Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to knowing the description of working communiacation, job satisfaction and employee performance. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 57 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results indicate that the description of working communication is in effective category according to score of representative 81,3%, job satisfaction is in high category according to score of representative 79,3 %  , and employee performance is in high category according to score of representative 77,8%. Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of working  communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the retail industry that is Toserba Yogya Cabang Sunda Bandung, with the variables studied namely working communication, job satisfaction, and employee performances, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Abstract

Purpose - To find out the description of the level of switching cost and customer switching behavior in MNC Play’s customer in Bandung. Design/methodology/approach - The design of this study is cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with cross sectional method. A total of 106 respondents were selected using simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. The analysis technique used is verification  technique and descriptive technique.Findings - The result showed that switching cost is in good enough category, while customer switching behavior is in good enough category.  Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of ability, social work environment, and performance.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 103 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that ability in the very good category, social work environment in the very conducive category, and performance in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the ability and social work environment on performance. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. Polyester Division In Purwakarta, ability variable, social work environment and performance, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to find out the influence of learning motivations on study achievement and the influence of learning discipline on study achievement. The object used as analysis unit on this research is vocational students in Bandung regency. Verification process applied in this study by using explanatory research for 123 respondents. The results showed correlation between learning motivation and academic achievement, majority of the high school students were motivatedly enough by academic achievement. Again, there was a significant correlation between learning discipline and academic achievement. The study also found that, Learning discipline has impactful effect on academic achievement. The study showed that, academic achievement increased by arise learning motivation, and while the students are discipline, it will scale-up academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini betujuan untuk menilai pengaruh dimensi personal value terhadap intensi berwirausaha siswa SMK Kiansantang. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional melalui pendekatan explanatory survey. Pengumpulan data dari 75 orang responden siswa kelas 12 SMK Kiansantag menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis teknik yang digunakan adalah tabel frekuensi dan analisis jalur. Hasil perhiutngan dari personal value secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha.  Hasil perhitungan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa dimensi self-direction secara dominan mempengaruhi intensi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah terjadinya masalah kejenuhan kerja dan rendahnya kepuasankerja karyawan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena perawat merupakan karyawanterbesar dan salah satu faktor penentu keberhasilan pada rumah sakit. Karena kejenuhan kerjamerupakan masalah besar yang sering dihadapi oleh profesi perawat.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui gambaran kejenuhan kerja perawat pelaksanarumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat, (2) mengetahui gambaran kepuasan kerja perawatpelaksana rumah sakit jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat, (3) mengetahui temuan mengenai seberapabesar pengaruh kejenuhan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana rumah sakit jiwaProvinsi Jawa Barat. Objek yang menjadi unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawanbagian perawat pelaksana Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Jawa Barat. Variabel bebas (X) yaitukejenuhan kerja dan variabel terikat (Y) yaitu kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yangdiguanakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory surveydengan teknik simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 121 perawat pelaksana.Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis dengan alat bantu software komputerSPSS 21.0.Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa kejenuhan kerja memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan dengan tingkat korelasi kuat.

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan. Hal tersebut diindikasikan dengan menurunnya kinerja karyawan, dan menurunnya jumlah penjualan. Fenomena tersebut harus segera ditangani karena karyawan memiliki peranan penting dalam mencapai sebuah tujuan perusahaan. Lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja dijadikan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran Lingkungan kerja, Kemampuan kerja, Kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh Kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, Besarnya pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera di Bandung. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja, serta veriabel terikat (Y) yaitu kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 37 orang. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini antara lain sebagai berikut: lingkungan kerja pada PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera dalam kategori baik, kemampuan kerja pada PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera juga dalam kategori baik, kinerja karyawan PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera dalam kategori tinggi, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja dengan korelasinya sebesar 7,8%, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif oleh kemampuan kerja dengan korelasinya sebesar 66,5%, kinerja dipengaruhi secara positif oleh lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja dengan koefesien determinasinya sebesar 49,8%. Kata Kunci: Lingkungan Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Objective – For fundamental analysis and to know the description of Earning Per Share and Price Earning Ratio as a basis for consideration in decision making of stock investment in plantations sub-sector period 2008-2015.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive method with a total sample of 7 metal and allied sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The analysis technique used is fundamental analysis with EPS and PER approaches. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of brand experience and brand love.Design / methodology / approach - The design of this study is cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with survey explanatory method as much as 83 respondents. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency table.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the result of the experience brand is in the high category with with a score of representative 94.18% and the love brand is in high category with with a score of representative 64.60%.Originality / value - This research provides is condusted on telecommunication industry with the object of research is a product from famous brand. The dimensions and indicators used to measure of variablethe are theories consumer-brand relationship.

Abstract

Aim – The aim of the research was to find out the influence of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior.Design/Methodology/Approach – The research design was cross sectional method. This research employed descriptive approach through explanatory survey method. There were 103 respondents selected through probability sampling. The questionnaires were distributed as the instruments in collecting data from the respondents. The analysis technique used was descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings – Based on the research findings through descriptive analysis, it was found that the emotional intelligence was in the good category by score 9444 and percentage 81.86%, job satisfaction was in high category by score 12198 and percentage 80.56%, and organizational citizenship behavior was in the good category by score 11853 and percentage 82.19%.Originality/value – This research is the basic to understand the emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior concept. The difference of the research and  the previous research was in its object aspect, which was West Java Regional Civil Service Agency in Bandung with the observed variables; emotional intelligence, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior by using different theories and references from previous research.
