Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of family support culture on work-life balance for married female employees in the city of Bandung. The sample used in this study were 145 married female employees from various fields of work, the data analysis used in this study was simple regression. Based on the results of the validity and reliability tests of the thirty indicators that have been tested, in the validity test found that there are invalid five variables while in the reliability test all variables are said to be reliable. Therefore, it can be concluded that family support culture has an effect toward work-life balance by 28.3%. Based on the results of the research, companies should give time to their employees to share stories about their families in the company environment during breaks. In addition, companies can carry out promotions so that employees are more active to work and give the best for their work, moreover, the companies should provide opportunities for employees to have special time with their families such as giving time to employees during office days to do their work at home.

Abstract

This study aims to measures the Effect of Advertisement on Brand Loyalty mediated by Customer Engagement and Brand Trust to Scarlett Whitening Users. The sample used in this study was the users of Scarlett Whitening, amounting to 210 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used as an analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the result of the SEM analysis, it was identified that advertisement affect brand loyalty, advertisement affect customer engagaement, advertisement affect brand loyalty, customer engagement affect brand loyalty, brand trust affect brand loyalty, customer angagement partially mediates the affect of advertisement on brand loyalty, and brand trust partially mediates the effect of iklan to brand loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of psychological capital and perceived organizational support on subjective career success with career adaptability as a mediator in female civil servant lecturers at 12 Faculties of Syiah Kuala University. Data were obtained through a survey of 196 people as a representative sample of the research population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that psychological capital, perceived organizational support and career adaptability had an effect on subjective career success. Furthermore, the Career Adaptability variable partially mediates between Psychological Capital and organizational support for Career Subjective management.Keywords: Psychological Capital, Perceived Organizational Support, Subjective Career Success, Career adaptability

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1. To determine the simultaneous effect of leadership and the work environment on work motivation during the transition from the pandemic to the Covid-19 endemic, 2. To determine the partial effect of leadership and the work environment on work motivation during the transition from the pandemic to the Covid endemic -19. Sampling in this study by taking part of the population to be 280 PNS teachers at SMP Kota Tasikmalaya. The sampling process is carried out proportionally. The research method uses a quantitative research method using a questionnaire and using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression equations were partially tested using the t test and F test with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study is leadership and work environment has a significant effect on work motivation. And leadership  and work environment partially has a significant effect on work motivation. In addition, between leadership and the work environment that has the greatest influence, namely leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Price and Service Quality on Repurchase Interest mediated by Customer Satisfaction on Maxim application users in Banda Aceh. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling with 105 respondents. Methods of Analysis using Path Analysis method or Path Analysis to determine the effect of all the variables involved. The results showed that Price and Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest and Customer Satisfaction had a positive and insignificant effect on Repurchase Interest. Furthermore, Customer Satisfaction does not have a partial mediation relationship between Price and Service Quality on Repurchase Interest.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of Brand Personality and Perceived Value on Consumer Satisfaction which is mediated by Trust in Matahari Department Store Customers in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study was Matahari Department Store Customers in Banda Aceh City, amounting to 200 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of analysis from SEM identified that Brand Personality and Perceived Value have an effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Brand Personality and Perceived Value have an effect on Trust, Trust has an effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Trust mediates Brand Personality and Perceived Value on Consumer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted in order to be able to detect the impact of investment understanding, information technology, and financial literacy on the investment interest of YPPI University students in Rembang. The nature of the research used is quantitative based on primary data by distributing questionnaires. The population used is students majoring in Management and Accounting with a total of 366 students. Stratified Random sampling is a technique used for sampling. And for samples used a total of 100. The data processing technique used is the multiple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that these three variables have a significant positive influence on the investment interest of YPPI Rembang University students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Profitability and Capital Structure on Firm Value in Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Profitability uses return of equity (ROE), capital structure uses debt equity ratio (DER) and company value uses Tobin's Q. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The samples used were 136 companies with the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using eviews. This study shows that paryially profitability and capital structure have a positive effect on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership on employee performance at Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo, both in partial and simultant. This research is a type of quantitative reseacrh with descriptive approach, and using likert scale analysis tools of 1-5 and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. Data collection techniques using questionnaires are distributed via the google form link. The population in this study is 85 employees of Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kabupaten Sidoarjo and the sampling technique with a census techniques, namely as many as 85 respondents. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination it is known that the contribution of self efficacy, career development, and transformational leadership variables affects the employee performance variable which is equal to 54,3% and the remaining 45,7% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leverage, working capital, company efficiency and company size on profitability in state-owned enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses panel data with 20 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the 2016-2021 period. The analytical method used is panel data regression analysis using Eviews 10. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with multiple linear regression data analysis using the fixed effect model. The results of this study partially show that leverage and company efficiency have a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROE and EPS), working capital has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability (ROE) and has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability (EPS), firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability (EPS). negative and not significant to profitability (ROE and EPS). The results of the study simultaneously show that Leverage, Working Capital, Company Efficiency and Company Size Influence on Profitability of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
