Abstract

Abstract: The problem of employee loyalty is still the main concern in the company. It is because there are still many people researching for half a decade that the main components of loyalty include strong beliefs, acceptance of organizational goals, willing to mobilize considerable effort on behalf of the organization and a desire to maintain membership in the organization. Employees who have loyalty to their work will work more effectively and efficiently so that they can optimize their performance and produce good output in the form of products and services. Employee loyalty is a problem that almost happened in every type of company both services and manufacturing in various countries. Starting from the tourism industry, restaurant industry, education industry, health industry, and others. The low employee loyalty toward the company is characterized by decreasing performance, increasing attendance and employee turnover. This occurred to PT. Rezeki Jaya Makmur Sentosa in Ciamis, where the level of employee loyalty has decreased every year, especially in 2014-2018. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that want their employees to have high loyalty. This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty (3) the influence of the social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method involving 36 respondents using saturated sampling with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that (1) the influence of the social work environment on employee loyalty partially influences by 70.6% (2) the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty partially influential by 63.3% (3) the influence of social work environment and job satisfaction on employee loyalty simultaneously influences by 73.5%. This shows that the better the social work environment and job satisfaction, the higher the employee loyalty. This means that if the social work environment and good job satisfaction will be obtained optimal work output, so that employee loyalty can increase properly.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin meningkat pada saat ini merupakan tantangan bisnis bagi setiapperusahaan. Suatu perusahaan mengharapkan agar hasil penjualan produk mereka meningkat,perusahaan yang tidak bisa memenuhi selera konsumen praktis akan mengalami penurunanvolume penjualan. Oleh karena itu, agar dapat bersaing dipasaran perusahaan dituntut untukberfikir kreatif dan melakukan strategi baru untuk mengalahkan para pesaing. Strategi Co-Branding merupakan upaya yang dilakukan oleh PT. Unilever Tbk yang diharapkan dapatmenciptakan dan meningkatkan keputusan pembelian pada produk es krim Wall’s SelectionOreo.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan mengenai 1) gambaran kinerja Co-Brandingpada produk es krim Wall’s Selection Oreo 2) gambaran keputusan pembelian konsumenterhadap es krim Wall’s Selection Oreo 3) Bagaimana pengaruh kinerja Co-Branding terhadapkeputusan pembelian es krim Wall’s Selection Oreo. Objek penelitian ini adalah Mini Marketpenjual es krim Wall’s Selection Oreo di Kecamatan Cikajang Kabupaten Garut. Variabel bebaspada penelitian ini yaitu Co-Branding dan variabel terikat pada penelitian ini adalah keputusanpembelian. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriftif dan verifikatif. Metode yangdigunakan adalah explanatory survey dengan teknik simple random sampling terhadap samplesebanyak 70 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhanadengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 21.0 for windows.Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa kinerja Co-Branding mempunyaipengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 54,2% . Dari hasil penelitian terhadap pengujianhipotesis dapat diketahui bahwa Co-Branding memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadapkeputusan pembelian.Penulis merekomendasikan agar perusahaan lebih selektif dalam memilih strategi Co-Brandingsebagai salah satu strategi untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian es krim Wall’s SelectionOreo.

Abstract

This research was intended to know the impact of capital structure and working capital management on the profitability of  PT. Indosat Tbk in the period of 2005-2014. This research applied descriptive and verification method concluded in time series design. The statistic analysis that was used in this study was doubled linear regression at 5% significance level. Based on the findings, it was provable that regression statistic model could applied in noticing the effect of capital structure and working capital structure on profitability through F-test. Moreover, T-test showed that capital structure negatively affected the profitability in significant manner. Lastly, working capital management was identified to be a factor that did not affect the profitability.  Keyword : Capital Structure, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Working Capital Management, Working Capital Turnover (WCT), Profitability, Return on Equity (ROE).

Abstract

Objective - The research  is done to investigate the influence of information employment in the form of sales album to volatility stock prices to companies S.M. .Entertainment co.ltd the period 2012-2015 .The study is done to reduce the risk to investors shareholders and company. Design/methodology/approach - This research  has type descriptive and verikatif, using techniques descriptive analysis and statistical analysis with the simple regression is on the application eviews as the tools, and those research is amount of sales album and volatility stock prices were based on quarter,totaly 16 quarter.Findings - The level of the sale of the movement of the album and volatility company shares having a pattern of similar and stock prices firm bc .Entertainment co.ltd 2012-2015 period showed if the companies have shares with a kind of elastic .Originality/value - The difference this research are the object of research, study time, measuring instruments, and research results. Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. Design/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. A total of 90 respondents were selected using probability sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Analytical technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distribution.Findings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained result that promotion of good enough position with score 7396 acquisition equal to 73,37%, amount in category enough according to score 12118, obtained percentage equal to 73,98%. and job satisfaction in high enough category with score 12769 Earnings equal to 75,06%.Originality/value -  This study provides a basis for understanding issues of promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction. The difference of this study with the previous research is located on the object which is the company in the contuction industry that is PT. Gunanusa Utama Fabricators Serang, with the variables studied namely promotion program, reward  and job satsfaction, and using different theory or reference from previous researcher.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research is to know the decription of dicipline, work culture and organizational behavior citizenship.Design/methodology/approach - The Research design is cross sectional. This research is using descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis unit is 90 employees. Collecting the data is using questionnaire. Analysis technique used is descriptive technique with using frequency distribution.Finding - Based on the result of research, the results obtained that work dicipline in the category is appropriate with a score 65,5% , work culture is in the high category with a score 72,8%, and organizatonal citizenship behavior is in high category with a score 66,2%.Originality/value - This research giving a basic for understanding work dicipline, work culture and issues on organizatonal citizenship behavior. The difference of this research with the previous research are on the object, variable, theory and references

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to see the description of transformational leadership, work engagement and innovative work behaviorDesign/methodology/approachh - The design of this study was cross sectional method. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The analysis research unit is employees of PT. Jasa Marga Purbaleunyi Bandung Branch as much 82 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - Based on the results of the research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that transformational leadership in the quite effective category, work engagement in the quite high category, and innovative work behavior in the high category. Originality/value -  The differences in this study located on an object research , time research , a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial environment to entrepreneurial motivation. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The student  analysis unit is 167  people . Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is verifikative technique by using frequency distribution. The result showed that entrepreneurial environment enough effected on entrepreneurial motivation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Unit analisis siswa sebanyak 167 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik verifikatif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lingkungan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh cukup terhadap motivasi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Abstract: The main goals of this study is to derive the positive effect of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions, the effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions, and the combined influence of entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intentions.  This study has been performed using a group of students from the Bandung City Vocational egvtechnique used was a questionnaire with a sample size of 107 respondents.  The results of this study found that the influence of entrepreneurial learning on entrepreneurial intentions belonged to the strong category, motivational motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship included in the strong category, and entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial motivation influenced the intention of entrepreneurship, including in the strong category.  (In this study it is found, if the picture of entrepreneurial learning was effective, it would increase the intention of student entrepreneurship.)  The high motivation of student entrepreneurship will create a high intention of entrepreneurship.  In addition, if entrepreneurial learning is effective and coupled with a high motivation for entrepreneurship, the intention of student entrepreneurship will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan profitabilitas yang terjadi pada bank umum swasta nasional devisa tahun 2010-2014. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) gambaran risiko kredit yang diukur dengan  Non Performing Loan (NPL), 2) gambaran profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset (ROA), 3) pengaruh risiko kredit terhadap profitabilitas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriftif dan verifikatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Kelompok Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa (BUSN Devisa) tahun 2010-2014 yang berjumlah 35 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 29 perusahaan pada bank umum swasta nasional devisa tahun 2010-2014 dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel risiko kredit yang diukur dengan Non Performing Loan memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset (ROA), artinya apabila risiko kredit meningkat maka tingkat profitabilitas akan menurun. Begitu pula sebaliknya apanila risiko kredit menurun maka profitabilitas meningkat.
