Abstract

Abstract[English]:This paper aims to show the implications of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the online business of non-packaged ready-to-eat products, especially related to aspects of the inclusion of halal labels. Currently, most online shops, online trading groups, e-commerce platforms, and e-business models in the online business of non-packaged ready-to-eat products do not yet include a halal label, even though Law No. 33 of 2014 concerning Halal Product Guarantee has required it. This is of course a problem considering the halal aspect of the product is one of the important issues for Indonesian consumers, who are mostly Muslim. At the same time, there are still people who think that even without a halal label, it is not necessarily a product that is haram. Halal labels seem to not only try to guarantee substances but also cover the production process from start to finish, the use of production tools that should not mix between halal and non-halal products, as well as their storage. In a pandemic condition where the online shopping process is an important alternative that allows without direct interaction, making awareness of the halal label as an indicator of guarantee becomes important for producers to prepare. This means that business actors must really be able to provide such guarantees even without direct interaction. In order to ensure the halal aspect of a product for consumers, of course, it requires the synergy of all parties in the implementation and supervision as well as the implementation of the sanctions. In the end, the legal approach to small business actors still requires massive socialization in the perspective of education and persuasion by involving online business application owners in order to guarantee the halalness of a product that guarantees the right of consumers to obtain halal products even though accessing through online mechanisms.

Abstract

Prabowo's joining of President Jokowi's cabinet is expected to end the polarization of tadpoles versus "kampret". But now, a new label appears called 'Kadrun' or Lizard of the Desert form. Political commentators often use Kadrun on social media as a unique nickname for parties or people against the government. This paper aims to describe the situation of political polarization in Indonesia with the use of religious identity. The analysis focuses on the traces of political labelling "kadrun" on social media that amplify political polarization. The approach used is the descriptive qualitative semiotic framework of Roland Barthes and the concept of labelling as political communication propaganda. The results showed that labelling techniques were used as political propaganda. Kadrun was originally political labelling about the religious identity of certain groups with a political position as opposed to the government. The use of the term kadrun vs cebong on social media by many political commentators has further widened political polarization

Abstract

Policy implementation is the most crucial stage of the policy process because, at this stage, benefits will be obtained from previously defined concepts. Regarding the policy for the construction of the Salutambung-Aralle axis, the steps taken were to compare the implementation of the policies of the Governor of West Sulawesi in each period so that the efforts and obstacles of each Governor were found in that period. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis type. The study results show that during the reign of Anwar Adnan Saleh, efforts to increase the construction of the road got an excellent basis after changing its status from a district road to a provincial strategic highway. Meanwhile, during the administration of the Governor of ABM, policy planning was quite good. Still, it did not have a strong commitment at the implementation stage, as evidenced by various obstacles, including passing incompetent contractors and a lack of communication involving the community.

Abstract

This paper aims to show how the parliamentary threshold's implications for simplifying the party system in Indonesia. In addition, this paper also shows the role of political parties in democracies. This is important because political parties are pillars of democracy. The simplification of political parties is carried out as a consequence of the ideals of reform and constitutional amendments to strengthen the presidential system, where the presidential system is considered incompatible with the multi-party system, and the parliamentary threshold is believed to be one way to simplify political parties. The study compared the parliamentary threshold of 2.5% in the 2009 election with the parliamentary threshold of 3.5% in the 2014 election against the simplification of political parties. In the end, this paper shows that the increase in the parliamentary threshold from 2.5% in the 2009 election to 3.5% in the 2014 election has no implications for simplifying political parties at the time.
