Abstract

The aim of the research is developed attitude resposiility, and skill learning of mathematic teaching based Flipped Classroom. The final result of the research is to taste effectiveness of mathematic teaching model based Flipped Classroom. The research method is research and development that includes introduction, field study of teaching management in the school, planning and preparing Flipped Classroom model, implementation of teaching first cycle, second cycle, and third cycle, and exam of attitude, skill, and learning outcome.  The average result of creativity was increased with 1,84 in the eleventh grade student in PM 1 class and 1,30 in TSM 1 class. For the responsibility, in the eleventh grade student in PM 1 class was 1,84 and 1,57 for TSM 1 class in the skill aspect also increased with 1,09 in XI PM 1 class, 1,53 in XI TSM 1 class. The result of the study was determined effectiveness of the model based attitude and skill. The effectiveness was used nnon parametric Man-Whitney test for attitude and skills show that level of significant was smaller from 0,05 to 0,003; 0,008; 0,009. The research concluded that the implementation of mathematic teaching model based Flipped Classroom at the eleventh grade student of SMKN 1 Gedangsari Gunungkidul was effective.

Abstract

This research surrounded by still have not optimal of domination of matter Demokrasi among student and implementation  of study approach bases on problem at class student  VIII E State Junior  High School  Three Teras Region  Boyolali  even semester  of school year 2014/2015. This research aim to description about optimalisation of domination of  matter  line  and  angle  through  study  approach  bases  on  study  internal  issue  of mathematics at class student VIII E State Junior High School Three Teras Region Boyolali. Subject   and   research   data   source   is  24  students.   Data   collecting   method   applies observation,  questionare,  documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability. Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of class 100%. Research  procedure  applies cycle. Result of research and solution  it is by know that data obtained from finite initial condition of cycle II, obtained progress of achievement  of  student  learning  in  study  of  mathematics  with  matter  line  and  angle through approach of problem based learning, at initial condition average of 72,1 and cycle I average of 76,4 and cycle II average of 84,4. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from initial condition to cycle I 4,3 numbers (6%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 8 number (10,5%), from precycle to cycle II happened increase 12,3 numbers (17,1%). Highest value of initial condition phase 82 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems  to explain  that from initial  condition  phase to cycle I happened increase equal to 4 number (4,9%), from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase equal to 6 number  (7%),  and  from  initial  condition  to  cycle  II  happened  increase  10  numbers (12,2%). Low value of initial condition phase is obtained by 66 and cycle I 70 and cycle II76. thereby, can be affirmed that from initial condition phase to cycle I happened increaseequal  to 4 number  (6%),  from cycle I to cycle II happened  increase  equal  to 6 number (8,6%),  and  from  initial  condition  to cycle  II happened  increase  10 numbers  (15,2%). Complete  percentage  learnt starts from initial condition  is obtained  equal to 27,3% and cycle I is obtained equal to 54,5% and cycle II equal to 100%. Seems to explain that from initial condition phase to cycle I happened increase equal to 27,2%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 45,5%, and from initial condition to cycle II happened increase equal to 72,7%. Thereby,  achievement  of student  learning  in study of mathematics  with matter  line  and  angle  through  approach  of  problem  based  learning  from  finite  initial condition of cycle II happened increase significant.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to find out the available contribution and to measure the teachers’ learning capacity and need of achievement to students’ responsibility, students’ responsibility to the self-directed learning and the teachers’ learning capacity, need of achievement and students’ responsibility to the self-directed learning in Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This is a quantitative research. The location of this research on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School. This research is begun in the end of the second semester academic year of 2012/2013. The samples are 114 for the population as many as 172 with 5% error. Technique of sampling is used proportional sampling. Technique of collecting data is used questioner. The results of this research are 1) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers’ learning capacity and need of achievement to the students’ responsibility in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 2) there is a weak and significant contribution from the students’ responsibility to the students’ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School, 3) there is a weak and significant contribution from the teachers’ learning capacity, the need of achievement and the students’ responsibility to the students’ self-directed learning in learning Civic Education on the Roudlotus Saiddiyah Gunung Pati Semarang Integrated Islamic Junior High School.

Abstract

Many factors cause difficulty class VII SMP 12 Surakarta 2014/2015 study mathematics. In addition to the abstract mathematical characteristics, other factors causing difficulty in learning mathematics that students could come from within the students themselves (internal) or from outside the student (external). This resulted in low interest and mathematics learning outcomes. One reason is the lack of teachers in the optimal use of props, the media and the right approach that can make students interested, aroused, quickly catching and easy to understand the material given. To overcome this problem is presented based trash props (APBS) GeoGebra software combined with a scientific approach to the study of mathematics. This budgets material is all around us, it is easy to get, easy to be pursued, easy to make, inexpensive and very familiar with the students. While the software GeoGebra is also a very simple application to be downloaded for free. The scientific approach is an approach to learning that are tailored to the curriculum in 2013 that made the students as a learning center. Results of this class action is the use of GeoGebra software budgets combined with a scientific approach can increase interest and student learning outcomes VIIH semester grade 2014/2015 transformation of matter.

Abstract

This research aim to description about improvement of domination of matter comprehends   democracy  and  goverment  system  in  Indonesia  through  understanding   of concept at class student VIII F in State Junior High School Three Teras Region Boyolali even semester  of school  year 2013/2014.  Subject  and research  data source  is 24 students.  Data collecting method applies observation,  questionnaire,  documentation,  and test. Data analysis applies critical analysis and comparability. Indicator success of using minimal limit criteria 75 and complete target of 100%. Research procedure applies cycle. Result of inferential research and solution  as follows  : obtained  progress  of achievement  of student  learning  in study of Education   Citizenship   with  matter  comprehends   democracy   and  goverment   system  in Indonesia , at precycle average of 71,6 and cycle I average of 76,2 and cycle II average of 84,8. From this data, seems to explain that happened increase of average of value from precycle to cycle I 4,6 numbers (6,4%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase 8,6 numbers (11,3%), from pasiklus  to cycle II happened  increase  13,2 numbers  (18,4%).  Highest  value of phase precycle 80 and cycle I 86 and cycle II 92. Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (7,5%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 6 number (7%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase 12 numbers (15%). Low value of phase precycle is obtained by 66 and cycle I 72 and cycle II 76. thereby, can be affirmed that from phase precycle to cycle I happened increase equal to 6 number (6,1%), from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 4 number (5,6%), and from precycle to cycle II happened increase  10 numbers  (15,2%).  Complete  percentage  learnt  starts  from precycle  is obtained equal to 21% and cycle I is obtained  equal to 50% and cycle II equal to 100%.  Seems to explain that from phase precycle to cycle I happened  increase equal to 29%, from cycle I to cycle II happened increase equal to 50%, and from precycle to cycle II happened increase equal to 79%.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the management of School Service Funding inJunior High School 1 of Simo. The objectives of this research are to describe the planning, implementation and the reporting of School Service Funding in Junior High School 1 of Simo on the Revenue and Expenditure Budget Mechanism of Boyolali Regency on 2011.The design of this research is ethnography. The location of this research is in Junior High School 1 of Simo. The informants in this research are the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students. The methods of collecting data in this research are 1) in depth interview the principal, the teachers, the school committee and the students, 2) active observation and 3) documentation. Data analyze is using Interactive Analyze Model. Data validity is used sources triangulations and methods triangulations.The results of this research are 3. 1) the team management of School Service Funding made planning with the committee according to the national education standard which the priority on the routine cost. 2) the cost with School Service Funding was according on the instruction and applying cross subsidy. 3) the cost with School Service Funding was supported with payment check and goods, made on reports and announced written and oral.

Abstract

The aim of this research was conducted to identify the problems and needs of vocational teachers of business and management pascasertifikasi in Semarang for conducting sustainable professional development to improve professionalism. This study used a qualitative research approach. The subjects in this study were vocational teachers of Business and Management in Semarang Pascasertifikasi totaled 191 teachers consists of 77 teachers of Civil Servants (PNS) and 114 private teachers. Determination of the source of the data is done by sampling purposive. Technique of data gathering used are triangulation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and open questionnaire. Data analysis technique using data interaction analysis model is to collect the data, reducing the data, collate data reduction and data ferivikasi with Focus Group Discution (FGD). The results showed a small proportion of teachers have implemented the appropriate sustainable professional development minimum of credits score and most of the teachers have executed agreements but do not meet all the sub-elements of Sustainable professional development and credit score has not complied with the minimum of credits score required.

Abstract

The research is aimed to: 1) describe the process of managerial supervision using group technique to improve the principals’ supervisory competence; and 2) imrove the principals’ supervisory competence at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta academic year 2012/2013 through managerial supervision using group technique.The type of the research is an action research. The research was done at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta. The subjects of the research were 6 principals at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta. The data collecting techniques were done using observation,  interview  and  document  techniques.  The  data  analysis  technique was done using Kemmis and Taggart model.The research concludes that: 1) the managerial supervision processes were done in three stages, namely: initial stage, observation stage, and feed-back stage; and 2) the managerial supervision using group technique is effective in improving the principals’ supervisory competence at Gugus II Bima UPTD Dikpora Kecamatan Serengan of Surakarta academic year2012/2013. It is demonstrated by the score improvement in each cycles.

Abstract

The   purpose   of   this   research   is:   to   described   the   management   of   learning mathemathics  evaluation  on social aspecs which is commited  by teacher to the student of Junior  High School  in Sirampog,  District  Brebes.  This research  is research  development (Research  and Development)  which originates  from certain problems  and continued  with Quasi   Experimental,   that   is   about   the   management   of   of   learning   mathemathics curriculum  2013 evaluation,  and measurement  of effectiveness  by comparing the result of assesment   before   developed   with   already   developed   by  using   kualitatif   deskription. According to the result of research and discussion that has been done, then researcher can conclude  as following  statement:  Management  of learning  mathemathics  evaluation  with curriculum  2013 in Junior  High School  in Sirampog  District  Brebes,  has been make an assesment  optimally,  but in the attitude  competence  especially  in self and inter student assesment were not maximized  because many teacher give a general declaration  not focus on mathemathics,  and also this evaluation is only implemented  in early curriculum  2013. In the recent time, many teacher are not evaluate and assesment instrument is not change. However, evaluation must be develop and consistent, in order to become better.

Abstract

Act No. 14/ 2005 about Teachers and Lecturers and PP (GovernmentDecree) No 74/2008 about Teachers give an instruction to the government to certify on-going-occupation teachers of all courses in requirements. Based on the survey of Directorate General of PMPTK in 2009/, however, the program of certification couldn’t have developed teachers’ competency and professionalism significantly so that it does not positively take an effect on teachers’ performance development. The study aims to describe a model of biology teachers’ professional competency development based on the early competency test (UKA) in Surakarta. The procedure of research development used R & D model developed by Borg & Gall (2007), and then simplified by Samsudi (2009; 92) into three main stage: 1) introduction, 2) development, and 3) validation for finding a model. The introduction of the study empirically analyzed a model of professional competency development through Biology MGMP, called as factual model nowadays and theoretically analyzed the relevant researchers. It employed a survey approach while the instrument was questionnaires. The respondents or informants with purposive sampling were the heads of LPMP – Provincial Central Java, Education Agency of Regency/Mayor, Principals, the Committees of Biology MGMP, and Biology Teachers. In the stage of development, the researcher formulated an early development; then it was analyzed and matched with the relevant theories for making a model design developed in the form of Figure or Model Figure after validated through focus group discussion (FGD). The results of the study stated that a model of biology teachers’ professional competency based on the early competency test included the following characters: 1) implementing a model began with a competency test; 2) the activities reflected the aspect of continuing professional development (CDP); 3) the supervision was periodically realized by principals or course teachers); 4) giving feed-back for the next development was based on the evaluation; and 5) the speakers of Higher Education with relevant sciences were involved in the activities.
