Abstract

Blood group is one of the identification parameters of a person's identity. Blood group is important to know in relation to medical and non-medical problems. However, there are still many blood group data that are not known to students in Ketewel village. This activity aims to determine the ABO-Rhesus blood group in children at SDN 3 Ketewel. The activity was carried out after coordinating with the Village Head, the headmaster of SDN 3 and also Mantra Medika Clinical Laboratory in Ketewel. Implementation of activities in August 2021 by complying with health protocols during the pandemic of Covid-19. The results of the activity were obtained as many as 65 students consisting of 35 male and 30 female which was 100% positive Rhesus. The distribution of ABO blood typing in male students was 14% A, 25% B, 62% O and 3% AB. Meanwhile, distribution of ABO blood type in female students is 13% A, 33% B and 47% O. From the activity, it can be concluded that the distribution of ABO-Rhesus blood group in SDN 3 Ketewel students is mostly O, the least blood group is AB which were all students Rhesus positive. Abstract

This community service carried out in Ohoi Ohoidertawun aims to provide an understanding of the sustainability of small-scale fishery businesses based on economic feasibility status which includes business financial aspects and business capital investment, so that small-scale fisheries businesses in the future can run well and profitably. The method of service is counseling which includes discussion and question and answer. The results obtained indicate that the counseling carried out was successful. Participants of small fishing partners and government staff of Ohoi Ohoidertawun were very enthusiastic in participating in the delivery of counseling materials delivered by the service team so that when the evaluation was carried out at the end of the activity the participants were able to answer questions properly and correctly. The problem faced by partner fishermen is that the business income of small fishermen partners is very dependent on the fishing season so that small-scale capture fisheries business in the future is difficult to predict. The status of fishery business feasibility includes business financial feasibility and business investment feasibility. This activity went well, smoothly and full of good interactions between the service team and participants, the results of this activity have increased the understanding of small fishermen partners regarding the sustainability of small-scale capture fisheries in Ohoi Ohoidertawun. Abstract

Even though the number of Covid-19 cases has decreased and the vaccination participation rate is quite high, there is still misinformation about Covid-19. Various new variants and uncontrolled pandemics encourage the massive spread of information that tends to be misleading, known as the infodemic. At Mulawarman University, efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 are constrained by a low understanding of the pattern of the spread of the SARS-COV2 virus so education staff need education and are expected to act as agents of change in counteracting the Covid-19 infodemic in their respective faculties. The aim of this community service is to educate educational staff as managers of the Covid-19 infodemic on campus. This activity was attended by 20 faculty coordinators and rectorate staff. The training material was updated Covid-19, infodemic governance and media literacy carried out through blended learning and lecture methods. The final evaluation of the training showed the participants' knowledge and understanding of the infodemic and their resulting agreement to disseminate information to education staff, lecturers and students so that they can become leaders in reducing the Covid-19 infodemic among the academic community. Abstract

This activity aims to empower the community in developing local products made from local ingredients. Community agricultural products are processed and packaged into economically valuable products, it is hoped that agricultural activities can be maintained and reduce the conversion of agricultural land. The method used is through observation and empowerment programs with a model approach including: Community Participation Model, Community Entrepreneurship Capacity Building Model, and Technology Transfer Model. The result of this activity is the creation of culinary products originating from local ingredients by increasing community participation to support the development of the Tista Rural Tourism, so that it will become an added value to the community with the growth of home industries. Activities include: introduction of tools/materials, hands-on practice, and product packaging. Community participation is very high in this activity. Abstract

Traumatic brain injury is a range of incidents caused by mild impact to penetrating trauma to the brain. With the incident reaching 50 million cases per year, traumatic brain injury can cause numerous complications within a short-term period or as long as a few days after the onset. Unfortunately, CT scan as one of the advanced imaging techniques for traumatic brain injury is not yet widely known by the community. This community service is aimed to help the community in Bali to recognize, find out and understand the importance of brain CT scans in traumatic brain injury. This service was held on August 20, 2022, involving 100 elderly of Sudaji Village, Singaraja, Bali. Participants were enthusiastic and gave good responses after the presentation seen by their direct feedback to the presenter. This service provides benefits to the participants and gains great attention from their supporting family members. After this service, we hope to give the community a good understanding of the importance of a brain CT scan in traumatic brain injury, to know what the indication is, the procedure, and the preparations regarding on how the abnormalities are managed after the examination. Abstract

Jatisari Village is one of the development areas for porang cultivation in Wonogiri Regency. Porang (a kind of tuber) is one of Indonesia's export commodities. Knowing the potential and opportunities, the Jatisari Village Government has been developing a pilot tourist village in Tanduran, Jatisari Village's hamlet. The village government's land is used for cultivation expansion and as a porang education center . The Village Government does not have branding for tourist village destinations yet. The purpose of the activity is to build a pioneering brand for the Jatisari Village, which has certain characteristics for tourism. The implementation method is using Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), where the community is actively involved in branding design, starting with designing logos, visual identities, and applying them to tourist destination areas. This activity is synergized with the activity program of the village government. The results of the activity showed that the agreed-upon branding for the tourism village was "Jatisari Edupark." Jatisari Edupark presents learning activities for porang and rice cultivation, agritourism, outbound education, and culinary tours. The logo design consists of elements of saung, rice fields, mountains, and Porang plants that combine with harmonious colors. The logo design has been applied to the opening flier of "Jatisari Edupark" and the entrance tickets. This branding will increase the interest of tourists in visiting Jatisari Edupark. Abstract

UD Ayu Dewata Jamur is an oyster mushroom cultivation business located in the Tegehe banjar of BatubulanGianyar village. Oyster mushroom production is simply packaged in a 1 kg plastic bag. This business has problems related to efficiency and productivity caused by unsuitable temperature and humidity of the incubation chamber for messelium. The manager of oyster mushroom cultivation does not have enough skills yet and educational background are still low. The aim and outcome of this activity is to produce a mechanized process of regulating the temperature and humidity of the messelium growth chamber, which is equipped with semi-automatic water or mist spraying. Besides that the team also provided knowledge about management, work safety and product quality control in relation to the application of this mechanization. The method that offered in this program is to design and install a semi-automatic spray mechanization that is also equipped with an indicator of temperature and humidity. Activities in the partners was carried on August 25, 2019, August 30, 2019, and September 2, 2019 at the UD Ayu Dewata Jamur oyster mushroom cultivation in Batubulan village, Sukawati district, Gianyar, Bali. The initial activity begins with cleaning and preparing the installation place for mechanized spray installation of water or mist. Next is the installation and testing of a water or mist spraying system. Monitoring activities carried out on October 2, 2019, and obtained by oyster mushrooms growing very well. Abstract

The purpose of this service is to create a law-aware society and build awareness about the importance of legal protection for the Traditional Cultural Expression of the Megandu game in the Ole Traditional Village. The game Megandu as a copyrighted work has been played for generations by the indigenous Ole community and has even become a village icon. The megandu game, which once represented the Tabanan district at the Bali Arts Festival, really needs to be given legal protection. The target of this service is to focus on all elements of society, especially art activists in the Indigenous Village of Ole, because art activists and all elements of society really need to understand the importance of legal protection of a work created by the community which has become a cultural heritage from generation to generation as an expression of traditional culture. . The results achieved in this service are raising public legal awareness to register their copyrighted works to avoid claims from irresponsible parties. Registering the Megandu game and coaching the procedure for registration through the direct lecture method is the most important part of this community service activity. The implementation of community service activities was greeted with great enthusiasm, with the existence of legal awareness from the community regarding legal protection for their copyrighted works it will be very easy to follow up on efforts to realize a legal protection for copyrighted works as stipulated in Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. Abstract

Songan B Village is located in Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, which has the potential for shallot farming which needs to be managed better because the harvested shallots that are sold to the market do not provide added value, especially during the main harvest. The purpose of this community service is to process shallots into flour and shallot paste to reduce the loss of rotting crop residue. The location of Songan B Village, which is near tourist attractions and supported by high demand for shallots, is an advantage in product marketing. Management of shallots into flour and paste is an innovative and creative solution in improving products from shallots. Through this activity, it is hoped that it can empower members of the Songan B Village PKK group to manage shallots as a business opportunity. This service activity is carried out using a combination method between direct activities in the field and online. From the results of the activity, it shows success in increasing the knowledge and skills of the target group as indicated by the increase in the average pretest score of 40.57%, to 86.40%. In addition, the success of this activity was measured from the support of partners who made shallot flour and paste, a creative economic activity characteristic of Songan B Village. Abstract

­Environmental sanitation is a formidable challenge for Maccini Baji Fisherman's Village, Pundata Baji Village, Pangkajene and Islands Regency because it is located on the coast with waterlogged conditions under the house. Community service was carried out in the form of environmental sanitation counseling with the aim of knowing the effect of environmental sanitation counseling on the knowledge of the community of Maccini Baji Fisherman Village, Pundata Baji Village, Pangkajene and Islands Regency in 2022. The method used, namely lectures and discussions with a one group pretest - posttest design using sheet media come back. The results of the data analysis showed that the average value of public knowledge before being given health counseling was 47.89 and after health counseling, the average value of community knowledge increased to 61.68. So that there is a difference in public knowledge before and after the extension. From the results of the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the p-value is 0.003 < 0.05, then Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of environmental sanitation counseling to the community in the Fisherman's Village, Pundata Baji Village, Pangkajene Regency. Islands in 2022. Therefore, improving environmental sanitation is very important to minimize the health impacts caused as an effort to improve the health status of the community.
