Abstract

The study aims to analyze difference in motivation, organizational commitment, and performance amongpermanent and outsourced employees, as well as the moderating effect of employment status on the influenceof motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. This research was conducted in PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kanwil Denpasar, with samples of 67 permanent employees and 67outsourced employees. Analysis technique using Anova and Moderated Regression. The results show thatthere is no significant difference between motivation and performance of permanent and outsourced employees,while there are significant difference between two kinds of employee in organizational commitment.Additionally, employee status emerges as moderating variable of influence of motivation and organizationalcommitment on employee performance. The research can become a reference for the company in improvingemployee performance in relation with employment status, motivation, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

Aim of this studyis to identify environmental management issues at starred hotels in Bali. Respondent of thisstudy was 126 hotel manager. The data obtained through questionnaire which was analyzed by descriptivestatistic. The findings show that environmental management issues take an important place to the hotelmanagement and emerge as bases for hotel manager of starred hotels in Bali for carrrying out environmentalmanagement. Out of seven issues analyzed in this study, three of them emerge as important issues i.e. pressurefrom travel agent, pressure from customer and tourist, and cimate change. There is a significant differenceamong one, two, and three starred hotels and four and five starred hotels related to the significance of thoseissues. For manager of one, two, and three starred hotels, those issues are in “important” category, whereasfor four and five starred hotels, they are in “very important” categories which push them to do management ofenvironment.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze experiential value role in mediating the effect of experientialmarketing on repurchase intention, through comprehensive review of previous studies and survey at the GustoGelato and Cafe. This study uses a quantitative approach in form of associative. The sample used were 185respondents which was collected by purposive sampling method. Data were collected through questionnaireand interview. The analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) withAMOS 16.00 software. The results of this study indicates that the experiential marketing has a positive andsignificant effects on experiential value and repurchase intention. In addition, the study also found thatexperiential marketing has a significant influence towards repurchase intention with experiential value asmediating variable.

Abstract

West Sumatra is a province which is possess a variety of traditional food. Such foods have became souveniricon for visitors who come to the tourist areas of West Sumatra. These kinds of food produced by Small andMedium Enterprises (SMEs) scattered throughout the territory of West Sumatra. Government group them intosnack cluster. The purpose of this study was to investigate the affirmation model of snack SMEs in WestSumatra as well as to arrange simulation of the models designed. This is qualitative study implements FocusGroup Discussion and in-depth interview as data collection method . The results show that snack SMEs in thesample region need to be reinforced through training, mentoring, and coaching. Training required includeentrepreneurial and managerial skills.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of environmental knowledge on environmental attitude;the effect ofenvironmental attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control on ecological behavior; and thediference of environmental knowledge, environmental attitudes, and ecological behavior between male andfemale. Data collected through questionnaires distributed to 120 respondents in some nutrients club in DenpasarCity determined by purposive sampling. Hypothesis tested by using Partial Least Square and t-test. Theresults indicate that the environmental knowledge has positive and significant effect on environmentalattitude; environmental attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have positive andsignificant effect on ecological behavior; and there is no significant difference in environmental knowledge,environmental attitude and ecological behavior between Generation Y male and female in Denpasar City.

Abstract

repurchase intention through customer satisfaction and trust. Data obtained through questionnaires to 100respondents through purposive sampling for Internet users in Denpasar who have ever bought fashion productsthrough online at least twice in six months. The analysis technique used in this study is the Partial LeastSquare and for intervening variables using Sobel test and effect size. The result of this research shows thatonline fashion buying experience significantly and positively influence the online repurchase intention. Thecustomer satisfaction and trust also significantly and positively influence online repurchase intention. Thecustomer satisfaction also influences their trust positively and significantly. The customer satisfaction andtrust emerges as mediating variable of the influence of online fashion product buying experience on onlinerepurchase intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of green perceived value on green purchase behavior and therole of green trust in mediating the relationship between the two variables. The population of this study wasconsumer of organic product in Denpasar City. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 110respondents. Analysis technique used was path analysis and Sobel Test. The results show that gren perceivedvalue positively affect green purchase behavior and green trust was positively mediates the effects of greenperceived value on green purchase behavior of organic products. It is recommended to the marketer oforganic products to inform the comunity about the benefits of consuming organic products. additionally,farmer of organic products is expected to maintain the quality of their product.

Abstract

Profitability is the company’s ability to generate profits by utilizing all available resources. The size of theprofits for company affected by the increase of debt or bond. This study aim is to analyze the effect of longtermdebt on profitability in PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia in the periode of 1999-2013. This study was analyzedusing multiple linear regression model. Proxies used in the profitability ratio is return on equity (ROE) anddisclosure of long-term debt is based on long-term debt to equity ratio (LDER) and long-term debt to assetratio (LDAR). The results show that LDER has significant effect on profitability, when LDER increases theprofitability of Bank Muamalat Indonesia is also rise, whereas LDAR has no significant effect on profitabilityof PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia.
