Abstract

The performance of employees is the main factor of an organization in order to achieve the goal of organization. In this study, the factor which affect the employees performance is education and working experience. This study was designed as an empirical study to examine the effect of education and working experience on the performance of employees in PT. Labtech Penta International Batam. Theory used in this study is the theory of Human Resource Management relating to education, working experience, and the performance of employee. This research is descriptive quantitative. Methods of data collection are by questionnaires, literature review and documentation studies. Variables are measured by Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Labtech Penta International Batam which has a total employee of 252 with 72 sample people.  Result of the first hypothesis shows that the education has positive effect but not significant on the performance of employees with t value ( 1.83 ) and significance ( 0.072 ) 0.005. Result of the second hypothesis shows that working experience has positive and significant effect on the performance of employees with t value 3.12 and significance value 0.003 0.005. The calculation results of the third hypothesis shows that Fcalculation is 8.959 with significance Fcalculation is 0.000 lower than 0.05. Significance 0.000 0.05 means that the influence is significant. In other words, there are significant influence between education and working experience variables on the employee performance variable. In conclusion, education and working experience has positive and significant effect on the employee performance.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Batu Aji sebanyak 43 pegawai, dengan menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi, komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kinerja Pegawai, Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Credit Sales Accounting System and Account Receivable Collection at PT.Kedaung Industrial Group Batam. Guided by Mr. SYAHRIL EFFENDI, SE,M.Ak and Mr.HENDRY JAYA, SEEshtabilished company to search for maximum profit and for the maintinly the viability of their business. Absolutely the business continuity can be realized it the goods or service acceptable in the market and get consumen interesting. There for something important to company’s learn about sale system. Because, sale is resource one of the way that used sale increasing is with credit sale system.This research is intended to know about Credit Sales Accounting System and Account Receivable Collection. Do research on one of these distributor glassware, mainly PT.Kedaung Industrial Group cab Batam. Located in the area Sekupang Industry kav.57-58 Batam.In doing this research, writer just using the descriptive method. To collect data obtained, interpretation, also analize and then explanation to know problems and get the arguments, researchers obtained data via observation interview.In this paper the author discusses how the accounting system of credit sales and collection of accounts receivable that the company used to compare the events with existing theories. This study was done to avoid fraud on credit sales and collection of accounts receivable.

Abstract

Problem formulation which can be laid open in this research shall be as follows: 1) Whether behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work by together have an effect on to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang, 2) Among behavioral factors of leader, motivate and environment work the, which factor having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang. As for research target is to analyze the behavioral factors influence of leader, motivate, and environment work by together to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Malang and also to analyze which the factors among behavioral factor of leader, motivate, and job environment having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara.  Result of test F indicate that by together behavioral variable of duty, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work by together have an effect on by significant to labour capacity of employees on part of production at PT. Madukara Worse luck, meaning progressively mount the duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work hence reached labour capacity will mount. Result of research indicate that the change of labour capacity equal to 78,2% because of change by together duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the intrinsic, motivate the extrinsic, and environment work, while the rest 21,8% because dissimilar variable which not checked.  Result of t test obtained by result that duty behavioral, behavioral of relation, motivate the extrinsic and environment work to have an effect on by significant to labour capacity. In the reality behavioral variable of duty represent the dominant variable have an effect on to labour capacity, become the head behavioral represent the variable having an effect on dominant to labour capacity of employees on part of production PT. Madukara worse luck tested.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and dissemination of tax on tax compliance PBB-P2 on Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Batam officer. Quality of service includes quality procedure , terms of service, clarity of service personnel, discipline of service personnel, responsible of servicr personnel, ability of service personnel, speed of service, gets justice ministry, courtesy and friendliness, the reasonableness of the service charge, suitability costs, certainty service schedules,  environmental comfort and safety. Socialization includes publications, events, notifications, personal approach and the inclusion of identity, community involvement. As well as tax compliance includes the right time, arrears, criminal and audit. Respondents are Taxpayer Personal which have a NPWP and never had service experience in Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Batam Office. 100 respondents predetermined with slovin method taken by accidental sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and data from the internal Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Batam Office, analysis tool used is regresi logistic method backward stepwise (wald ). From the analysis regresi logistic known that have a significance value below 0,005 is variable reliability and emphat. A rtinya variable quality of service and tax socialization simultaneously (synchronously) exhibited significantly impact on tax compliance in UPT PBB-P2 at Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kota Batam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh tingkat upah terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) pengaruh kesejahteraan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) pengaruh loyalitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan 4) pengaruh secara bersama- antara tingkat upah, kesejahteraan dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel dari populasi karyawan bagian lapangan dan kantor pada PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia, yang berjumlah82 orang dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana (random sampling). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, ujiF,uji t serta uji R2.            Hasil analisis regresi memperoleh persamaan: Y = 11,198 + 0,280X1 + 0,199X2 + 0,237X3 yang artinya kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh tingkat upah, kesejahteraan dan loyalitas. Hasil analisis regresi juga memperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,231 terhadap kinerja karyawan. Karena nilai R Square dibawah 5% atau cenderung mendekati nilai 0 maka dapat disimpulkan Kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel amat terbatas yaitu hanya 23,1%, sedangkan 77,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti., misalnya lingkungan kerja, kepuasan, kompensasi dan lain-lain. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat Pengaruh Tingkat Upah, Kesejahteraan dan Loyalitas Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia. Hasil perhitungan statistic menunjukkan nilai f hitung Fhitung  sebesar 7,817 dengan nilai probabilitas (sig) = 0,000. Nilai Fhitung (7,817) Ftabel (2,72) dan nilai sig. lebih kecil dari nilai probabilitas atau 0,000 0,05 maka “Tingkat Upah, Kesejahteraan dan loyalitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia”

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. Amtek Engineering Batam pada Departemen HDD (Hard Disk Drive) plating. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Amtek Engineering Batam pada Departemen HDD (Hard Disk Drive) plating. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 karyawan. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji T diketahui keselamatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung (2,409) t tabel (2,0095), dan kesehatan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung (9,749) t tabel (2,0095). Berdasarkan hasil uji F diketahui keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas  karyawan pada PT. Amtek Engineering Batam pada Departemen HDD (Hard Disk Drive) plating dengan nilai f hitung (60,591)  f table (3, 1866).

Abstract

         The research was conducted in the District Sagulung. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and discipline to the performance, both separately (partial) and collectively - together (simultaneously).          In this study, the authors use the method of sample with a total of 35 people to serve as respondents of the total population (employees). While the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of primary data obtained from questionnaires to employees in the district kompoten Sagulung While the secondary data obtained from the District Office Sagulung and documents obtained from the literature - literature-related and can support as well as useful for this research. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, which are used to describe the objects that give an overview of the study through the data with methods drawn from a population sample obtained in the field associated with the theory - a theory that is relevant and quantitative techniques to the analysis of the data that has been given a score according to the measurement scale used is the Likert scale and the results of the test using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20.         From the research, the authors conclude that the partial leadership style (X1) and a significant positive effect on performance (Y), with test results for 0919 or 91.9%, and Discipline (X2) is also a significant effect on performance (Y), it can be seen from the test results for 0884 or 88.4%. Then the simultaneous testing Leadership Style and Disciplinary positive and significant effect (strong) on Employee Performance in Batam City District Sagulung to sled for 0834 or 83.4%, as for the rest of 0166 or 16.6% influenced by variables or other factors.

 ABSTRAK                Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk menganalisis Return On Asset (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (2) Menganalisis Efek Rasio Utang terhadap Ekuitas (DER) terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (3) Menganalisis pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS) terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. (4) Untuk menganalisis Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh secara silmultan terhadap harga saham perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif karena di dalamnya mengacu pada perhitungan data penelitian dalam bentuk angka. Variabel penelitian ini meliputi variabel dependen dan independen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan properti yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2013-2016. Sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah 10 (tujuh belas) perusahaan selama periode 2013-2016. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Analisis ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kata kunci: Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Earning Per Share (EPS)

Abstract

Principal research that you want to answer through this study is: Does work stress has direct influence on the performance of the employee, whether compensated directly influence employee performance. Does work stress affect the performance and compensation of employees simultaneously and partially PT. Harapan Citra Jaya. Results of this study, ie work stress directly affects the performance of employees based on the perception of 100 people scored 3,773 or (20.4%). compensation to employee performance scored 3,173 or (14.5%). So also with the stress of work and the compensation effect on the performance of the employees got together with the 7154 value (65.1%). From the analysis also found that it can be compared directly influence the three variables: the stress of work, compensation and performance of employees have an equally strong influence.
