Abstract

 AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of collaborative culture on ASN creativity by sharing knowledge as a mediating variable in the ASN of the Padang City Government. The type of research used is causative with quantitative methods. The sampling technique was carried out by census method, with a sample of 94 change agents. This study uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with smartPLS 3 programs. The results show that collaborative culture has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee creativity, collaborative culture has a positive and significant effect towards employee creativity, and sharing knowledge mediates the relationship between collaborative culture and employee creativity.Keywords: Collaborative Culture, Knowledge Sharing, and Creativity. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kolaboratif terhadap kreatifitas ASN dengan berbagi pengetahuan sebagai variabel mediasi pada ASN Pemerintah Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kausatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode sensus, dengan jumlah sampel 94 orang agen perubahan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Squares- Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan program smartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kolaboratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap berbagi pengetahuan, Berbagi pengetahuan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreatifitas pegawai, Budaya kolaboratif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kreatifitas pegawai, dan berbagi pengetahuan memediasi hubungan antara budaya kolaboratif terhadap kreatifitas pegawai. Kata Kunci: Budaya Kolaboratif, Berbagi Pengetahuan, dan Kreatifitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Person Organization Fit terhadap niat berpindahdengan keterlibatan karyawansebagai pemediasi pada karyawan Grapari Telkomsel Kota Banda Aceh. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan Grapari Telkomsel Kota Banda Aceh yang berjumlah 114 responden.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat.Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Person Organization Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadapniat berpindah, Person Organization Fit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, keterlibatan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadapniat berpindah, dan keterlibatan karyawanmemediasi pengaruh Person Organization Fitterhadapniat berpindah.

Abstract

Tuntutan pekerjaan telah diidentifikasi sebagai salah satu sumber stres kerja yang paling umum. Jam kerja yang panjang dan perubahan kerja yang menuntut, tekanan waktu tinggi, masalah ergonomi dan kondisi fisik yang tidak menyenangkan. Burnout akan terjadi apabila emosi negatif di hari kerja pada diri setiap karyawan telah terakumulasi. Emosi negatif ini cenderung dikategorikan pada masalah psikis, di antaranya; kelelahan emosional (emotional exhaustion) yang diakibatkan dari rasa kecemasan (anxiousness) dan kelelahan fisik (fatigue). Maka penulis dengan ini meneliti apakah kegiatan jeda singkat diantranya dapat mengurangi efek negatif tersebut. Peralatan  penghimpunan data yang dipakai pada riset ini adalah angket dengan menjadikan populasi sebagai sampel di mana 150 karyawan kantoran di Banda Aceh mengisi form kuesioner mengenai apa yang mereka resakan selama bekerja dan kegiatan jeda singkat apa saja yang mereka lakukan. analisa data yang diaplikasikan adalah MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis). Hasil penelaahan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan jeda singkat baik itu relaksasi, pemenuhan nutrisi, aktivitas social dan katifitas kognitif dapat mengurang pengaruh hubungan tuntutan kerja dengan efek negative pada bagian akhir di hari kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Calling to Organizational Citizanship Behavior in Vocational High School Banda Aceh with Job Satisfaction as mediating variable. The sample used in this study is the teacher of Vocational High School in Banda Aceh is totaling 156 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as a method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the HLM analysis indicated that Calling positively influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Calling positively influence Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction positively influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and Job Satisfaction mediate the relationship between Calling and Organizational Citizanship Behavior.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to measure the effect of participative leadership on job satisfaction and respect for employees as a mediating variable in nurses in Meuraxa General Hospital, Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study was a Nurse in Meuraxa Regional General Hospital which numbered 100 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. Based on the results of the PLS analysis, indicates that: 1) Participative Leadership has an effect on Job Satisfaction, 2) Participative Leadership has an effect on Respect for  Employees, 3) Respect for Employees influences Job Satisfaction and 4) Respect for Employees mediates the influence of Participative Leadership on Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

The basis of investment decisions consists of the expected rate of return, the level of risk, and the relationship between return and risk. This research is to measure how the influence of financial literacy, financial efficacy and demographic factors on investment decisions. Case study on MM Unand Padang students. The sampling technique is using the proposive sampling method. Where the researcher determines the sampling by specifying specific characteristics that are in accordance with the objectives of the study so that it is expected to answer the research problems. Respondents were taken as samples listen to the criteria: Students who are active from 2018 B class morning, night and Friday-Saturday to 2016 B at the Faculty of Economics, Master of Management, Andalas University, Padang, have personal or work income. The net  of samples is 200 MM Unand Padang students. Data were analyzed through by  smart PLS. The results show that Financial Literacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decision making in MM Faculty of Economics Unand Padang Students. Financial Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on investment decision making at MM Faculty of Economics Unand Padang Students. And Demographic factors do not have a significant effect on investment decision making at MM Faculty of Economics Unand Padang students. Keywords : Financial Literacy, Financial Efficacy, Demographic Factors, Investment Decisions

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to discuss the meaning of work on affective commitment with the mediating variable is the work attachment to employees of Bank Mandiri in the Banda Aceh area. The sampling method in this study used simple random sampling with a total sample of 116 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. Hierarchical Linear Modeling (HLM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results of the study indicate the variable meaning of work and significant work attachment to affective commitment. Furthermore, the work attachment variable mediates partially between the meaning of work on affective commitment.Keywords: Meaning of work, affective commitment, work engagement

Abstract

This research aims to know and explain the influence of profitability and leverage on stock returns on government-owned corporation listed in LQ45 index period of 2014-2017. Variables that are used in this research are ROE and DER towards stock returns. The populations in this study is government-owned corporation listed in lq45 index. Which samples in this study of 8 corporation with 4 period. Purposive sampling method is used as the method of sampling. The analysis method of this reearch is Multiple Regression Analysis by using eviews 9 software. The result of this research indicates that profitability and leverage significantly influence both simultaneously and partially on stock returns.

Abstract

  This study aims to measure the effect of Entrepreneurial Resilience to Entrepreneurs Perceived Success entrepreneurs in the city of Banda Aceh with Stakeholder Engagement as moderating variable. The sample used in this study were entrepreneurs totaling 228 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) was used as method of analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the result of the HLM analysis indicated that Entrepreneur Resilience positively influence Entrepreneurial perceived success, Stakeholders Engagement positively influence Entrepreneurial Perceived Success, Stakeholder Engagement has a negative effect on Entrepreneur Resilience and Entrepreneurs Perceived Success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of Prestige External Perception on Deviant Behavior with Job Satisfaction as a Mediation Variable in PT. Indonesian Telecommunications Communication Branch Banda Aceh. The type of research used in this study is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population of this study is employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. The sample was taken as many as 127 respondents. Hypothesis testing uses Hierarchical Linear Modeling analysis with the help of Spss 20.0 for Windows. The test results show that Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Deviant Behavior in PT employees. Telkom Indonesia Banda Aceh Branch. Prestige External Perception has a negative effect on Employee Welfare. Job Satisfaction is positively related to Deviant Behavior. Job Satisfaction mediates partially (partial mediation) Prestige External Perception of Deviant Behavior.
