The purpose of this study is to examine how the influence of the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices on company performance is mediated by competitive advantage. This study uses statistical analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research population is business partners located in the city of Banda Aceh and its surroundings. The sampling technique used was census sampling with a total of 58 samples. The results of the study show that the use of IT and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT practices have a significant effect on competitive advantage and company performance. Furthermore, the use of IT has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation and SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices has a significant effect on Company Performance through partial Competitive Advantage mediation.Keywords: Use of IT, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT Practices, Competitive Advantage, Company Performance and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Competitive Advantge. Penelitian ini menggunakan peralatan analisis statistik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Adapun populasi penelitian merupakan mitra usaha yang berlokasi di kota Banda Aceh dan sekitarnya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu sensus sampling dengan total jumlah sampling sebanyak 58 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan TI dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Competitve Advantage dan Kinerja Perusahaan. Selanjutnya Penggunaan TI berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial dan Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan melalui mediasi Competitve Advantage secara parsial.Kata kunci: Penggunaan TI, Praktik SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT, Competitve Advantage, Kinerja Perusahaan dan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)

This study aims to measure the effect of advertising and sales promotion on behavioral intention mediated by brand image among Scarlett Whitening users in Banda Aceh City. The sample used in this study was consumers using Scarlett Whitening in Banda Aceh City, totaling 200 people. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purpsive sampling, structural equation modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the influence of the variables involved. Based on the results of the SEM analysis identified that advertising has a positive effect on behavioral intention, sales promotion has a positive effect on behavioral intention, advertising has a positive effect on brand image, sales promotion has a positive effect on brand image, brand image has a positive effect on behavioral intention, brand image mediates the influence of advertising on behavioral intention, and brand image mediate the effect of sales promotion on behavioral intention

This study aims to measure the effect of Lifestyle Congruence and Perceived Value of Cost on Brand Loyalty mediated by Customer Satisfaction on Wardah Cosmetics consumers in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were Wardah Cosmetics consumers, totaling 200 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study is a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as an analytical method to determine the effect between the variables involved. Based on the results of SEM analysis identified that Lifestyle Congruence has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty, Perceived Value of Cost has a positive effect on Brand Loyalty, Lifestyle Congruence has a positive effect on Perceived Value, Perceived Value of Cost has a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction fully mediates the influence of Lifestyle Congruence on Brand Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction fully mediate the influence of the Perceived Value of Cost on Brand Loyalty.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh tingkat perputaran modal kerja, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan barang konsumsi yang terdapat di bursa efek indonesia. Profitabilitas menggunakan Return On Asset (ROE), tingkat perputaran modal menggunakan Working Capital Turn Over (WCTO), struktur modal menggunakan Debt Equity Ratio (DER), dan ukuran perusahaan menggunakan asset. Populasi yang digunakan pada riset ini yaitu seluruh perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2021 berjumlah 51 perusahaan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat perputaran modal dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil secara simultan tingkat perputaran modal kerja, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas..

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Internal Locus Of Control dan External Locus Of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition dengan Entrepreneurial Intention sebagai variabel mediasi pada Mahasiswa Aktif FEB USK. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Aktif FEB USK yang berjumlah 346 responden. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Simple Random Sampling. Hierarchical Linear Modelling (HLM) dan Uji Sobel digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat.Berdasarkan hasil analisis HLM, mengindikasikan bahwa Internal Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, External Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, Internal Locus Of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Enterpreneurial Intention, External Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Enterpreneurial Intention, Enterpreneurial Intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Opportunity Recognition, Enterpreneurial Intention memediasi secara parsial pengaruh Internal Locus Of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition dan Enterpreneurial Intention memediasi secara parsial pengaruh External Locus of Control terhadap Opportunity Recognition. This study addresses the issue of comparing the financial performance of PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk before and after the merger. This study uses secondary data from PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk's quarterly financial reports from the four years prior to the merger and the four years following the merger as part of a descriptive comparison study with a quantitative methodology. Data sources include PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk's website and the Indonesian Stock Exchange's website (IDX). The analysis of this study made use of the paired sample t test and the Shapiro-Wilk normality test. The findings revealed that the debt-to-equity ratio (DER), current ratio (CR), and total asset turnover ratio (TATO). While there is no discernible variation between the ratios of return on assets (ROA) and net profit margin (NPM) at PT Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk before and after the merger.

This study aims to determine the effect of debt policy, profitability, liquidity, and managerial ownership on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sample used for this research is 57 manufacturing companies period 2017-2021. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, by using multiple linear regression. The results of the study prove that debt policy has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Liquidity has no effect on dividend policy. Managerial ownership has no effect on dividend policy.

Adanya pemberian jabatan yang jelas sangat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan akan membentuk seorang karyawan profesional. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian melihat hubungan analisis jabatan apakah menjadi faktor utama dalam peningkatan kinerja terutam pada PT Pos Indonesia atau tidak. Penelitian adalah jenis kuantitatif dengan pendekatan assosiatif. Data primer penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer. Penelitian dilakukan pada periode 2022 di perusahaan milik negara sektor jasa logistik yakni PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan total jumlah sampel sebanyak 250 karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner melalui google form dengan skala likert. Software stattistik SmartPLS 3.0 digunakan dalam melakukan analisis data. Hasil penelitian memberikan fakta analisis jabatan memiliki pengaruh dan menjadi faktor utama terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung dikarenakan karena pegawai merasa bekerja pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara yakni PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung tersebut memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan kemampuan pegawai yang bekerja dan di setiap jabatan ada kejelasan peraturan dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan yang sesuai dengan prosedur PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Bandar Lampung sehingga seiring dengan hal itu juga dapat menunjang aktivitas atau standar hasil kerja pegawai dalam Badan Usaha Milik Negara tersebut.

This study aims to determine the effect of goal orientation on career adaptability mediated by self-efficacy in undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Syiah Kuala University. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study were 247 college students who were selected through a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that goal orientation influences career adaptability. Goal orientation influences self-efficacy. Self-efficacy influences career adaptability. Self-efficacy mediates the relationship between goal orientation and career adaptability.

This study aims to determine the effect of Democratic Leadership Style on the Performance of Medical Personnel Mediated by Job Satisfaction at RSUD dr. East Aceh Zubir Mahmud. There are 5 indicators discussed in the Democratic Leadership Style variable, 12 indicators in the job satisfaction variable, and 6 indicators in the performance variable. Data were obtained through a survey of 42 people as a sample representing the study population. The data analysis method used is Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The results of the study found that Democratic Leadership Style and Job Satisfaction have an effect on performance. The results of the study also found that the variable Job Satisfaction mediates between Democratic Leadership Style and Performance.
