Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and procedural justice of employees on customer satisfaction in Branch Office of PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali, Renon, Denpasar. The number of samples taken were 140 customers with non-probability sampling method and accidental sampling, data were collected using questionnaire and analyzed by multiple linear regression techniques. The results show that emotional intelligence and procedural justice was influence on customer satisfaction positively. The implication of this research is that employees have to show better attitude in controllingtheir emotion and focus more to the interests of customers by providing fair treatment in accordance with procedures prevailed in endeavour to improve customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership, education and training, and work disciplineon employee performance. The research was conducted at the Regional Water Company Tirta Mangutama Badung regency. Study sample as many as 91 employees, and data analysis techniques of multiple linear regression.  The  results  show  that  leadership,  education  and  training,  and  discipline  of  employees simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Partially leadership that leadership, educationand training, and discipline employees also have a significant effect on employee performance. These results can be interpreted that the presence of direction and good  communication between leaders and subordinates, materials and appropriate training schedule and not disrupt the work activities of employees, as well as a good level of attendance and low work error can improve employee performance

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan pengaruh green brand terhadap green brand personality, pengaruh green brand terhadap green brand image, pengaruh green brand image terhadap green brand personality, peran green brand image sebagai mediasi pengaruh green brand terhadap green brand personality. Penelitian dilakukan pada masyarakat di Bali, menggunakan sampel individu sebagai unit analisis sebanyak 110 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif berdasarkan analisis multivariate menggunakan model persamaan analisis struktural atau SEM (structural equation modeling) berbasis AMOS 7.0. Hasil analisis menemukan terdapat pengaruh green brand terhadap green brand personality dan green brand image, terdapat pengaruh green brand image terhadap green brand personality, dan green brand image tidak berperan sebagai variabel mediasi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the effect of service quality towards customer satisfaction and loyalty in Tegal Sari Accommodation Ubud. Respondent of this research are foreign customer with at least 17 years oldwho remain to stay at Tegal Sari Accommodation at least twice in the last 5 years. The number of respondents on this research defined 140 respondents by using sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This research used analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS program. The result of this research showed that service quality has significant impact on satisfaction, satisfaction has significant impact on loyalty, service quality has significant impact on loyalty of Tegal Sari Accommodation Ubud.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the relationships between perceived value, transaction cost and repurchase intention in on-line shopping environment. The respondents were selected purposively from customers who have completed at least a transaction during the last year. The instrument were developed using Likert Scale and analysed using structural equation modelling. In total, as many as 212 respondents completed the questionnaires. From the analysis it was revealed that consumer’s perceived value and repurchase intention have a positive influence in on-line shopping. In addition, it was shown that that information searching cost and moral hazard have negatif influence in perceived value. On the other hand information searching cost and specific asset investment showed negatif influence and positive influence on repurchase intention. Limitations and recommendations for future research are presented at the end of the paper.

Abstract

Supermarket is one of the business units that cause of the environmental polluted, especially in problem of plastic waste. To reduce this problem, the management of many giant supermarkets offers eco-bag to their customers as implementation of green marketing. This study is conducted in Denpasar City and Badung Regency. The objective of this study is to explain the influence of product quality of eco-bag on customer loyalty, with eco-bag perceived value as a mediating variable. Data are collected by questionaire from 105 customers of five supermarkets. Data are analyzed by path analysis and Sobel test. The study found that the product quality of eco-bag is positively influence on customer loyalty, and eco-bag perceived value is significantly mediated the effect of product quality of eco-bag on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Composite Stock Price Index (CSPI) is an indicator that used to know the progress of the Indonesian capital market, so can be used as a reflection of Indonesian National Economy . CSPI is influencedby  several  factors,  including  interest  rates,  exchange  rates,  in  particular  US  market  index  (Dow Jones) and market index of Japan (Nikkei 225). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect ofSertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) interest rate, exchange rate, the Dow Jones and the Nikkei 225 Indexes on CSPI. This study used 60 samples, which consists of monthly data of all variables during the year 2009-2013. The data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The findings show that SBI interest rate and exchange rate has a negative effect on CSPI. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones and the Nikkei 225 Indexes has a positive impact on CSPI.

Abstract

Studi ini menentukan pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada pegawai Pusdiklat Pajak. Penelitian ini mencoba mengeksplorasi dan menentukan permasalahan terkait OCB pegawai. Riset dilaksanakan di Pusdiklat Pajak dengan populasi 63 pelaksana dan sampel diambil 54 dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, metode analisis jalur. Uji hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahawa terdapat (1) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap OCB, (2) pengaruh langsung positif komitmen organisasi terhadap OCB, (3) pengaruh langsung positif motivasi terhadap OCB, (4) pengaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi, (5) pengaruh langsung positif komitmen organisasi terhadap motivasi, dan (6) pegaruh langsung positif kecerdasan emosional terhadap komitmen organisasi. Pada akhirnya, untuk meningkatkan OCB pegawai Pusdiklat Pajak, organisasi harus meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional, komitmen organisasi, dan motivasi kerja mereka.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of work stress on employee performance with locus of control (LoC) as moderating variable. This research was conducted at Hotel Novotel Bali Benoa with 73 employees as sample. Samplingtechnique used was probability sampling, especially proportionate stratified random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaire containing 24 indicators of job stress, LoC, and employee performance. Data analysis technique implemented was Moderated Regression Analysis. The findings show that work stress is negatively affect employee performance. Locus of control has significant effect on the performance of the employees. In contrast to expectation, internal LoC has negative effect employeeperformance. Additionally, LoC emerges as moderating variable at the effect of work stress on employee performance

Abstract

The  purpose of  this  study  was  to  determine  the  effect  of   cash  turnover ,  loan  to  deposit  ratio,   capi tal adequacyrat io,  and  third-party  funds  to  the profi tabil ity  of  Lembaga  Perkreditan  Desa  (LPD)  in  Denpasar  2010-2012.Thi s study  used observasion  method is to study and look at the  financial statements of  the LPD  period 2010-2012  and  found  a  sample  of   34  LPD.  This  study  found  that  the  cash  turnover ,  loan  to  deposit  ratio  and  capi taladequacy  rat io  by  part ial  signi ficant  positive  effect  on  the  profitability  of  LPD  in  Denpasar  2010-2012.Meanwhile,  third-party funds  significant negat ive effect   on  the  profitabili ty of   LPD in Denpasar  2010-2012.
