.0 for windows. The results showed that product, place and promotion significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on the decision of tour. This studi has limitations including the limited object of research and is expected in subsequent research to test different research objectis.

Abstract

 Abstract: This study aims to measure Utilitarian Motivation Influence and Hedonic Motivation on Customer Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction in Banda Aceh Sport Station Users. The sample used in this research is the visitor who visited above three times. Data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS). used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of PLS analysis, indicates that Utilitarian Motivation influences Customer Loyalty, Hedonis Motivation affects Customer Loyalty, Utilitarian Motivation affects Customer Satisfaction, Hedonic Motivation influences Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction affects Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Utilitarian Motivation towards Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Hedonist Motivation to Customer Loyalty.Keywords : Utilitarian Motivation, Hedonic Motivation, Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Partial Least Square

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of brand, value and relational equity on self-service consumer loyalty in the city of Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were consumers who had shopped, still shopping and would continue to shop at the Banda Aceh City Supermarket, which numbered 150 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this research is questionnaire. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Partial least square (PLS) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the PLS analysis, indicates that: 1) Brand, Value and Relational Equity influence Consumer Loyalty, 2) Brand Equity influences Consumer Loyalty, 3) Value Equity influences Consumer Loyalty, 4) Relational Equity affects consumer loyalty .

Abstract

 This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of fundamental analysis on stock returns in Commercial Banks Business Activities (BOOK) 3 4 and BOOK 1 2 in Indonesia. This research is a causative study with quantitative methods. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling method with a total sample of 18 BOOKS. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the standard program version 12.00. The results showed that return on equity (ROE), price book value (PBV), and capital adequacy ratio (CAR) had a significant effect on stock returns in BOOK 1 2, while in BOOK 3 4 the variables that significantly affected stock returns were earnings per share ( EPS).Keywords: Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Price Book Value (PBV), Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Earning Per Share (EPS), Devidend Per Share (DPS), Capital Adequacy Ratio ( CAR), and Stock Return

Abstract

Abstract: This sudy aims to measure the influence of passion on organizational citizenship behavior at teachers of SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh with organizational commitment as mediating variable. Sampling method in this sudy using saturation sampling with 57 respondents. The result showed that obsessive passion was unrelated to organizational citizenship behavior, while harmonious passion to organizational citizenship behavior has positively and significantly. Obsessive passion was unrelated to affective commitment, while harmonious passion has a significant positive relationship on affective commitment. Affective commitment has significent positive relationship on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment doesn’t mediate the relationship between obsessive passion on organizational citizenship behavior. Affective commitment mediated partially the relationship between harmonious passion and organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Abstact: This study aims to measure the effect of sevice quality to  Loyalty  with satisvation as mediating variable. The sample used in this restorant canai mamak KL Banda Aceh is totaling 103 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Purposive Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that service quality positively influence Loyalty, service quality positively influence satisvaction, satisvaction positively influence Loyalty and satisvaction mediate the relationship between Service Quality and Loyalty.Keywords:  Service quality, Loyalty, Satisvaction , Hierarchical Linear Modelling

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of influence financial attitudes, financial knowledge, parental education and parental income to financial management behavior to students in Andalas University. This research using convenience sampling technique whichis done to 378 samples. The methods used questionnaire and interviews. The data was design as a questionnaire based and analyzed by using SPSS. The results of research indicate that the financial attitude had significant positive correlation, the financial knowledge had not significant correlation, the parental education and parental income had significant negative correlation with financial management behavior to students in Andalas University. The implications is the students can make financial planning in order to train more responsible financial behavior, and beside that students also need to realised that ability to act and make decisions in finance is very important to manage finances better.
