Abstract

This study aims to determine The Effect Of Trust And Image On Loyalty Mediated By Satisfaction In Class Of 2018 Students in the Syiah Kuala University Education Industry. The research respondents were 248 people, namely active Class Of 2018 students in the Syiah Kuala University. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents in July to August 2022. This study used a Proportional Random Sampling method where the sample was taken randomly. The analytical method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) AMOS application, and the mediating effect was tested using the Sobel Test. The results of the analysis show that Trust and Image have a significant effect on Loyalty, and Satisfaction has a significant effect on Loyalty, and Satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between Trust And Image On Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between perceptions of career support and career adaptation to performance with work engagement as a mediation. Data were obtained through a survey of 351 people as a representative sample of the research population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that perceptions of career support, career adaptability and job involvement directly affect work performance. The results also found that the perception of career support and career adaptability affects the mediator variable, namely work engagement, so that work engagement is able to become a mediator on the relationship between the variable perception of career support and career adaptation to performance.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the influence of people and process on loyalty mediated by satisfaction with PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Darussalam Branch Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study was the customer of the Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI) Darussalam branch, amounting to 200 respondents. The data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used as an analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on SEM analysis identified that people have a positive effect on loyalty, process has a positive effect on loyalty, people have a positive effect on satisfaction, process has a positive effect on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty, satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty, satisfaction mediates the influence of society on loyalty, and satisfaction process mediates the effect on loyalty.

Abstract

Persaingan e-commerce yang sangat ketat saat ini menuntut brand Lazada memiliki brand personality yang kuat agar merek terdiferensiasi dari kompetitor, menyasar kepada target konsumen yang tepat, dan mampu membangun komunikasi secara emosional dengan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi brand personality Lazada dan menganalisis faktor pembentuk dari Brand Personality yang paling dominan. Populasi penelitian ini meliputi konsumen aplikasi Lazada di Jakarta dengan sampel sebanyak 120 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling yang dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis menggunakan model struktur linier (LISREL) versi 8.7. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa status brand personality Lazada berada pada kategori baik berdasarkan lima dimensi yang meliputi sincerity, excitement, competence, sophistication, dan ruggedness. Diantara kelima dimensi tersebut, faktor yang paling dominan dalam membentuk brand personality adalah dimensi excitement yang memiliki t-value tertinggi sebesar 10,85 dibandingkan dimensi lainnya.

Abstract

The population in this study was Dongdongg.id consumers. The samples taken in this study were 168. The type of data used in this study was primary data, namely data obtained from respondents by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model with analysis method using Confirmator Factor Analysis (CFA) using AMOS version 22.0.0 program tool. The results of the study show that repurchase interest, consumer satisfaction, price, and brand image of consumers in the Food and Beverage business at Dongdongg.id Banda Aceh is good, price has an effect on consumer satisfaction, and brand image has an effect on consumer satisfaction. Product quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction, price has an effect on repurchase intention, brand image has no effect on repurchase interest, product quality has no effect on repurchase interest, and consumer satisfaction has no effect on repurchase interest. Consumer Satisfaction mediates the effect of price on repurchase intention. Consumer Satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on repurchase intention, consumer satisfaction mediates the effect of brand image on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust and service quality on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction variables at PT. Beautiful Logistics Cargo in Langsa City. This research is a quantitative study, using questionnaires as a data collection instrument. The population in this study was Indah Logistik Cargo customers totaling 200 people. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) used as an analysis method to determine the influence between the variables involved. Based on the results of the SEM analysis, trust has a significant effect on loyalty, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, Satisfaction has a significant effect on loyalty, Satisfaction mediates trust in customer loyalty and Satisfaction mediates the quality of service to customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Leader support and co worker cooperation on job insecurity with occupational self-efficacy as a mediator.  The indicators discussed in the Leader Support variable are 8 indicators, the indicators discussed in co worker cooperation are 4 indicators, in the job insecurity variable there are 4 indicators, and in the occupational self-efficacy variable there are 5 indicators. Data was obtained through a survey of 121 people as a representative sample of the research population.  The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS).  The results of the study found that leader support, co worker cooperation and occupational self-efficacy directly affect job insecurity.  The results of the study also found that leader support had an effect on the mediator variable, namely occupational self-efficacy, so that occupational self-efficacy was able to become a mediator on the influence of the variable leader support and co worker cooperation on job insecurity.

Abstract

This This studyaims to determine theef fectof high performance work system and perceived organizational support on perceived workload mediated by job demand on medical personnel at the Zainoel Abidin General Hospital, Banda Aceh. This research is a quantitative research, data collection using a questionnaire as an instrument. The population in this study was the Zainoel General Hospital Medical Staff, amounting to 750 people. as a representative sample of the research population.The sampling technique  use dissimple random sampling.The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) which isused asan analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the results of the study found that high performance work system, perceived organizational support and job demand directly have a significant effect on perceived workload. The results also found that high performance work system and perceived organizational support also affect the mediator variable, namely job demand, so that job demand is able to become a mediator on high performance worksystems and perceived organizational support on perceived workload.Targetyang harus dicapai adalah suatu pandangan individu mengenai besarnya target kerja yang diberikan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh high performance work system dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived workload yang dimediasi oleh job demand pada Tenaga Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Zainoel Abidin (RSUZA) Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Zainoel yang berjumlah 750 orang. sebagai sampel yang mewakili populasi penelitian. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Statistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS) digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel-variabelyang terlibat.Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa high performance work system, perceived organizational support dan job demand secara langsung berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perceived workload. Hasil penelitian juga menemukan bahwa high performance worksystem dan perceived organizationa lsupport juga berpengaruh terhadap variabel mediator, ialah job demand, sehingga job demand mampu menjadi mediator pada high performance worksystem dan perceived organizational support terhadap perceived wrkload.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of authentic leadership and psychological capital on work engagement mediated by job satisfaction on the employees of the Aceh BAPPEDA Office. This research is a quantitative research, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population in this study were employees of the Aceh BAPPEDA Office totaling 136 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Statistical Products and Service Solutions (SPSS) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect of the variables involved. Based on the results of the SPSS analysis, it was identified that authentic leadership has a positive effect on work engagement, psychological capital has a positive effect on work engagement, authentic leadership has a positive effect on job satisfaction, psychological capital has a positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on work engagement and job satisfaction mediates. authentic leadership on work engagement, job satisfaction mediates the effect of psychological capital on work engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of social media marketing, celebrity endorsements, and customer trust on purchase intentions at Shopee's online store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The target population of this study is domiciled in Banda Aceh City and is a consumer of Shoppe and has shopped for products from Shopee at least twice. The sample taken in this study amounted to 150. The data analysis technique used in this study was The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) from the AMOS statistical software package for hypothesis testing.The results show that social media marketing has a role that can have a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions at shopee online stores. With celebrity support, of course, it also has a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions at shopee online stores and celebrity support has a positive and significant effect on customer trust in shopee online stores. consumers or customer trust has a positive and significant influence on purchase intentions at Shopee online stores.Social media marketing and customer trust have a very large influence on purchase intentions at Shopee online stores and have an important influence on purchase intentions mediated by customer trust in Shopee online stores in addition to endorsement parties also have an influence on celebrity purchases. on the Shopee online store.
