Abstract

This study aims to analyze mediation effect of Job Burnout on the relationship of Challenge Stressors and Job Complexity toward Creativity. This research was conducted quantitatively by using questionnaires as a medium to collect data. The sample size used in this study were online transportation drivers in several regions in Indonesia with total of 125 respondents. The distribution of questionnaire was carried out by survey through online form via Google Form which were shared via social media or directly to respective respondents. The research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25 and Sobel’s mediation effect testing. The results showed that Challenge Stressors did not have a positive and significant effect on Job Burnout, Job Complexity had a positive and significant effect on Job Burnout, Job Burnout did not have a negative and significant effect on Creativity, and Challenge Stressors and Job Complexity both had a positive and significant effect on Creativity. However, Job Burnout is not proven to mediate the relationship of Challenge Stressors and Job Complexity on Creativity. In discussion section, the researchers elaborate justification and implication of each relationship of variables in the model.

Abstract

Abstract: This study intends to investigate the relationship between dividend policy in manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and liquidity, cash flow, profitability, and business risk. In this study, samples of 14 manufacturing firms that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2020 were used for analysis. Panel data regression analysis using a random effect model was used. The findings demonstrate that profitability significantly and favorably influences dividend policy. Dividend policy is unaffected by liquidity, cash flow, or business risk. Dividend policy is influenced by liquidity, cash flow, profitability, and company risk all at once.Keywords: Dividend Policy, Liquidity, Cash Flow, Profitability, Business Risk. Abstrak: Riset ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh likuiditas, arus kas, profitabilitas dan risiko bisnis kepada kebijaksanaan dividen pada industri sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Pasar uang Indonesia( BEI). Riset ini menggunakan 14 perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama 2016-2020 sebagai sampel yang dianalisis menggunakan tata cara analisa regresi informasi panel dengan random effect model. Hasil riset membuktikan jika profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Likuiditas, arus kas serta resiko bidang usaha tidak mempengaruhi dengan cara penting kepada kebijaksanaan dividen. Likuiditas, arus kas, profitabilitas serta resiko bidang usaha dengan cara simultan mempengaruhi kepada kebijaksanaan dividen. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan Dividen, Likuiditas, Arus Kas, Profitabilitas, Risiko Bisnis.

Abstract

This research ains to measure the effect of creativity and proactive personality of entrepreneurial intention mediated by entrepreneurial self-efficacy to undergraduate students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. Data were collected throught a survey of 246 respondents as sample to represent the research populating technique used in this research was probability sampling by type stratified random sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as analytical method to determine the effect between the variabels involved. The results of the study found that creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy significantly affect entrepreneurial intention. However, The results did find a entrepreneurial self-efficacy was able to mediate the effect of creativity and proactive personality to entrepreneurial intention. The results didn’t find a significant effect between proactive personality and entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational support on career satisfaction with thriving at work as the mediator. Data was obtained through a survey of 122 nurses at Pertamedika Ummi Rosnati Hospital, Banda Aceh City. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that psychological contract fulfillment, organizational support and thriving at work directly affect career satisfaction. The results also found that the fulfillment of psychological contracts affects the mediator variable, namely thriving at work, so that thriving at work is able to become a mediator on the influence of the variables of psychological contract fulfillment and organizational support on career satisfaction.This study aims to determine the relationship between psychological contract fulfillment and organizational support on career satisfaction with thriving at work as the mediator. Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of career competencies and psychological capital on subjective career success mediated by job crafting for employee at the Aceh Bappeda Office. The sample used in this study were employee of the Aceh Bappeda Office, totaling 87 people. The data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Saturated Sample. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The conclusion of the hypothesis test shows that career competencies have a positive effect on subjective career success, psychological capital has a positive effect on subjective career success, career competencies have a positive effect on job crafting, psychological capital has a positive effect on job crafting, job crafting has a positive effect on subjective career success, job crafting mediates the effect of career competencies on subjective career success, job crafting mediates the effect of psychological capital on subjective career success.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Attributes of the Board of Directors on the Dividend Payment Policy in Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Attributes of the Board of Directors are seen in the variables of Gender Diversity of the Board of Directors, Size of the Board of Directors, Term of Office of the Board of Directors, and Age of the Board of Directors. This study uses panel data with 87 manufacturing companies for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the EGLS Panel analysis method (cross-section random effect). The results of this study partially show that board gender diversity, board size, board tenure have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy and board age has a negative effect on dividend policy in manufacturing companies.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effect of work overload and work family conflict on job embeddedness mediated by emotional exhaustion on health workers of Mother and Child Hospital, Banda Aceh. Data were collected through a survey of 130 respondents as sample to represents the research population and used a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The sampling technique used in this research was probability sampling by type stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. The study found that work overload and emotional exhasution significantly affects job embeddedness, the study also found  emotional exhaustion mediate the effect of work overload and work family conflict to job embeddedness. Nevertheless, the study did not find a significant effect between work family conflict on job embeddedness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the impact of regulation and work motivation on the performance of election administrators in South Sulawesi through work commitment interventions. The approach used is a quantitative approach using data sources obtained from the South Sulawesi Election Supervisory Agency office. Questionnaires were distributed to 140 respondents from a total population of 140 employees using a saturated sample. The data analysis used in this research is a quantitative analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or structural equation modeling using the AMOS program. This test is expected to obtain new information about the relationship between the independent and dependent variables by developing some statistics and the existence of intervening variables. Based on statistical calculations, regulation has a significant effect on KPU performance, and motivation has an insignificant effect on KPU performance. In addition, work commitment has an influence, but not significantly, on the performance of election administrators. In addition, regulatory variables have a large, but not significant, impact on work commitment. The variable of work motivation has a significant effect on work commitment. The results of the tests carried out by the results of statistical tests using the Sobel test calculator have a significant but not significant effect on the regulation of election performance mediated by work commitment. On the other hand, work motivation on the performance of election administrators is influential but not significantly mediated by work commitment

Abstract

Abstract: A Some of the application features that support people in making transactions today in the 4.0 era include PayLater. The PayLater feature is a digital credit financial service from several digital platforms that makes it easier for users to transact online on credit. The problems faced today are mainly in terms of trust, security and compulsive shopping behavior when using the PayLater application. The purpose of this study is to analyze the PayLater payment method in terms of the level of trust, security and impulsive buying behavior in online transactions. This study uses a population of people who trade online. The sample for this research is 100 samples. This study uses a targeted sampling method using structural equation modeling partial least squares analysis (SEM-PLS). The results showed that the dimension variables of Trust and Security did not have a significant effect on the PayLater payment method, while the Compulsive Shopping Behavior dimension variable online transactions greatly influenced the PayLater payment method.

Abstract

Global economic conditions as well as in Indonesia itself experienced shocks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study analyzes the effect of the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar, world oil prices, trading volume and positive cases of Covid-19 on the returns on shares of companies listed on the LQ45 index. The research method uses daily data on the Rupiah exchange rate against the US Dollar, world oil prices, trading volume, positive cases of Covid-19 and stock prices of companies listed on the LQ45 index. The Vector Error Correction Model (PVECM) panel, together with the Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Forecasting Error Variance Decomposition (FEVD) were used to analyze the formulated problems. The results of this study are that there is a significant positive effect between the exchange rate, world oil prices, trading volume on stock returns and the positive response of stock returns to changes in exchange rates, world oil prices, and trading volume. Meanwhile, positive cases of Covid-19 had a significant negative effect on stock returns and stock returns responded negatively to changes that occurred other than positive cases of Covid-19.
